Claims (12)
- 특히 자동 트랜스미션에서 시동-정지 기능을 실행하기 위해 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2) 내에 저장될 수 있는 유체(3)의 양을 펄스식으로 방출하기 위한 디바이스로서, 제 1 에너지 어큐뮬레이터(9)에 대항하여 지지되는 피스톤(5)을 포함하고, 상기 피스톤은 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2) 내에서 이동하는 능력을 갖고 있으며, 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2)과 함께 수용될 수 있는 상기 유체(3)의 양을 제한하고, 상기 피스톤(5)은 적어도 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2) 내에 상기 유체(3)의 양의 최대 체적과 동등한 위치에서 밸브 유닛(6)에 의해 유지되고, 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징 내에서 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2)과 콘슈머(8) 사이의 유체 운반 연결부(7)는 밸브 유닛에 의해 봉쇄되는 상기 디바이스에 있어서, 상기 밸브 유닛(6)은 적어도 하나의 시트 밸브(9)로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 밸브(9)는 시퀀스 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 유닛(6)은 체크 밸브를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 시트 밸브(9)의 밸브 스풀(11) 내에 배치되고 상기 밸브 스풀(11)이 "개방 위치"로 이동될 때 유체에 의해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 운반 연결부(7) 내의 상기 체크 밸브(19)는 콘슈머(8)와 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2) 사이에 배치되어, 상기 콘슈머(8)로부터 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2)을 향하는 유체 유동에 관하여 봉쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 밸브(9)는 전자기 구동식 밸브로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 밸브(9)는 카트리지 밸브(12) 방식으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 유닛(6)은 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2)의 커버(13) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디바이스(1)의 상기 피스톤(5)은 피스톤 바닥(15) 상에 실린더(14)를 갖는 중공형 피스톤으로서 설계되고, 상기 실린더(14) 내에서, 제 2 피스톤(6)이 길이 방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 안내되며, 상기 실린더(14)는 상기 유체(3)의 양을 수용하는 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2)의 일부에 대해 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(14) 내의 제 2 피스톤(16)은 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2) 내에 저장되는 상기 유체(3)의 양의 체적을 최소화하기 위하여 제 2 에너지 어큐뮬레이터(17)에 의해 미리 압박되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 에너지 어큐뮬레이터(4)는 압축 스프링(18)으로서 설계되고, 상기 어큐뮬레이터 하우징(2) 내의 상기 유체(3)의 양으로부터 상기 피스톤(5)에 의해 분리되는 공간 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 에너지 어큐뮬레이터(16)는 압축 스프링(19)으로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
