Claims (5)
- In-Bi-Sn-Zn계 합금으로 이루어지고, 상기 합금은 In을 33 ~ 45 중량%로 포함하여 이루어지는 온도 퓨즈용 가용 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합금은 In 33 ~ 45 중량%, Bi 10 ~ 30 중량%, Sn 30 ~ 50 중량% 및 Zn 0.5 ~ 5 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈용 가용 합금. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가용 합금은 90 ~ 120℃의 융점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈용 가용 합금. - In-Bi-Sn-Zn계 가용 합금; 및
상기 가용 합금에 도포된 플럭스를 포함하고,
85 ~ 110℃에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 가용 합금은 In 33 ~ 45 중량%, Bi 10 ~ 30 중량%, Sn 30 ~ 50 중량% 및 Zn 0.5 ~ 5 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 퓨즈.
