Description
도 2는 종래 기술에 따른 진공 흡착장치의 피이송물에 대한 흡착상태를 도시한 정면도이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 진공 흡착장치의 일 실시예를 도시한 사시도이고,
도 4는 도 3의 실시예의 분해 사시도이며,
도 5는 도 3의 실시예의 측단면도이고,
도 6은 도 3의 실시예에 따른 피이송물에 대한 흡착상태를 도시한 정면도이며,
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 진공 흡착장치의 다른 실시예를 도시한 사시도이고,
도 8은 도 7의 실시예 중 흡착패드의 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 수직 및 수평방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 고정홀이 관통 형성된 고정판과,
상기 고정판의 고정홀에 관통 삽입되되 외주면에 나사산이 형성되어 한 쌍의 상하너트의 조임 결합으로 상기 고정판에 결합되고, 하단에 작은 내경을 가진 축경부가 형성된 고정파이프와,
상단에 큰 외경을 가진 확경부가 형성되고, 상기 고정파이프의 상방 내측으로 삽입되어 상기 확경부의 외주면이 상기 고정파이프의 내주면에 밀착되어 상하로 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩파이프와,
상기 고정파이프의 상방 내측으로 삽입되어 상단이 상기 고정파이프의 상단과 결합되고, 하부가 상기 슬라이딩파이프의 내부로 삽입 연통되되 외주면이 상기 슬라이딩파이프의 내주면에 밀착되는 연결파이프와,
상기 고정파이프의 내부에 설치되어 상기 연결파이프를 기준으로 상기 슬라이딩파이프를 탄성적으로 지지하는 코일스프링과,
상기 연결파이프의 상단에 결합되어 상기 연결파이프의 내부에 진공을 형성하는 진공연결구와,
상기 슬라이딩파이프의 하단에 결합되어 피이송물을 흡착하는 흡착패드를 포함하여 이루어진 진공 흡착장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡착패드는,
벨로우즈형 고무관인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 흡착장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡착패드는,
상기 슬라이딩파이프의 하단에 결합되는 원기둥형의 패드몸체와,
상기 패드몸체의 하단에 돌출된 복수의 니플과,
상기 니플 각각에 억지 끼움으로 결합되는 복수의 벨로우즈형 고무관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 흡착장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩파이프의 하단이 상기 패드몸체의 상면 중심에 위치하도록 결합되고,
상기 니플은,
4개가 구비되고, 각각이 상기 패드몸체의 중심에 대하여 동일한 거리만큼 이격되어 정사각형의 꼭지점을 이루도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 흡착장치.
