Abstract
(1) 알칼리 성분, 케톤류, 니트릴류, 에테르류 및 에스테르류로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 용매, 및 상기 알칼리 성분을 실질적으로 용해시키기에 충분한 양의 물의 존재 하에서, ACTF와 DCDNBTF를 반응시키는 공정, (2) 반응 혼합물을 산으로 중화 또는 산성화하는 공정, (3) 반응 생성물인 플루아지남과 반응 용매를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 용매를 증류 제거하여 생성물의 결정을 석출시키는 공정을 포함하는 방법에 의해, 공업적으로 유리한 반응계를 이용하여 간단한 조작으로 목적 생성물을 우수한 수율로 얻는다.

Claims (25)
- (1) 염기 물질로서 알칼리 금속의 수산화물 및 탄산화물, 및 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물 및 탄산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 알칼리 성분, 케톤류, 니트릴류, 에테르류 및 에스테르류로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 용매, 및 상기 알칼리 성분을 실질적으로 용해시키기에 충분한 양의 물의 존재 하에서, 2-아미노-3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸피리딘과 2,4-디클로로-3,5-디니트로벤조트리플루오라이드를 반응시키는 공정,
(2) 반응 혼합물을 산으로 중화 또는 산성화하는 공정, 및
(3) 반응 생성물인 3-클로로-N-(3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸-2-피리딜)-α,α,α-트리플루오로-2,6-디니트로-p-톨루이딘과 반응 용매를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 용매를 증류 제거하여 생성물의 결정을 석출시키는 공정
을 포함하는 3-클로로-N-(3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸-2-피리딜)-α,α,α-트리플루오로-2,6-디니트로-p-톨루이딘의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기 물질이 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨이고, 용매가 케톤류, 니트릴류, 에테르류 또는 에스테르류인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 디옥산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 아세트산에틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 아세트산부틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 메틸이소부틸케톤인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 테트라히드로푸란인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산이 염산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산이 황산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)의 공정에서, 35 내지 50% 농도의 수산화나트륨 수용액 또는 그에 상당하는 양의 수산화나트륨 수용액, 고체 수산화나트륨 및 물의 혼합물이 2-아미노-3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸피리딘 1몰에 대하여 2몰 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)의 공정에서, 물과 용매의 총량에 대하여 7% 이상의 양의 물이 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)의 공정에서, 2-아미노-3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸피리딘 1몰에 대하여 0.8 내지 1.2몰의 양으로 2,4-디클로로-3,5-디니트로벤조트리플루오라이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-아미노-3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸피리딘 100 g에 대하여 50 내지 1000 g의 양으로 용매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (2)의 공정에서, 반응 혼합물을 분리하고, 유기상을 산으로 중화 또는 산성화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산을 사용하여 pH를 2 내지 7로 조정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (3)의 공정에서, 반응 생성물인 3-클로로-N-(3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸-2-피리딜)-α,α,α-트리플루오로-2,6-디니트로-p-톨루이딘과 반응 용매를 함유하는 혼합물을 물과 혼합한 후, 이어서 용매를 증류 제거하여 생성물의 결정을 석출시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (3)의 공정에서, 시드로서 반응 생성물의 α형 결정의 존재 하에서 결정을 석출시키는 방법.
- 석출한 결정을 함수 이소프로판올로 세정하여, 오염물이 덜 있는 보다 정제된 형태의 생성물을 얻는 것을 포함하는, 생성물인 3-클로로-N-(3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸-2-피리딜)-α,α,α-트리플루오로-2,6-디니트로-p-톨루이딘의 정제 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 석출한 결정을 함수 이소프로판올로 세정하기 전에 물로 세정하는 정제 방법.
- 생성물인 3-클로로-N-(3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸-2-피리딜)-α,α,α-트리플루오로-2,6-디니트로-p-톨루이딘을 감압 하에서 건조하는 것을 포함하는 생성물의 건조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 300 mmHg 이하의 감압 하에서 건조하는 생성물의 건조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 200 mmHg 이하의 감압 하에서 건조하는 생성물의 건조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 115℃ 이하의 온도에서 건조하는 생성물의 건조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 70℃ 이하의 온도에서 건조하는 생성물의 건조 방법.
- 수산화나트륨 및 수산화칼륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 알칼리 성분, 케톤류, 니트릴류, 에테르류 및 에스테르류로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 용매, 및 상기 알칼리 성분을 실질적으로 용해시키기에 충분한 양의 물의 존재 하에서, 2-아미노-3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸피리딘과 2,4-디클로로-3,5-디니트로벤조트리플루오라이드를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 3-클로로-N-(3-클로로-5-트리플루오로메틸-2-피리딜)-α,α,α-트리플루오로-2,6-디니트로-p-톨루이딘의 제조 방법.
