Abstract
Description
Claims (30)
- 화소에 포토센서가 설치된 터치 패널의 구동방법으로서,복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시장치에 화상을 표시하는 단계와,상기 화상이 표시된 상태에서 피검출물에 의해 반사된 빛을 검출함으로써 검출 영역을 결정하는 단계와,상기 검출 영역에 있어서의 화소들의 계조를 같게 하면서 상기 피검출물을 판독하는 단계를 포함하는 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 판독을 행하는 동안 상기 검출 영역에 있어서의 화소들에 공급되는 비디오 신호가 서로 같은 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 검출 영역 외부에 설치된 포토센서에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터가 오프되는 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 터치 패널 구동방법에 의해 동작하는 터치 패널.
- 제 4항에 있어서,동일한 색을 발광하는 상기 복수의 화소가 서로 어긋난 위치에 배치된 터치 패널.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 화소가 델타 배열로 배치되어 있는 터치 패널.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 표시장치가 액정표시장치인 터치 패널.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트로서 냉음극관을 사용하는 터치 패널.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트로서 백색의 발광 다이오드를 사용하는 터치 패널.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 액정층이 블루상을 발현하는 액정을 포함하는 터치 패널.
- 화소에 포토센서가 설치된 터치 패널의 구동방법으로서,복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시장치에 화상을 표시하는 단계와,상기 화상이 표시된 상태에서 피검출물에 의해 반사된 빛을 검출함으로써 검출 영역을 결정하는 단계와,상기 검출 영역에 있어서의 화소들의 계조를 상기 검출 영역에 있는 화소들 중에서 가장 밝은 화소의 계조와 같게 하면서 상기 피검출물을 판독하는 단계를 포함하는 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 판독을 행하는 동안 상기 검출 영역에 있어서의 화소들에 공급되는 비디오 신호가 서로 같은 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 검출 영역 외부에 설치된 포토센서에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터가 오프되는 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 11항에 기재된 터치 패널 구동방법에 의해 동작하는 터치 패널.
- 제 14항에 있어서,동일한 색을 발광하는 상기 복수의 화소가 서로 어긋난 위치에 배치된 터치 패널.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 복수의 화소가 델타 배열로 배치되어 있는 터치 패널.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 표시장치가 액정표시장치인 터치 패널.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트로서 냉음극관을 사용하는 터치 패널.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트로서 백색의 발광 다이오드를 사용하는 터치 패널.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 액정층이 블루상을 발현하는 액정을 포함하는 터치 패널.
- 화소에 포토센서가 설치된 터치 패널의 구동방법으로서,복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시장치에 화상을 표시하는 단계와,상기 화상이 표시된 상태에서 피검출물에 의해 반사된 빛을 검출함으로써 검출 영역을 결정하는 단계와,상기 검출 영역에서 백 표시를 행하면서 상기 피검출물을 판독하는 단계를 포함하는 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 판독을 행하는 동안 상기 검출 영역에 있어서의 화소들에 공급되는 비디오 신호가 서로 같은 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 검출 영역 외부에 설치된 포토센서에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터가 오프되는 터치 패널의 구동방법.
- 제 21항에 기재된 터치 패널 구동방법에 의해 동작하는 터치 패널.
- 제 24항에 있어서,동일한 색을 발광하는 상기 복수의 화소가 서로 어긋난 위치에 배치된 터치 패널.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 복수의 화소가 델타 배열로 배치되어 있는 터치 패널.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 표시장치가 액정표시장치인 터치 패널.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트로서 냉음극관을 사용하는 터치 패널.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트로서 백색의 발광 다이오드를 사용하는 터치 패널.
