Claims (5)
- 천연 다당류인 아가 또는 아가로스를 가수분해하는 α-아가레이즈를 분비하는 한국농용미생물보존센타에 기탁번호 KACC91088 로 등록된 신규 해양 미생물 슈도알테로모나스 에스피 비엘-3 (Pseudoalteromonas sp. BL-3).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 슈도알테로모나스 에스피 비엘-3이 분비하는 다음과 같은 특징을 갖는 저분자량 α-아가레이즈.(1) 작용 기작 : 아가 및 아가로스 분자의 α-1,3-글리코사이드 결합을 특이적으로 가수분해하는 α-아가레이즈.(2) 물리적 특성 : 분자량과 등전점이 각각 31,000달톤과 pH 7.2이며, 아가로스 특이성을 갖는 저분자량 α-아가레이즈.(3) 주생성물 : 아가 및 아가로스 분자로부터 중합도가 낮은 아가로올리고당인 아가로비오스와 아가로테트라오스를 선택적으로 생산하는 α-아가레이즈
- 제 1,2항에 있어서, 기탁균주 슈도알테로모나스 에스피 비엘-3가 분비하는 엔씨비아이의 젠뱅크에 에세션 넘버 AY488029와 AAR87712로 각각 등록되어 있고 본 특허의 염기 서열목록 1과 2에 제시된 뉴클레오타이드와 아미노산 서열을 갖는 α-아가레이즈 유전자.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 기탁균주 슈도알테로모나스 에스피 비엘-3이 분비하는 아가로스 특이적 저분자량 α-아가레이즈를 이용한 아가 또는 아가로스를 원료로 하는 아가로올리고당의 제조법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 기탁균주 슈도알테로모나스 에스피 비엘-3이 분비하는 저분자량 α-아가레이즈를 유효성분으로 하는 아가로스 전기영동 겔로부터 디엔에이를 분리?회수하는데 사용하는 디엔에이 분리?회수용 시약.
