Claims (10)
- 소정의 온도에서 용융하는 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 감온재(3)와, 해당 감온재를 수용하는 통형 외위기(1)와, 상기 외위기의 일단 개구측에 부착한 제 1 전극을 형성하는 제 1 리드 부재(2)와, 상기 외위기의 타단 개구측에 부착한 제 2 전극을 형성하는 제 2 리드 부재(10)와, 상기 외위기에 수용하여 상기 감온재에 계류하는 가동 도전 부재(7)와, 상기 외위기에 수용하여 상기 가동 도전 부재에 가압 작용시키는 스프링 부재(6,8)를 구비하고, 상기 감온재가 동작 온도에서 용융함으로써 상기 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 2 전극간의 전기 회로를 전환하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감온재가 열가소성 수지 재료에 소망하는 물리적 또는 화학적 특성을 부여하는 첨가물을 혼합하여 성형 가공한 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 첨가물이 무기물질로 이루어지는 필러 충전물이고, 상기 감온재의 절연 저항치 또는 내전압치 등의 전기적 특성을 변하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 첨가물이 상기 감온재의 성형 가공이나 강도성의 개량제 또는 산화 또는 노화의 방지제이고, 기계적 또는 화학적 특성을 변하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 통형 외위기가 통형상 금속 케이스이고, 그 단부 개구에 삽입 부착한 절연 부싱을 구비하고, 상기 제 1 리드 부재는 상기 금속 케이스의 일단 개구측에 코킹 고정하여 전기적 기계적으로 결합함과 함께 상기 제 1 전극이 케이스 내 벽면에 형성되고, 상기 제 2 리드 부재는 상기 절연 부싱을 관통하여 상기 금속 케이스의 타단 개구측에서 절연적으로 장착되고 그 선단부에 상기 제 2 전극이 형성되고, 상기 가동 도전 부재가 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에서 이동 자유로운 가동 접점체이고, 상기 스프링 부재가 상기 가동 접점체에 계류하는 압축 스프링 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 압축 스프링 부재는 강압축 스프링과 약압축 스프링으로 이루어지고, 상기 감온재의 비동작시는 상기 강압축 스프링이 상기 약압축 스프링의 탄성력에 대항하여 상기 가동 접점체를 상기 제 2 전극에 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 강압축 스프링은 상기 감온재 및 상기 가동 접점체의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 감온재의 융해시에 상기 약압축 스프링의 가압력에 의해 상기 가동 접점체를 이동시켜 회로를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 압축 스프링은 상기 감온재에서 압축 상태로 배치되고, 상기 감온재의 융해시에 상기 약압축 스프링의 가압력에 대항하여 상기 가동 접점체를 이동시켜 회로를 도통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 통형 외위기가 통형상 금속 케이스이고, 단부 개구를 밀봉하는 절연 부싱을 구비하고, 상기 제 1 리드 부재가 상기 금속 케이스의 일단 개구측에 코킹 고정하여 전기적 기계적으로 결합함과 함께 상기 제 1 전극을 케이스 내 벽면에 형성하고, 상기 제 2 리드 부재가 상기 절연 부싱을 관통하여 상기 금속 케이스의 타단 개구측에서 절연적으로 장착되고, 그 선단부에 상기 제 2 전극을 형성하고, 상기 가동 도전 부재 및 상기 스프링 부재가 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 배치된 도전성 및 탄성을 가지며, 길이 방향으로 늘어나는 2장의 설편형상 평판이고, 이 2장의 설편형상 평판 사이에 상기 감온재를 끼워 넣어 상기 금속 케이스내 벽면에 접촉시키고 상기 감온재의 융해시에 상기 설편형상 평판 사이를 좁혀 비접촉 상태로 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 통형 외위기가 통형상 절연관이고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 리드 부재가 상기 절연관의 개구측에 각각 고정함과 함께 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극을 각각 상기 절연관의 내벽면에 형성하고, 상기 가동 도전 부재가 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극의 통전 위치로부터 차단 위치로 이동 가능한 도전체이고, 상기 스프링 부재가 상기 절연관의 일단측에 배치되고, 절연체를 개재하여 상기 도전체를 상기 감온재에 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온재형 온도 퓨즈.
