Claims (5)
- 척추에 일정한 간격으로 고정 결합되는 척추경 나사부재와, 상기 척추경 나사부재에 결합되어 척추를 지지하는 한쌍의 로드와, 상기 한쌍의 로드를 서로 연결하는 로드 연결장치를 포함하여 구성된 척추 고정 시스템에 있어서,상기 로드 연결장치는, 상기 한쌍의 로드에 각각 걸리는 훅과, 상기 훅을 서로 연결하는 연결부재와, 상기 훅 및 연결부재를 상기 로드에 고정하는 고정부재를 구비하되,상기 훅은, 상기 고정부재가 나사결합되는 나사봉부와, 상기 고정부재가 상기 연결부재를 매개로 나사봉부에 나사결합됨에 따라 상기 로드를 가압하는 플랜지를 가진 홀딩부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 시스템의 로드 연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀딩부의 하단에는 상기 로드를 수용하는 로드 수용부가 형성되고,상기 로드 수용부의 중앙에는 훅의 길이방향으로 슬릿홈이 형성되어 상기 플랜지를 이루고,상기 홀딩부의 외주면은 상기 연결부재가 밀착하는 경사면으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 시스템의 로드 연결장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 연결부재와 상기 홀딩부의 경사면 사이에는 와셔가 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 시스템의 로드 연결장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연결부재의 배면에는 상기 와셔를 수용하는 수용홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 시스템의 로드 연결장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 연결부재의 적어도 일단에는 상기 로드사이의 간격에 따라 상기 훅과 상대적으로 슬라이딩하여 고정되도록 연결부재의 길이방향으로 장공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 고정 시스템의 로드 연결장치.
