Claims (4)
- 정련로의 외주면 중에서 로 입구에서부터 로 직선형 몸통부에 이르는 경사부 또는 그 아래의 직선형 몸통부에 설치한 진공 플랜지에, 착탈 가능한 로 입구부를 덮어씌우기 위한 실링 커버의 하단에 설치한 실링재를 밀착시켜서 상기 정련로 내를 진공 또는 감압용 밀폐 공간으로 만들어 용융 금속의 정련을 수행하는 감압 정련로에 있어서,상기 정련로의 외주면 중 상기 로 입구와 상기 진공 플랜지와의 사이에, 그 최외주면이 상기 실링 커버의 하단 내주면보다 내측에 그리고 대기정련용 집진후드의 하단 내주면보다 외측에 위치하는 방재용 더미 플랜지를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 정련로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,정련로의 외주면 중에서 로 입구와 진공 플랜지와의 사이에 설치된 출강홀 하단보다 상기 진공 플랜지의 설치 위치에 가까운 범위에 방재용 더미 플랜지를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 정련로.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서,정련로의 종단면에 있어서, 진공 플랜지의 최외주점과 로 입구의 최외주점을 잇는 직선과, 방재용 더미 플랜지의 최내주점과 최외주점을 잇는 직선이 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 정련로.
- 제 1∼3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,정련로의 종단면에 있어서, 진공 플랜지의 최외주점과 출강홀의 최돌출점을 잇는 직선과, 방재용 더미 플랜지의 최내주점과 최외주점을 잇는 직선이 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 정련로.
