Abstract
본 발명의 상온 수축형 프리몰드형 접속함조립방법은 이상에서 설명한 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위한 것으로서, 프리몰드형 접속함을 공장에서 확관하거나 또는 현장에서 직접 시공할 수 있도록 공장에서 코어 와이어 위에 미리 확관된 프리몰드형 접속함을 현장에서 코어 와이어를 양쪽으로 풀어주기만 하면 작업이 완료될 수 있도록하여 케이블 접속 공사 시간을 축하고, 장비 및 소요되는 인력을 줄이게 되어 시공비를 절감할 수 있는 상온 수축형 프리몰드형 접속함 조립방법으로서, 나선형 탭을 가공한 확관 파이프와, 금속 혹은 고분자로 제작 되어 확관 후에 확관 파이프를 빼내도 슬리브의 압축력을 견딜 수 있는 재질의 코어 와이어와, 코어 와이어를 프리몰드 접속함 슬리브 내부로 삽입할 수 있도록 하는 압축장치를 사용하여 슬리브를 확관하는 상온 수축형 프리몰드형 접속함 조립방법이다.The method for assembling a room temperature shrinkage type pre-mold junction box of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems described above, and is pre-expanded on the core wire at the factory so that the pre-mold junction box can be expanded in a factory or directly on site.
