Claims (24)
- a) 순색에 대해서는, 명도 L*36.0 내지 44.0 CIELAB 단위, a*값 24 내지 30 CIELAB 단위, 및 b*값 14 내지 26 CIELAB 단위;b) 백화 (brightening)시에는, 명도 L*59 내지 66 CIELAB 단위, a*값 18 내지 30 CIELAB 단위, 및 b*값 4 내지 26 CIELAB 단위; 및c) 안료를 기준으로 Mn 0.012 내지 0.12 중량%, Cl 0.05 내지 0.59 중량% 및 Cr 40 mg/kg 미만을 갖는 산화철 적색 안료.
- a) 50 내지 450 g/ℓ의 산성 FeCl2용액에 충분한 양의 알칼리성 성분을 강력 혼합하여 용액의 pH를 3 내지 5로 조정하는 단계,b) 임의로, 알칼리성 성분의 첨가 전후에 또는 알칼리성 성분의 첨가와 동시에 응집 보조제를 a) 단계의 FeCl2용액에 첨가하는 단계,c) 임의로, a) 또는 b) 단계의 용액을 산화시키는 단계,d) 이 용액과 a), b) 또는 c) 단계에서 생성된 고체를 분리하는 단계,e) 침전법에 의해 제조된 α- 또는 β-FeOOH 시드 현탁액에 d) 단계에서 형성된 용액을, 이 시드 현탁액 중의 수산화 산화철 및 반응하지 않은 철 화합물을 기준으로 총 철 몰양의 4 내지 8 배에 상응하는 양으로 첨가하는 단계,f) e)에서 형성된 현탁액을 철저히 혼합하면서, 30 내지 95 ℃로 가열하는 단계,g) 시간 당 0.5 내지 10 몰%의 철이 산화되기에 충분한 양의 산화제를 첨가하여 f) 단계의 생성물을 산화시키고, 동시에 0.01 내지 0.4 pH 단위/시간의 속도로 pH를 상승시키기에 충분한 알칼리성 성분을 첨가하여 최종 pH를 3.0 내지 5.0로 증가시키는 단계,h) g) 단계 후, 임의로 pH를 3.0 내지 5.0로 일정하게 유지시키면서 산화를 계속 진행하는 단계,i) g) 또는 h) 단계의 현탁액 중의 Fe(II) 함량이 1 몰% 미만일 때 산화를 중단하는 단계,j) i) 단계의 산화철 황색 안료를 분리, 세척, 건조 및 연마하는 단계, 및k) 산소-함유 기체의 존재하에서 350 내지 1000 ℃에서 산화철 황색 안료를 하소하는 단계를 포함하는 산화철 적색 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, f) 단계에서의 온도가 30 내지 85 ℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, f) 단계에서의 온도가 55 내지 75 ℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, g) 단계에서의 산화 속도가 시간 당 0.5 내지 2.0 몰%인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, k) 단계에서의 온도가 600 내지 900 ℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, k) 단계의 생성물을 연마시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리성 성분이 수산화 나트륨, 탄산 나트륨, 탄산 마그네슘, 산화 마그네슘, 수산화 마그네슘, 산화 칼슘, 수산화 칼슘 및 암모니아로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- a) 50 내지 450 g/ℓ의 산성 FeCl2용액에 충분한 양의 알칼리성 성분을 강력 혼합하여 용액의 pH를 3 내지 5로 조정하는 단계,b) 임의로, 알칼리성 성분의 첨가 전후에 또는 알칼리성 성분의 첨가와 동시에 응집 보조제를 a) 단계의 FeCl2용액에 첨가하는 단계,c) 임의로, a) 또는 b) 단계의 용액을 산화시키는 단계,d) 이 용액과 a), b) 또는 c) 단계에서 생성된 고체를 분리하는 단계,e) 50 내지 95 ℃의 온도에서, 알칼리로 작용하는 침전제를 포함하는 용액에d) 단계로부터의 용액을, 침전제에 대한 제1철(II)의 당량비가 0.5 내지 0.65가 되는 양으로 첨가하는 단계,f) 산화제를 첨가해서 e) 단계의 생성물을 산화시키는 단계,g) f) 단계로부터의 현탁액 중의 Fe(II) 함량이 1 몰% 미만일 때 산화를 중단하는 단계,h) g) 단계로부터의 산화철 흑색 안료를 분리, 세척, 건조시키는 단계, 및i) 산소-함유 기체의 존재하에서 350 내지 1000 ℃에서 산화철 흑색 안료를 하소하는 단계를 포함하는 산화철 적색 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, e) 단계에서의 비가 0.5 내지 0.58인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, h) 단계에서의 온도가 600 내지 900 ℃인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, h) 단계의 생성물을 연마시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알칼리성 성분이 수산화 나트륨, 탄산 나트륨, 탄산 마그네슘, 산화 마그네슘, 수산화 마그네슘, 산화 칼슘, 수산화 칼슘 및 암모니아로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알칼리로서 작용하는 침전제가 수산화 나트륨, 탄산 나트륨, 탄산 마그네슘, 산화 마그네슘, 수산화 마그네슘, 산화 칼슘, 수산화 칼슘 및 암모니아로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.

- 제1항의 산화철 적색 안료를 포함하는 페인트 또는 라커.
