Claims (7)
- 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
휠 브레이크(14);
근력에 의해 작동 가능한 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12);
흡입 접속부(40)를 가지는 압력 발생기(38)로서, 상기 압력 발생기(38)는 외부 구동력에 응답하여 브레이크 압력 하의 브레이크액을 상기 휠 브레이크(14)에 공급하도록 구성되고, 상기 휠 브레이크(14)는 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12) 및 상기 압력 발생기(38)에 연결될 수 있고, 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12)는 압력 매체 접속부들을 통해 상기 휠 브레이크(14) 및 상기 압력 발생기(38)의 흡입 접속부(40)에 연결될 수 있는, 상기 압력 발생기(38); 및
상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12)의 상기 압력 매체 접속부들을 제어하도록 구성된 제 1 전자 제어 가능한 밸브 장치(50)를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전자 제어 가능한 밸브 장치(50)는:
제 1 압력 매체 접속부(54), 제 2 압력 매체 접속부(56) 및 제 3 압력 매체 접속부(58)를 가지는 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브; 및
제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 개별 위치들(64, 66, 68) 사이에서 상기 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브를 전환하도록 구성된 제 1 전자 제어 가능한 액추에이터(60)로서, 상기 제 1, 제2 및 제 3 개별 위치들(64, 66, 68)에서 상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 압력 매체 접속부들(54, 56, 58)은 상이한 변형으로 서로 접속되거나 서로에 대해 차단되고, 상기 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브는 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12)를 상기 흡입 접속부(40)에 연결하는, 상기 제 1 전자 제어 가능한 액추에이터(60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 압력 매체 접속부(54)는 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12)에 연결되고;
상기 압력 발생기(38)는 압력 접속부(52)를 포함하고;
상기 제 2 압력 매체 접속부(56)는 상기 압력 접속부(52)에 연결되고;
상기 제 3 압력 매체 접속부(58)는 상기 흡입 접속부(40)에 연결되며;
상기 제 1 개별 위치(64)에서, 상기 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브는 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12)를 상기 압력 접속부(52)에 연결하고, 상기 제 3 개별 위치(68)에서 상기 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브는 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(12)를 상기 흡입 접속부(40)에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 압력 매체 접속부(54)를 상기 제 2 압력 매체 접속부(56)에 연결하는 바이패스(70); 및
상기 바이패스(70) 내에 배치되고, 상기 제 2 압력 매체 접속부(56)로부터 상기 제 1 압력 매체 접속부(54)로의 유동 방향으로 상기 바이패스(70)를 차단하도록 구성된 체크 밸브(72)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 체크 밸브(72)는 상기 브레이크액의 압력에만 응답하여 상기 체크 밸브(72)의 밸브 시트에 대해 가압하도록 구성된 폐쇄 바디를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 브레이크(14) 내의 압력을 조정하도록 구성된 제 2 전자 제어 가능한 밸브 장치(16)를 더 포함하고,
상기 제 2 전자 제어 가능한 밸브 장치(16)는,
제 4 압력 매체 접속부(18), 제 5 압력 매체 접속부(20) 및 제 6 압력 매체 접속부(22)를 가진 제 2 3/3 방향 제어 밸브; 및
제 4, 제 5 및 제 6 개별 위치들(28, 30, 32) 사이에서 상기 제 2 3/3 방향 제어 밸브를 전환하도록 구성된 제 2 전자 제어 가능한 액추에이터(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 3/3 방향 제어 밸브들의 각각은 3개의 압력 매체 접속부들을 구비하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전자 제어 가능한 액추에이터들(60, 24)의 각각은 3개의 개별 위치들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전자 제어 가능한 밸브 장치(50)는 상기 제 1 및 제 3 개별 위치들(64, 68)에서 상기 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브를 통해 관류되게 허용하도록 구성되고;
상기 제 1 3/3 방향 제어 밸브의 상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 압력 매체 접속부들(54, 56, 58)은 상기 제 2 개별 위치(66)에서 서로에 대해 차단되고;
상기 제 2 개별 위치(66)는 상기 제 1 및 제 3 개별 위치들(64, 68) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자적으로 슬립 제어 가능한 차량 브레이크 시스템.
