Claims (10)
- 이송장치에 사용되는 볼트랜스퍼에 있어서,
측벽부와 바닥부로 이루어진 볼수용부를 가지는 하우징;
상기 볼수용부에 수용되며, 상단이 상기 볼수용부로부터 돌출되며 피이송물과 접촉되는 롤링볼;
상기 롤링볼의 상단이 노출되도록 상기 하우징의 상측에서 상기 하우징에 결합되며, 상기 롤링볼의 이탈을 방지하는 커버;
상기 측벽부의 상단에 설치되어 측방향에서 상기 롤링볼에 접촉되는 베어링볼;
상기 볼수용부의 바닥부에 형성되어 상기 롤링볼을 지지하며, 열처리 또는 기계적 가공에 의해 상기 바닥부보다 큰 내마모성을 가지는 강화부; 및
상기 측벽부의 상단에 구비되되, 상기 측벽부의 높이 방향으로 절곡된 단턱부;를 포함하고,
상기 단턱부는 상기 롤링볼의 측면 둘레를 따라 형성되고, 상기 베어링볼은 상기 단턱부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 롤링볼은 상기 볼수용부 내에 있어서, 상기 베어링볼 및 상기 강화부에 의해서만 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강화부는 상기 바닥부의 재질이 열처리되어 또는 기계적 가공되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바닥부는 수평면을 가지고,
상기 강화부는 상기 바닥부가 가지는 수평면으로부터 돌출되어 상기 롤링볼의 하단과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바닥부는 원뿔형 경사면을 가지고,
상기 강화부는 상기 바닥부의 원뿔형 경사면에 형성되어 상기 롤링볼의 하단 주변과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 강화부는 상기 원뿔형 경사면으로부터 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베어링볼은 상기 단턱부에 복수 개가 서로 접촉되도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단턱부의 재질이 열처리되어 또는 기계적 가공되어 형성되어 상기 베어링볼을 지지하는 추가의 강화부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강화부는 금속 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강화부는 세라믹 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트랜스퍼.
