Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 원위부 골편의 압박 고정을 필요로 하는 모든 종류의 골절 수술에서 원위부 골편이 작거나 임시 고정이 어려운 경우 사용할 수 있고, 원위부 골편이 작은 경우 기존의 압박 나사보다 더욱 월등하게 향상된 압박력을 얻을 수 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 역 압박식 뼈 나사에서 제1 나사와 제2 나사가 분리된 상태를 나타낸 사시도,
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 역 압박식 뼈 나사에서 제1 나사와 제2 나사가 서로 결합된 상태를 나타낸 사시도,
도 3은 상기 도 2의 단면도 및 부분 확대도,
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 역 압박식 뼈 나사의 작동 상태를 나타낸 예시도,
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 역 압박식 뼈 나사가 골절 부위에 식립된 상태를 나타낸 예시도이다.

Claims (5)
- 원위부 골편(DB)에 식립되는 제1 나선부(110)와, 하기 제2 나사(200)의 내경에 나선결합되는 제2 나선부(120)가 형성된 제1 나사(100); 및
상기 제1 나사(100)에 형성된 제2 나선부(120)의 외경에 나선결합되는 제1 나선부(210)와 근위부 골편(PB)에 식립되는 제2 나선부(220)가 형성된 중공의 제2 나사(200); 를 포함하며,
상기 제2 나사(200)가 제1 나사(100)에 나선결합되어 정방향 회전되면, 제1 나사(100)가 제2 나사(200)에 형성된 나선을 따라 식립 방향의 역방향으로 이동되면서 제1 나사(100)가 식립된 원위부 골편(DB)이 근위부 골편(PB) 방향으로 압박되며,
상기 제1 나사(100)의 제2 나선부(120)가 근위부 골편(PB) 내측에 비접촉되도록 제2 나선부(120)의 외경이 제1 나선부(110)의 외경 보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 역 압박식 뼈 나사. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 나사(200)는,
상기 제1 나선부(210)에 형성된 나사산 피치(pitch)(P1) 보다 상기 제2 나선부(220)에 형성된 나사산 피치(pitch)(P2)가 더 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 역 압박식 뼈 나사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 나사(200)의 상단에는, 상기 근위부 골편(PB)의 외측면에 안착되는 가압편(230); 이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 역 압박식 뼈 나사. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 나사(100)는,
상기 제1 나선부(110)의 하측 단부에 일체로 형성된 절삭 날(111); 을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역 압박식 뼈 나사.
