Claims (18)
- 벽면 상에 설치하도록 설계된 곤충포획장치로서,
곤충유인광을 방출하는 적어도 하나의 곤충유인광원(60a;60b;160a;160b)과,
곤충을 움직이지 못하게 구성된 적어도 하나의 곤충부동장치(190)와,
상기 곤충유인광원과 상기 곤충부동장치를 보유한 하우징(12;112;212)과,
상기 곤충유인광원과 상기 곤충부동장치가 보이는 것을 적어도 부분적으로 감추고, 상기 곤충유인광원이 상기 벽면에 수직인 방향 및 상기 수직인 방향의 양측으로 30-40도 내로 광을 직접 방출하는 것을 방지하는 앞면 커버(50;150;250)와,
전방 외부로 돌출되어 곤충들이 상기 곤충포획장치로 들어갈 수 있는 개구를 구비하는 곤충포획장치(10;110;210)로서,
상기 곤충유인광원으로부터 방출되는 곤충유인광을 수집하기 위해 상기 곤충유인광원을 향하여 배치된 제 1 단부와, 상기 곤충유인광원이 전형적인 관람자의 시선 밖으로 유지되도록 곤충포획장치로부터 곤충유인광(78a;78b)의 강한 집중 패턴을 개구로부터 전방 외부로 투사하기 위해 상기 개구를 향하여 배치된 제 2 단부를 갖는 광전송 판형 구조 또는 광섬유형 장치 형태의 적어도 하나의 광도관(70a;70b;270a;270b), 및
상기 곤충포획장치로부터 외부로 광을 반사하여 상기 곤충유인광이 확산 패턴(77a;77b)으로 적어도 하나의 광채널을 나가도록 구성되는 적어도 하나의 광채널(14a,14b,114a,114b,214a,214b)을 더 구비하며,
강도 그라데이션(intensity gradation)을 갖는 광패턴(79a;79b)을 형성하도록 광의 확산 패턴과 집중 패턴이 병합되는 곤충포획장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 광채널은 상기 적어도 하나의 곤충유인광원과 상기 곤충포획장치로부터 외부로 상기 곤충유인광을 반사하기 위한 반사면(26a;26b;126a;126b;226a;226b)을 구비하는 곤충포획장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 앞면 커버(50)는 상기 곤충유인광원이 뒷면 하우징 패널(20)에 법선 방향으로 그리고 법선으로부터 일측으로 30-40도 내에 직접 광을 방출하는 것을 방지하는 곤충포획장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광도관은 소정 방향으로 상기 곤충유인광을 효과적으로 휘게 적어도 2개의 방향으로 뻗어 있는 길이를 갖는 곤충포획장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 광도관은 판형 구조이며 상기 광도관의 제 2 단부는 세장 형태이고, 이로써 상기 광도관은 상기 곤충포획장치로부터 외부로 강한 곤충유인광선을 투사할 수 있는 곤충포획장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 광도관은 개구를 2개의 별개의 챔버로 나누고 곤충들이 한 챔버에서 다른 챔버로 이동하게 복수의 개구들을 포함하는 곤충포획장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 앞면 커버는 상기 곤충유인광이 방출되는 복수의 윈도우(295)를 더 구비하는 곤충포획장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 윈도우는 반투명이거나 스크린되는 곤충포획장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 곤충유인광은 UV-A 스펙트럼 내의 광성분을 포함하는 곤충포획장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 곤충유인광의 실제 성분은 345 내지 375㎚의 파장을 갖는 곤충포획장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
사람의 눈에 보일 수 있는 광을 방출하는 적어도 하나의 가시스펙트럼 광원(80a;80b;180a;180b)을 더 구비하는 곤충포획장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 가시스펙트럼 광원은 UV-A 스펙트럼내에 있는 광을 방출하지 않는 곤충포획장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 가시스펙트럼 광원은 벽면에 광을 투사하도록 지향되는 곤충포획장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 앞면 커버(50)는 상기 적어도 하나의 가시스펙트럼 광원을 보는 것을 차단하기 위해 단부 패널(30a;30b;130a;130b)의 상방 또는 하방까지 뻗어 있는 곤충포획장치. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항, 제 4 항 및 제 6 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
벽에 장착되도록 형성된 곤충포획장치. - 삭제
