- 공기와 연료를 적정수준으로 배합하여 연소시키고, 연소된 고온 배기가스의 열에너지를 축적시켜 연소용 공급 공기의 예열에 이용하는 자기축열식버너의 헤드부에 결합되어, 연소용 공기 및 배기가스의 유로가 교번 작동되는 2개의 연소부를 갖는 자기축열식버너의 버너타일에 있어서,상기 버너타일은 몸체(151) 중앙을 관통하는 연료분사구(152)가 형성되고, 상기 연료분사구(152)의 둘레에 다수의 흡/배기공들(154a)(155a)이 형성되며, 상기 흡/배기공들(154a)(155a)을 양분시켜 양분된 흡/배기공들(154a)(155a) 간의 공기 이동이 차단되도록 하는 혼입방지용 분리벽(153)이 연료분사구(152)를 중심으로 형성되고, 상기 혼입방지용 분리벽(153)을 기준으로 양측이 각각 주연소와 배기를 교번 작동하기 위한 제1연소부(154) 및 제2연소부(155)를 형성하되,상기 제1연소부(154) 및 제2연소부(155)는 연료분사구(152)를 공유하게 되며, 각각은 4~8개의 흡/배기공들(154a)(155a)을 형성하고, 상기 흡/배기공들(154a)(155a)은 축방향 관통공과 수직방향 관통공으로 이루어지고, 상기 수직방향 관통공과 축방향 관통공이 상호 연통되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 자기축열식버너.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 혼입방지용 분리벽(153)은 연료분사구(152)의 둘레를 돌출시킨 원형구간(153a)과 상기 연료분사구(152)의 수직 및 수평방향으로 돌출시킨 직선구간(153b)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 자기축열식버너.
