- 삭제
- 오염수가 유입되어 담기는 상부가 개방된 함체형 케이스본체(10)와, 케이스본체(10)에 삽탈식으로 설치되는 오염수지연체(30)로 유수분리기가 이루어지며,상기 케이스본체(10)는 전방벽 상부에 오염수유입관(11)가 하향 설치되고, 상기 케이스본체(10)의 후방벽 중앙 상부에는 요(凹)홈 형태의 정화수월류벽(15)이 형성되며, 케이스본체(10) 후방벽 내측 중앙에는 정화수월류벽(15)을 감싸는"ㄷ"자 형태의 유수분리벽(19)이 케이스본체(10)의 바닥면으로 부터 간격을 두고 설치되고, 정화수월류벽(15) 후방의 케이스본체(10) 후방벽 외측에는 후방에 정화수배출관(20)이 연결된 정화수모임실(18)이 상부가 개방되게 설치되며, 상기 정화수월류벽(15)의 후면에는 상하방향으로 장공(17)을 형성한 요(凹)홈 형태로 형성된 높이조절구(16)가 상하로 높이를 조절하도록 설치되고,상기 유수분리벽(19) 양측의 케이스본체(10) 내측 모서리에는 폐유월류부(13)를 형성한 폐유월류벽(14)이 상하 전길이에 걸쳐 설치되며, 폐유월류벽(14)에 대응하는 케이스본체(10)의 후방 양측벽에는 폐유배출관(21)이 연결 설치되고, 상기 케이스본체(10) 내측 바닥에는 후단부가 폐유월류벽(14)과 이격되게 전후 길이방향으로 상기 오염수지연체(30)가 얹혀지는 한 쌍의 받침벽(12)이 수직 설치되며,상기 오염수지연체(30)는 상부에 손잡이(32)를 설치한 상판(31)의 하부에 전방부터 후방 까지 저면이 받침벽(12)에 얹혀지는 수개의 1차막음판(35)과 2차막음판(37)이 교대로 간격을 두고 하향 설치되며,상기 1차막음판(35)은 "V"자 형의 절곡되며 양측 날개부가 케이스본체(10)의 내벽면과 미세한 틈새(G2)를 형성하게 하는 측면절곡부(34)가 후방으로 절곡 형성되고, 상기 2차막음판(37)은 한 쌍의 경사판(37a)을 "V"자 형태로 배치되게 설치하되, 중앙부에 오염수가 통과할 소정의 간격(G1)을 두고, 양측 경사판(37a)의 외측 날개부는 케이스본체(10)의 내벽면에 밀착되게 설치되며,상기 상판(31)에는 1차막음판(35)의 중앙측 절곡부와 2차막음판(37)의 간격(G1)을 노출되게 하는 수개의 거품소멸구멍(33)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유수분리기.
