Claims (3)
- 본체하우징(2)내에 다수의 사각파이프(4a)들과 전방 단관(4b)이 용접 결착하여서된 열교환판(4)들 각각을 수직이격되게 다단설치하고, 다단의 열교환판(4)의 사각파이프(4a)들은 본체하우징(2) 양측 연통부(16a∼16e)들을 통해 지그재그로 연통되게 구성하되, 최하단 연통부(16a)에는 버너(10)가 설치된 연소실(8)과 연결되게하고, 최상단 연통부(16e)에는 외부 가스배출관(18)이 연결되게 구성하며, 본체하우징(2)에 설치된 송풍기(20)에 의해 강제공급된 외부공기(A)가 열교환판(4)간의 열교환통로(P)를 통과하면서 열교환되어 본체하우징(2)의 공기배출구(22)를 통해 온열 공기로서 배출되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다단 열풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열교환통로(P)중의 일측에서 연소실(8) 배출부측 최하단 연통부(16a)를 우회하는 우회냉각로(26)를 형성하여서, 우회냉각로(26)로 유입된 공기가 연소실(8) 외측으로 배출되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다단 열풍기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다수 사각파이프(4a)를 본체하우징(2)내에 양단부가 고정되는 보강프레임(6)상에 용접하되, 보강프레임(6)의 길이방향으로 부분설치하여, 다수 사각파이프(4a)가 비설치된 보강프레임(6)의 공간에 의해 열교환통로(P)간을 수직연통되게하는 수직열교환통로를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 다단 열풍기.
