Claims (9)
- 엔진의 운전 상태를 검출하는 운전 상태 검출 수단(66)과,상기 운전 상태 검출 수단(66)의 출력에 기초하여, 상기 엔진의 연소실 내로의 연료 공급을 제어하는 연료 제어 수단(64)과,상기 엔진의 배기에 의해 흡기를 과급하는 터보 챠저(40; turbo charger)와,상기 터보 챠저(40)의 터빈의 하류측 배기 통로에 설치되며, 알칼리 금속(alkali metal)의 촉매가 담지(擔持)됨과 동시에 배기 중의 파티큘레이트(particulate)를 포착하는 필터(51)와,상기 필터 근방의 배기 온도를 검출하는 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)과,상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘으면, 상기 터보 챠저(40)의 과급압(過給壓)을 증대시키는 과급압 제어 수단(62)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 터보 챠저(40)는 가변 용량형 터보로서 구성되며,상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)은 상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘으면, 과급압을 증대시키도록 상기 가변 용량형 터보를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 터보 챠저(40)는 상기 터빈의 상류측과 하류측을 연결하는 바이패스 통로와, 상기 바이패스 통로를 통해서 상기 터빈을 바이패스하는 배기량을 조정 가능한 제어 밸브를 구비하고,상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)은 상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘으면, 상기 제어 밸브에 의해 바이패스되는 배기량을 저감시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 제어 수단(64)은 연료 분사 시기를 제어하는 분사 시기 제어 수단(64a)을 구비하고,상기 분사 시기 제어 수단(64a)은 상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)에 의해 상기 터보 챠저(40)의 과급압을 증가시키는 제어가 행해질 때, 분사 시기가 지체되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)은 상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘고, 또한, 상기 운전 상태 검출 수단(66)에 의해 검출된 엔진 부하가 소정의 부하를 넘으면, 상기 터보 챠저의 과급압을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 운전 상태 검출 수단(66)은 상기 엔진의 부하 변화율을 검출하는 부하 변화율 검출 수단(66a)을 구비하고,상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)은 상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘고, 또한, 상기 부하 변화율 검출 수단(66a)에 의해 검출된 엔진 부하의 변화율이 양의 값이면, 상기 터보 챠저의 과급압을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 통로(31)는 상기 필터의 상류측 및 상기 터빈의 하류측에 배치된 산화 촉매(52)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)은 상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘고, 또한, 상기 운전 상태 검출 수단(66)에 의해 검출된 엔진 부하가 소정의 부하를 넘으면, 상기 터보 챠저의 과급압을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 운전 상태 검출 수단(66)은 상기 엔진의 부하 변화율을 검출하는 부하 변화율 검출 수단(66a)을 구비하고,상기 과급압 제어 수단(62)은 상기 배기 온도 검지 수단(55)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도가 소정 온도를 넘고, 또한, 상기 부하 변화율 검출 수단(66a)에 의해 검출된 엔진 부하의 변화율이 양의 값이면, 상기 터보 챠저의 과급압을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 정화 장치.
