- 광디스크에 있어서,읽기면과,상기 읽기면 쪽광디스크 표면상에 광투과율이 좋고 경도가 높은 재질의제1 보호박막과,상기 제1 보호박막상에 지문 또는 먼지가 묻지 않도록 하기 위해 표면에너지가 낮은 재질의 제2보호박막으로 구성됨을특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,읽기면과,광디스크 표면의 상기 읽기면상에다이야몬드 코팅에 의해 형성되며,광투과율이 좋고 경도가 높은 재질의제1 보호박막으로 구성함을특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,읽기면과,광디스크 표면의 상기 읽기면상에DLC 코팅에 의해 형성되며,광투과율이 좋고 경도가 높은 재질의제1 보호박막으로 구성함을특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,읽기면과,광디스크 표면의 상기 읽기면상에SiO2 계열(실리카)물질 코팅에 의해 형성되며,광투과율이 좋고 경도가 높은 재질의제1 보호박막으로 구성함을특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,읽기면과,광디스크 표면의 상기 읽기면상에불화마그네슘계열물질 코팅에 의해 형성되며,광투과율이 좋고 경도가 높은 재질의제1 보호박막으로 구성함을특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 보호박막은 분자구조가 치밀한 구조를 가짐을특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 보호박막은불소물질 코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기제2 보호박막은 불소코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이야몬드 코팅은 진공증착법에 의해서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 DLC 코팅은 진공증착법에 의해서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 SiO2 계열(실리카)물질 코팅은 진공증착법에 의해서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 불화마그네슘계열물질 코팅은 스포터링법에 의해서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 불화마그네슘계열물질 코팅은 스피닝법에 의해서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,기록된 정보를 읽어내는 쪽 광디스크 표면상에 내상처성을 가지기 위해 광투과율이 좋고 경도가 높은 재질로서 수십 미크론 정도의 두께로 코팅된 제1보호박막과,상기 제1보호박막상에 내지문성을 가지기 위해 표면에너지가 낮고 분자구조가 치밀한 재질로서 수 미크론 정도의 두께로 코팅된 제2보호박막을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1보호박막이 다이야몬드 코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1보호박막이 DLC 코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1보호박막이 SiO2 계열(실리카)물질 코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1보호박막이 불화마그네슘계열물질 코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제2보호박막이 불소물질 코팅에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,기록된 정보를 읽어내는 쪽 광디스크 표면의 내상처성, 내먼지성 및 내지문성을 위해 투명하고 경도가 높고 표면에너지가 낮으며 치밀한 표면구조를가지며, 불소계 화합물로 이루어진보호박막이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 화합물은 폴리카보네이트임을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광디스크에 있어서,읽기면과,광디스크 표면의 상기 읽기면을 물, 기름, 지문의 영향으로부터 보호하기 위하여 표면에너지가 낮은 불소계 화합물로 코팅처리한 보호막으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 읽기면은 정보를 기록하고 읽어내는 쪽의 면임을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 폴리카보네이트 재질임을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
