【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、缶、瓶などのラベルとなるシュリンクラベル
フィルムの超音波シール方法に関するものである。

第1図は従来のシュリンクラベルフィルムの超音波シー
ル方法を示すもので、包装体O1に外被されるシュリン
クラベルフィルム02の両端03と04を重ね合わせ、
この重ね合わせ部分の中間を超音波にて本シール05す
るという方法である。

このため、シュリンクラベルフィルム02が熱収縮した
際に、第2図に示すように、上側のシュリンクラベルフ
ィルムの端03が跳ね上がり、外観を損ねるという欠点

本発明は斯かる欠点の生じないシュリンクラベルフィル
ムのシール方法を提案するもので、超音波にてシールす
る際に、本シール以外に更に上側のフィルムの端を補助
シールする点に特長がある。

第3図は上記本発明シール方法の一実施例を示すもので
、lはシュリンクラベルフィルム、2はこのシュリンク
ラベルフィルムの両端3.4を重−ね合わせ、その中間
を超音波にてシールした本シール部分である。なお、本
シール2は多少左右にズしてもよい。

本発明は以上のように、シュリンクラベルフィルムをシ
ールする際に1本シール以外に端をシールする補助シー
ルを行なうようにしたので、加熱収縮してもシュリンク
ラベルフィルムの端が跳ね上がることはない。

Claims (1)
- シュリンクラベル用フィルムの両端を重ね合わせてこの
重ね合わ“せ部分の中間を超音波にて本シールすると共
に重ね合わせたフィルムの上側に位置する端縁を更に超
音波にて補助シールするシュリンクラベルフィルムの超
音波シール方法。
