Claims (1)
トンであってその中央の部位で横断面積が最小となり、
該部位から上方及び下方へ向けて横断面積が漸増するよ
うに形成された空間と前記シリンダの軸線方向に開けら
れ、前記空間に連通ずるポートとを有するピストンと、
該ピストンに下方の端部で連結され、上方の端部が前記
シリンダから外部へ突出する中空のピストンロッドと、
該ピストンロッドに上方から挿し込まれ、液密状態で回
転可能に支持されるコントロールロッドであってその一
部分が前記空間内に配置され、該部分の中間に案内部を
該案内部の上方及び下方に互いに逆向きに切られた一対
のねじを有するコントロールロッドと、該コントロール
ロッドの前記案内部に案内されて前記軸線方向へ移動可
能に前記空間内に配置される弁体であって該弁体が前記
空間の前記中央の部位に位置するとき該弁体の外周面と
前記ピストンの内周面との間をオリフィスとする弁体と
、前記コントロールロッドの前記各ねじにねじ込められ
たばねシートであって前記ピストンに対して非回転に保
持され、前記コントロールロッドの回転により該コント
ロールロッドの軸線方向へ移動可能のばねシートと、該
各ばねシートと前記弁体との間に介在される非線形のば
