Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized magnetic head or magnetic sensor that can be easily connected to an external circuit in a simple way of production, by forming a laminated chip-shaped inductor through a printing method and then fitting the foot of a magnetic yoke into the center hole of said inductor. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic substance or insulated layer 6 is printed on a substrate to form a lead-out conductor A; and the conductor 7, the insulated layer 8, conductor 9 consecutive to the conductor 7, and the insulated layer 10 are printed successively and in lamination. Then a printing is given to the entire surface of the conductor 13 forming the lead-out conductor B and the last insulated layer 14, and a pierced hole 15 is provided at the center part of the laminated substance. Thereafter, a burning process is applied to obtain a rigid sintered substance. The conductive paint is coated to the right and left sides of the laminated substance and then baked with addition of the external terminals 16 and 17. Thus a chip inductor is completed. The hole 15 is fitted to the left foot 2 of the magnetic yoke 1 to be unified together and adhered solidly. Thus an electricity-magnetism converting element is obtained.
