Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the yield ratio of steel sheet, and to improve the workability of the steel sheet, by hot rolling steel slab having specific composition including C, Mn, Si, Cr, Al, by box annealing the steel sheet at a specific temp., and by galvanizing the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:Steel slab consisting in wt% of 0.02-0.15 C, 2-3 Mn, <=0.8 Si, 0.1-1 Cr, 0.01-0.1 Al, the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, is hot rolled. Said hot rolled steel sheet is box annealed at a temp. not lower than the A1 transformation temp. and not higher than the A3 transformation temp., then it is galvanized. Said steel sheet galvanized by hot dipping may be alloyed by a continuous line succeeding to the galvanizing, or may be hot dip galvanized by flux hot dipping galvanizing method.
