Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)次の構成を含有するバルブ部品: (i)第1の開口、第2の開口およびこの第1と第2の開口を結合す る穴を有する第1の通路; (ii)第3の開口、第4の開口およびこの第3と第4の開口を結合す る穴を有する第2の通路; (iii)第5の開口、第6の開口およびこの第5と第6の開口を結合 する穴を有する第3の通路;および (iv)第1のバルブディスク、第2のバルブディスクおよび第2、第 4および第6の開口を含有する中央の空所を有するメインボディ (b)次の構成を含有する第1の搬送スパイク: (i)第1の開口に結合している二重管腔チャネルを有する傾斜先端 ;および (ii)チャネル中の第7の開口、第8の開口および第7と第8の開口 を結合する導管(conduit)を有する第4の通路、 (c)次の構成を含有する第2の搬送スパイク: (i)傾斜先端の反対側の第9の開口に結合している二重管腔チャネ ルを有する傾斜先端;(ii)第9の開口中に封印された第1の疎水性空気フイル ター;および (iii)チャネル中の第10の開口、第11の開口および第10と第 11の開口を結合する穴、 (d)第8と第11の開口を結合するチューブ、 (e)開口部、およびこの開口部と第3の開口を結合する第6の通路を有す るシリンジポート、 (f)次の構成を含有する第3の搬送スパイク: (i)第5の開口に結合している二重管腔チャネルを有する傾斜先端 ;および (ii)チャネル中の第7の開口、外部の開口該内部および外部の開口 を結合するチャンネルおよび外部の開口中に封印された第2の疎水性 空気フイルター、 および (g)消毒および握り可能なハウジング、 を含有する製剤調製機であって、 シリンジが容器中に挿入され、このシリンジのプランジャーが下側に吸引される と、第1と第2のバルブディスクがバルブ部品中央空洞に位置して第1と第3の 開口部が開かれ、そして第5の開口部が閉められ,次いでシリンジプランジャー が上へ向けて挿入されると第1と第2のバルブディスクがバルブ部品中央空洞に 位置して第3と第5の開口部が開かれ、そして第1の開口部が閉められる構成と なっている製剤調製機。 2.ハウジングが第2の疎水性空気フイルターを有する特許請求の範囲第1項記 載の装置。 3.搬送スパイクの各々がカラー(環)を有し、このカラーは傾斜先端とハウジ ングの外表面の間のスパイク上に設けられるものである特許請求の範囲第1項記 載の装置。 4.シリング容器がロックフィッティングを含有している特許請求の範囲第1項 記載の装置。 5.第4の搬送スパイクを有している特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 6.次の構成を含有する製剤調製機であって、 (i)特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置、 (ii)第1の液体含有第1バイアル瓶、 (iii)第2の液体含有第2バイアル瓶および (iv)第3のバイアル瓶、 第1および第2の液体を上記装置で組合せ、この組合せた液体を該装置で第3の バイアル瓶に注入し、該液体の組合せおよび第3のバイアル瓶の内容物を含有す る製剤を形成するものである製剤調製キット。 7.第3のバイアル瓶が化学物質を含有する特許請求の範囲第6項記載のキット 。 8.化学物質が生物学的活性剤、歯科剤、染料、エポキシまたは化学試薬である 特許請求の範囲第7項記載のキット。 9.化学物質が治療薬、診断薬、歯科薬、化粧料、栄養剤および予防剤からなる 群から選ばれる生物学的活性剤であるものである特許請求の範囲第8項記載のキ ット。 10.生物学的活性剤が、抗関節炎剤、抗不整脈剤、抗菌剤、抗コリン作動剤、 抗血液凝固薬、抗利尿剤、解毒剤、抗てんかん薬、抗かび剤、抗炎症剤、代謝拮 抗剤、抗偏頭痛剤、抗腫瘍剤、抗寄生虫薬、解熱剤、抗発作剤、抗血清、鎮痙薬 、鎮痛剤、麻酔剤、β遮断薬、生体応答調整物質、骨代謝調整剤、心臓血管剤、 利尿剤、酵素剤、受精能増強剤、生長促進剤、止血薬、ホルモン剤、ホルモン抑 制剤、過カルシウム緩和剤、低カルシウム緩和剤、低血糖緩和剤、高血糖緩和剤 、免疫抑制剤、免疫増強剤、筋肉弛緩剤、神経伝達物質、副交感神経様作用薬、 交感神経作用薬、血漿増量剤(expanding,extending)、向精神薬、血栓溶解剤お よび血管拡張薬である特許請求の範囲第9項記載のキット。 11.治療剤がアントラサイクリン抗生物質、ビンカアルカロイド、プリンもし くはピリミジン誘導体またはアルキル化剤からなる群から選ばれる抗腫瘍剤であ る特許請求の範囲第10項記載のキット。 12.第1の液体が第1のPHを有する水性緩衝液を含有するリポソームを含有 する特許請求の範囲第6項記載のキット。 13.リポソームがユニラメラリポソームである特許請求の範囲第12項記載の キット。 14.水性緩衝液がクエン酸バッファーである特許請求の範囲第12項記載のキ ット。 15.第2の液体は、第1のpHに応じて酸性もしくは塩基性である第2のpH を有する水性緩衝液であり、第3のバイアル瓶はイオン化し得る生物学的活性剤 を含有するものである特許請求の範囲第12項記載のキット。 16.第1の液体が約50nmより大なる直径のユニラメラリポソームを含有し pHが約3.5から約4.5のクエン酸バッファーを含有し、第2の液体は炭酸 バッファーを含有し、第3のバイアル瓶はイオン化し得る生物学的活性剤を含有 し、該剤、リポソームおよび炭酸バッファーは組み合わされ、リポソームを炭酸 バッファー中に懸濁し、剤をリポソーム中に包み込むようにされたものである、 特許請求の範囲第15項記載のキット。 17.生物学的活性剤がドキソルビシン、ダウノルビシンおよびエピルビシンか らなる群から選ばれたアントラサイクリン抗生物質抗腫瘍剤である、特許請求の 範囲第16項記載のキット。 18.アントラサイクリン抗生物質抗腫瘍剤がドキソルビシンである、特許請求 の範囲第17項記載のキット。 19.第1の液体を含有する第1のバイアル瓶を第1の搬送スパイクに取り付け 、第2の液体を含有する第2のバイアル瓶を第2の搬送スパイクに取り付け、そ して第3のバイアル瓶を第3の搬送スパイクに取り付け、 シリンジをシリンジポートに挿入しシリンジのプランジャーを下方へ吸引して第 1および第2の液体を組み合わせ、 シリンジのプランジャーを上方へ挿入して組み合わせられた液体が第3のバイア ル瓶に流れ込むようにして、上記液体の組合せおよび第3のバイアル瓶の内容物 を含有する製剤を調製することを含有する、 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置を用いて製剤を調製する方法。 20.第1のバイアル瓶が約50nmより大なる直径のユニラメラリボソームを 含有し、pHが約3.5から約4.5のクエン酸バッファーを含有し、第2のバ イアル瓶は炭酸バッファーを含有し、そして第3のバイアル瓶はドキソルビシン を含有するものであり、ドキソルビシン、リポソームおよび炭酸バッファーを組 み合わせ、リボソームを炭酸バッファー中に懸濁し、次いでドキソルビシンをリ ボソーム中に捕捉することを包含する、特許請求の範囲第19項記載の方法。
