Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 1.−可溶性および/または不溶性充填剤との混合物であってよいエチレン性不 飽和量合性化合物、および−酸素との接触により開始可能な活性剤系を含有する 成形可能なラジカル重合性多成分混合物であって、多成分混合物が、酸素および 水との接触、とくに大気との接触で開始され得る、 −α位に少なくとも1つの脂肪族的CH結合を有するN−アルキル置換第3級ア リールアミン、 −不飽和油の乾燥を促進するための系に少なくとも部分的に可溶な金属化合物、 および −湿気との接触で遊離カルボン酸に加水分解され得る、約0.9以上のpKs値 を有する弱酸性カルボン酸の化合物の主要成分に基づく活性剤系を含有すること を特徴とする多成分混合物。
- 2.空気の不存在で反応しない1成分型系または空気との接触でも反応しない多 成分型系として処方されており、多成分型系が第3級窒素化合物が金属化合物お よび遊離カルボン酸に加水分解され得る化合物から分離されている特に2成分型 系であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多成分混合物。
- 3.非反応性1成分型系として処方される場合にとくに、反応性基、とくに反応 性水素原子、例えば弱酸性カルボン酸の時期尚早な解放につながるOHおよび/ またはCOOH基の形態のような反応性基を含有しないことを特徴とする請求項 1または2に記載の多成分混合物。
- 4.常温またはわずかな高温で大気との接触により活性化される系として処方さ れていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 5.易流動性、好ましくは僅かに高粘度を有する塗布可能な〜ペースト状の材料 として処方されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の多成分 混合物。
- 6.一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中、 R1は置換されていてよいアリール基、さらにとくにはアルキル置換されていて よいフェニル基、 R2はR1と同意義であるか、または置換されていてよい直鎖または分岐アルキ ル基、および R3は置換されていてもよい、窒素のα位に少なくとも水素原子を有する直鎖ま たは分岐アルキル基である。]で示される化合物をN−アルキル置換アリールア ミン化合物としてを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の 多成分混合物。
- 7.それぞれのアルキル基が好ましくは10個まで、さらに好ましくは6個まで の炭素原子からなる環において置換または非置換のジアルキルアニリン化合物が 一般式(I)の化合物として存在し、環でアルキル置換されていてよいアニリン 誘導体、とくにジメチルアニリンおよび/またはジメチル−p−トルイジンの構 造を有するものがとくに適切であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに 記載の多成分混合物。
- 8.系に少なくとも部分的に可溶な金属含有乾燥剤として、数種の原子価段階を 生じる金属化合物、さらにとくには対応遷移金属化合物を含有し、好ましくは金 属イオンが低原子価段階で存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに 記載の多成分混合物。
- 9.コバルトおよび/またはマンガンまたはさらには鉄の(有機媒体に可溶の) 金属化合物を含有し、鉄はFe3+化合物の形態で使用可能であることを特徴と する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 10.湿気との接触で加水分解する、約1以上、好ましくは約1.3以上のpK s値を有するカルボン酸の化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のい ずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 11.約13、好ましくは約11.5のpKs上限値を有するマスクされた湿気 により加水分解される化合物を含有し、さらにとくには遊離カルボン酸が約7の pKs上限値を有する対応遊離カルボン酸化合物を含有すること特徴とする請求 項1〜10のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 12.1個またはそれ以上のカルボキシル基、さらにとくには1〜4個のカルボ キシル基を含有する、マスクされたカルボン酸を含有することを特徴とする請求 項1〜11のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 13.無水物の形態で、および/または他の弱カルボン酸との混合無水物として 、および/または硼素および/または珪素の水酸化化合物との混合無水物または エステルとして、弱カルボン酸を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のい ずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 14.一般式: X−O−CO−R4(II) 〔式中、 R4は置換されていてよいアルキル、シクロアルキルまたはアリール基、 Xは非常に穏やかな高温で遊離酸R4COOHの同時形成を伴う加水分解により 脱離し得る弱酸性、ほぼ中性、極端な場合はきわめて弱い塩基性の基である。] で示される加水分解され易い弱酸性カルボン酸誘導体を含有することを特徴とす る請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 15.Xが、一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IV)〔式中、 Zは同一または異なって、R5−CO−O−基(ここで、R5は一般式(II) におけるR4基と同じかまたは異なる基であり、とくに加水分解時に形成する遊 離カルボン酸R5COOHが少なくともpK3値についての上記下限を有すると いう条件で置換されていてもよいアルキル、シクロアルキルまたはアリール基で ある。)および/またはZは、置換されていてよいおよび/または酸素原子によ り硼素と結合していてよいアルキル、シクロアルキルおよび/またはアリール基 、 xは0〜2の値、よりとくには1である。]で示される基である一般式(II) の加水分解され易い誘導体を含有する請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の多成分 混合物。
- 16.Xが一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(V)Zは一般式(IV)における定義され る意味と同意義、yは0〜約10の値、さらにとくには約5の値である。〕で示 される基である一般式(II)の化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜 13のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 17.エチレン性不飽和重合性成分として、アクリレートおよび/またはメタク リレートの化合物または系、スチレンまたはスチレン誘導体および/またはアタ リロニトリルを含有し、それらは反応性で予め形成されたオリゴマーおよび/ま たはポリマー化合物の形態で完全にまたは部分的に存在してもよいことを特徴と する請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 18.系に可溶性および/または不溶性である充填剤、増粘剤、弾性化剤、顔料 、カップリング剤および安定化剤などを追加的に含有することを特徴とする請求 項1〜12のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 19.温気との望ましくない接触に対する安定化のための活性形態の乾燥剤およ び/または酸素との望ましくない接触に対する安定化のための還元剤を含有する ことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の活性物質混合物。
- 20.活性剤混合物が系全体の約25重量%以下、好ましくは10重量%以下を 占め、好ましくは系全体の少なくとも0.1重量%、さらに好ましくは約1〜8 重量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の多成分混合 物。
- 21.活性剤系の成分が実質的に以下の量比(活性剤の3成分の混合物を基準に して重量%で): 5〜20、好ましくは5〜15重量%の金属化合物または0.01〜5、好まし くは0.05〜2重量%の金属、30〜60、好ましくは40〜55%の第3級 アミン化合物、および 30〜60、好ましくは40〜55%のマスクされた弱酸で使用されていること を特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 22.ラジカル重合性成分の含量、とくにそのモノマーの含量が、少なくとも約 20重量%、好ましくは少なくとも約40重量%であることを特徴とする請求項 1〜21のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 23.使用形態で、約30mPas、好ましくは少なくとも約100mPaS、 さらに好ましくは少なくとも約300mPas(ブルックフィールド)の最低粘 度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜22のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物。
- 24.好気性接着剤系として、好ましくは保存形態で包装された1成分型接着剤 の形態における請求項1〜23のいずれかに記載の多成分混合物の使用。
- 25.表面コーティング用、さらにとくには塗布可能な空気乾燥ペイント系とし て、およびプラスチック成形物の製造用としての請求項1〜23のいずれかに記 載の活性物質混合物の使用。
