口した頂板１２周縁部から、前記口頚部４外面に
嵌合固定する外部周壁１３及び、前記外向きフラ
ンジ８を介し逆止弁２を押える内部周壁１４を垂
設した注出口部材３とからなる逆止弁付きチユー
