The tissue paper superimposed on the upper surface of the panel formed by loosely hardening the absorbing material to be formed is bonded to the inner surface of the topsheet, and the tissue paper superimposed on the lower surface of the panel is bonded to the inner surface of the backsheet. . However, the tissue paper has a very low tear strength and is merely superimposed on the fluff pulp based absorbent panel. Easily torn or peeled from the absorbent panel. As a result, the absorption panel loses its shape or moves between the front and back sheets. In this case, not only the fitting property and the feeling of wearing are deteriorated, but also the body fluid cannot be sufficiently absorbed at the normal position of the absorbing panel, so that the body fluid leaks.

とする。(Means for Solving the Problems) According to the present invention for achieving the above object, an absorbent panel is interposed between front and back sheets while leaving their peripheral portions therebetween, and at least in a partial area where they meet each other. The front and back sheets are joined together and the top sheet and the absorbent panel are joined together, and between the front and back sheets along cutout edges formed on both side edges of a crotch area located between front and rear areas of the front and back sheets. Stretchable elastic members for leg openings, and stretchable elastic members for trunk openings are respectively arranged between the front and back sheets along the longitudinal ends of the front and rear areas to form a laminate,
By vertically folding the laminate into two so that the topsheet is located inside and joining both sides of the front and rear sections, a pants type having a trunk opening and a pair of leg openings is formed. The configured body fluid absorbing article has the following features.

The absorption panel 8 is located in regions 18a, 18b indicated by chain lines 17a, 17b shown on the inner surfaces of the front and back sheets 6, 7. Adhesive 19 having a close dot interval is applied along the area outside the chain lines 17a and 17b, which are the front and back sheets 6 and 7 along the periphery of the absorption panel 8. Therefore, the front and back sheets 6,
7 is joined in the peripheral region of the absorbing panel 8 which meets each other, so that the absorbing panel 8 has the regions 18a, 18b of the front and back sheets 6, 7 in which the regions 18a, 18b are joined by an adhesive 19 defining an annular shape. And is fixed so that it cannot move vertically and horizontally. The adhesive 19 may have another pattern as long as it is intermittent in the vertical and horizontal directions, and it is sufficient if the adhesive 19 is applied to one of the front and back sheets 6 and 7. The outer region 20 of the chain lines 17a and 17b is also the front and back sheets 6,7.
May be joined with an adhesive (not shown) applied in a dot-like manner at appropriate intervals to such an extent that the stretchability is not so much impaired.

It will be applied to sheet 6 or the barrier sheet. Also, in this case, since the back sheet 7 and the barrier sheet keep their elasticity sufficiently, they are not joined except for their outer peripheral edges at all, or intermittently with an adhesive such as dot-shaped coating. It is preferable to join them.

くない。For the elastic members 4 and 5, for example, two or more thread-like elastic members (elastic elastic yarns) are used. As the stretchable elastic members 4 and 5, tape-like members having a relatively large width with respect to the thickness are used. For example, when the elastic members are curved into a substantially U-shape having a larger curvature than the bow shape, the substantially U-shaped curved portion ( When the continuous portion between the side portion and the central portion and the portion in the vicinity thereof are twisted, the deformation due to the twist is greater than in the case of the present invention which is a thread-like material, and therefore the inner surface of the sheet is (The inner surface of the front or back sheet), the bulge to the front surface becomes large, and the local pressure and irritation to the skin becomes strong, which is not preferable. Further, even when the elastic members 4 and 5 are adhered to the sheet via an adhesive, if such deformation is large, the bonding property is deteriorated and the elastic members are reduced.
4, 5 are easily separated from the sheet, which is not preferable in this respect.

And between the top sheet and the back sheet are bonded with an adhesive provided intermittently in the vertical and horizontal directions, so that the stretch elasticity of the part imparting the stretch elasticity is the front and back sheets and It is exhibited without much hindrance by the restraint by the panel, and this portion also elastically adheres well to the body, so that the fit of the article to the body can be further improved.

For this reason, in conjunction with the integral molding of the absorption panel, the panel collapses due to its movement,
It is possible to more effectively prevent the discomfort, the leakage of excreted liquid, and the decrease in the fit of the article to the body due to the shape loss.

The member is curved in a generally U-shape facing the torso opening, with each generally U-shaped central portion traversing the crotch area and positioned on the lower surface of the absorbent panel, and each substantially U-shaped side of the first member. Since the portion is arranged substantially in the front half of the leg opening and the substantially U-shaped side portions of the second member are respectively arranged substantially in the rear half of the leg opening, the above-mentioned effect (2) is obtained. Therefore, when the article is worn, the first and second members always hold the absorbent panel in a state in which the elastic members for the legs and the torso opening and the elastic members in the front and rear areas serve as support and fixing parts for the body of the article. Acts like lifting. Therefore, even if the absorption panel absorbs excrement and increases weight,
The weight is less likely to cause the article to slip down, thereby reducing the fit of the article to the body, causing excretion to leak, and making it difficult for the wearer to walk.

As the stress is dispersed, the upper portion is pressed against the skin in a relatively wide area, so that the skin is less likely to be marked or damaged. In particular, since the elastic member is composed of a plurality of elastic yarns, the deformation caused by the twist is small and the deformation is large compared to the case of, for example, a tape. There is little local pressure or irritation on the skin.
