Claims (19)
- リアクターブレンド組成物であって、
(a)約70重量%〜約95重量%のプロピレンに基いたエラストマーであって、前記プロピレンに基いたポリマーエラストマーが前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーの重量に基いて約15重量%〜約30重量%のエチレン含有量を有する、プロピレンに基いたエラストマー、および
(b)約5重量%〜約30重量%のエチレンコポリマーであって、前記エチレンコポリマーが前記エチレンコポリマーの重量に基いて約70重量%以上のエチレン含有量を有する、エチレンコポリマー
を含んでいる、リアクターブレンド組成物。 - 前記プロピレンに基いたポリマーエラストマーが、約16重量%〜約18重量%のエチレン含有量、120℃未満の融解温度および75J/g未満の融解熱を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 膜組成物であって、
(a)前記膜組成物の重量に基いて約20重量%〜約50重量%のポリマーブレンドであって、
(i)約70重量%〜約95重量%のプロピレンに基いたエラストマーであって、前記プロピレンに基いたポリマーエラストマーが前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーの重量に基いて約15重量%〜約30重量%のエチレン含有量を有する、プロピレンに基いたエラストマー、および
(ii)約5重量%〜約30重量%のエチレンコポリマーであって、前記エチレンコポリマーが前記エチレンコポリマーの重量に基いて約70重量%以上のエチレン含有量を有する、エチレンコポリマー
を含んでいるポリマーブレンド;
(b)前記膜組成物の重量に基いて約5重量%〜約30重量%の熱可塑性樹脂;
(c)少なくとも1種の難燃剤;および
(d)少なくとも1種の紫外線安定剤
を含んでいる膜組成物。 - 前記ポリマーブレンドが、前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーと前記エチレンコポリマーとのリアクターブレンドである、請求項3に記載の膜。
- 前記ポリマーブレンドが、前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーと前記エチレンコポリマーとの物理的ブレンドである、請求項3に記載の膜。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂がプロピレンホモポリマーである、請求項3に記載の膜。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が約25g/10分超のメルトフローレート(230℃、2.16kg)を有する、請求項6に記載の膜。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂がプロピレンインパクトコポリマーである、請求項3に記載の膜。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が約5g/10分未満のメルトフローレート(230℃、2.16kg)を有する、請求項8に記載の膜。
- 前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーが、前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーの重量に基いて16〜18重量%のエチレン含有量を有する、請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、約20重量%〜約30重量%の量で前記膜組成物中に存在する、請求項3〜10のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーが、120℃未満の融解温度および75J/g未満の融解熱を有する、請求項3〜11のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記プロピレンに基いたポリマーエラストマーが、16〜18重量%のエチレン含有量、120℃未満の融解温度および75J/g未満の融解熱を有する、請求項3〜12のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記プロピレンに基いたエラストマーが第1のポリマー成分と第2のポリマー成分とのリアクターブレンドであり、前記第1のポリマー成分が前記第1のポリマー成分の全重量に基いて5超から30重量%未満のエチレン含有量R1を有し、かつ前記第2のポリマー成分が前記第2のポリマー成分の全重量に基いて1超から10重量%未満のエチレン含有量R2を有する、請求項3〜13のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記第1のポリマー成分が10〜25重量%のα−オレフィンのα−オレフィン含有量R1を有し、かつ第2のポリマー成分が2超から8重量%未満のα−オレフィンのα−オレフィン含有量R2を有する、請求項14に記載の膜。
- 前記ブレンド組成物が、以下の特性のうちの少なくとも3種を有する、請求項3〜15のいずれか1項に記載の膜:
(i)2.5x1010ダイン/cm2未満の−40℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(ii)1.5x1010ダイン/cm2未満の−30℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(iii)5x109ダイン/cm2未満の−20℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(iv)2x109ダイン/cm2未満の0℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(v)1.5x109ダイン/cm2未満の20℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(vi)6.5x108ダイン/cm2超の40℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(vii)4x108ダイン/cm2超の60℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);
(viii)2x108ダイン/cm2超の80℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’);または
(ix)1x108ダイン/cm2超の100℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’)。 - 前記ブレンド組成物が、前記ブレンド組成物の重量に基いて約10〜約30重量%の難燃剤を含んでいる、請求項3〜16のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記ブレンド組成物が、前記ブレンド組成物の重量に基いて約1〜約20重量%の紫外線安定剤を含んでいる、請求項3〜17のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 請求項3〜18のいずれか1項に記載の膜を含んでいるルーフィング組成物。
