Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネスのシールドタイプ回路体3は導体8の周りを絶縁シート9で覆われたFFC5とFFC5を覆うシールド膜6と先端が細くなるように形成された加締め刃14が立設した端子金具7とを備えている。加締め刃14はFFC5の端部15を突刺して貫通するとともに折り曲げられて導体8と電気的に接続する。シールドタイプ回路体3は複数の導体8同士を接続するジョイント端子19から立設するとともに先端が細くなるように形成されたジョイント刃21でシールド膜6とFFC5を加締め刃14と同一方向から突刺して貫通されるとともにジョイント刃21が折り曲げられて導体8とシールド膜6とが電気的に接続される。

Claims (7)
- 導体と該導体を覆う絶縁体とを有したフラット回路体と、前記フラット回路体を覆う導電性のシールド膜と、を備えたシールドタイプフラット回路体の前記導体と前記シールド膜とを電気的に接続するシールド処理方法において、
ジョイント端子で、前記フラット回路体の導体と前記シールド膜とを突刺して、接続することを特徴とするシールド処理方法。 - 前記ジョイント端子が、複数のフラット回路体の導体同士を接続する端子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールド処理方法。
- 前記シールド膜から露出した前記フラット回路体の端部に取り付けられる接続用端子の加締め刃が、前記フラット回路体を貫通して、折り曲げられて、前記フラット回路体の前記導体と前記接続用端子とを電気的に接続し、
前記ジョイント端子のジョイント刃が、前記シールド膜と前記フラット回路体との双方を貫通して、折り曲げられて、前記フラット回路体の前記導体と前記シールド膜とを電気的に接続し、
前記加締め刃と、前記ジョイント刃とが、前記フラット回路体を同一方向から貫通することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のシールド処理方法。 - 導体と該導体を覆う絶縁体とを有したフラット回路体と、前記フラット回路体を覆う導電性のシールド膜と、前記フラット回路体の前記導体と前記シールド膜とを突刺して、電気的に接続するジョイント端子と、を備えたことを特徴とするシールドタイプフラット回路体。
- 前記ジョイント端子が、複数のフラット回路体の導体同士を接続する端子であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシールドタイプフラット回路体。
- 前記シールド膜から露出した前記フラット回路体の端部に取り付けられる接続用端子の加締め刃が、前記フラット回路体を貫通して、折り曲げられて、前記フラット回路体の前記導体と前記接続用端子とを電気的に接続し、
前記ジョイント端子のジョイント刃が、前記シールド膜と前記フラット回路体との双方を貫通して、折り曲げられて、前記フラット回路体の前記導体と前記シールド膜とを電気的に接続し、
前記加締め刃と、前記ジョイント刃とが、前記フラット回路体を同一方向から貫通することを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のシールドタイプフラット回路体。 - 請求項4乃至請求項6記載のうちいずれか一項に記載のシールドタイプフラット回路体を備えたことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
