Claims (14)
1. Komposition, vilken används vid extraktion av metaller ur vattenhaltiga lösningar av metallsalter, 5 kännetecknad därav, att den omfattar A) en eller flera minst 5 alifatiska eller alicykliska kolatomer innehällande o-hydroxiaryloximer, vilka är starka extraktionsmedel för metaller och vilka i en 0,2 molar lösning i ett alifatiskt kolväte när lösningen är 10 belastad med 50 % av den teoretiskt extraherbara koppar-mängden är i jämvikt med en 0,1 molar lösning av koppar säsom kopparperklorat vid ett pH-värde under 1; och B) en eller flera förgrenade alifatiska eller aromatisk-alifatiska alkoholer innehällande 14 - 30 kolatomer eller 15 alifatiska eller alifatisk-aromatiska estrar innehällande 10 - 30 kolatomer, väri förhällandet me11an antalet rae-tylkolatomer och antalet icke-metylkolatomer överstiger 1:5 och viktförhällandet mellan A och B är mellan 10:1 och 1:3.
2. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, känne tecknad därav, att oximen innehäller 7-15 alifatiska eller alicykliska kolatomer.
3. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att i komponent B är för- 25 hällandet mellan antalet metylkolatomer och antalet icke- metylkolatomer högre än 1:3.
4. Komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att alkoholen innehäller 15 - 25 kolatomer.
5. Komposition enligt patentkravet 4, känne tecknad därav, att alkoholen utgörs av 2-(1,3,3-trimetylbutyl)-5,7,7,-trimetyloktanol.
6. Komposition enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknad därav, att alkoholen utgörs av isohexade- 35 cylalkohol. 27 85289
7. Komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att estern med förgrenad kedja utgörs av en diester.
8. Komposition enligt patentkravet 7, k ä n n e -5 tecknad därav, att diestern utgörs av en alifatisk diester.
9. Komposition enligt patentkravet 8, känne-tecknad därav, att den alifatiska diestern med förgrenad kedja utgörs av 2,2,4-trimetyl-l,3-pentandiol- 10 diisobutyrate.
10. Komposition enligt patentkravet 7, känne-tecknad därav, att diestern med förgrenad kedja utgörs av bensoesyraester av 2,2,4-trimetyl-l,3-pentan-diolmonoisobutyrate.
11. Komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 10, kännetecknad därav, att den ytterligare innehäller ett svagt extraktionsmedel för metaller, vil-ket utgörs av en o-hydroxiaryloxim, vilket i en 0,2 molar lösning i en alifatisk kolväte när lösningen är belastad 20 med 50 % av den teoretiskt extraherbara kopparmängden är i jämvikt med en 0,1 molar lösning av koppar säsom kop-parperklorat vid ett pH-värde lika med eller överstigande 1,2.
12. Lösning för extraktion av metaller ur vatten-25 haltiga lösningar av metallsalter, kännetecknad därav, att den omfattar en komposition enligt nä-got av patentkravet 1-11, vilken är upplöst i ett med vatten oblandbart organiskt lösningsmedel.
13. Förfarande för extahering av en metall ur en 30 vattenlösning, kännetecknat därav, att den innehäller följande steg: (a) en vattenlösning innehällande metelien bringas i kon-takt med en komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 -11 i ett med vatten oblandbart lösningsmedel; 35 (b) vattenfasen och lösningsmedelfasen separeras, varav 28 85289 den sistnämnda innehäller ett metallkomplex; (c) lösningsmedelfasen bringas i kontakt med en vatten-lösning av en mineralsyra; (d) lösningsmedelfasen separeras frän den vattenfas som 5 innehäller metelien i form av ett sait av mineralsyran.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 13, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att metalIen utgörs av koppar.
