Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för kontinuerlig konvertering av icke-järnhaltiga skäretenar, kännetecknat av att det bestir i etegen: a) inmatning kontinuer1igt eller intermittent av en flytande skäreten under hela procesetiden in i en horisontell vanligen läng ugn, som är orörlig under normalt bruk; b) kontinuerlig inbläening av luft, eyre eller eyreanrikad luft in i emältan genom munstycken nedeänkta under amältans yta med en hastighet som är i balane med hastigheten av till-förd flytande skäreten och den önskade graden av oxidation; c) införande av flusemedel i ugnen med en hastighet som är i balane med inmatad skäreten och luft, eyre eller eyreanrikad luf t; och d) borttagande av elagg frän Övre ytan av emältan och en raffinerad produkt frän underdelen av emältan, medan luft, eyre eller eyreanrikad luft bläeee genom emältan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda icke-järn skäreten är en koppar-järnsulfidekär-eten och den raffinerade produkten är bläeterkoppar eller vit-metal1.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda icke-järn skäreten är en koppar-nickel- eller nickelekärsten och den raffinerade produkten är en Bessemer-skäreten.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att icke-järn ekäretenen är en icke-järnmetallinnehällande eulfidskärsten och elutprodukten en raffinerad skäreten eller metall, varvid nämnda icke-järnmetall är vald frän gruppen beetäende av koppar, nickelhaltig koppar, kobolthaltig koppar, kobolthaltig nickel och kobolthaltig kopparnickel. 20 7 5 6 0 2
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, vilket utförs i en apparat, kännetecknat av att den bestir av en horisontell vanligen ling ugn (10) som är orörlig under normalt bruk, och som har: a) medel (14) för kontinuerlig eller intermittent införande av en flytande skärsten i ugnen under hela procesetiden; b) en sate munetycken (18) länge ena sidan av ugnen (10) för kontinuerlig inblisning av luft, syre eller eyreanrikad luft i smältan med en haetighet som är i balans med hastigheten av inmatad flytande skärsten och den önekade graden av oxidation; c) medel (16) för införande av flussmedel i ugnen (10) med en hastighet som är i balans med inmatad skärsten och luft, syre eller eyreanrikad luft; d) ett avgasutlopp (34); e) en första utslagöppning (30) vid den ände som är borta frin munstyckena (18) för borttagande av slagg frin överytan av smältan, medan luft, syre eller eyreanrikad luft konti-nuerligt blises in i smältan; och f) en andra utslagöppning (32) för borttagande av raffinerad produkt frin underdelen av smältan medan luft, syre eller sy-reanrikad luft kontinuerligt blises genom smältan.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, vilket utförs i en apparat, kännetecknat av att den innehiller medel för yt-terligare tillsats av metallskrot eller itergingsmaterial eller tillsats av bränsle i fast, flytande eller gaeform in i ugnen (10).
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5 eller 6, vilket utförs i en apparat, kännetecknat av att den ytterligare innehiller spärrmedel varigenom nämnda emältä slagg kan borttae, avkylas och iterföras tili en smältugn (10) eller sändas för rening.
