Claims (18)
1. Förfarande för fluidisering av ett glasmängma-terial genom att mata glasmängmaterial (52) in i övre delen, 5 inmatningsdelen av en upphettad behällare (50,65,81) vars sidoväggar omger ett upphettat hälighetsutrymme; genom att utforma en fodring (55,68,95) av glasmängmaterialet pä in-re ytan av behällarens sidoväggar; och genom att upphetta hälighetsutrymmet för fluidiseringen av glasmängmaterial-10 skiktet, vilket vätskeformiga material strömmar längs ytan pä fodringen tili en utloppsöppning belägen i behällarens nedre del, kännetecknat därav, att en del av fodringen av glasmängmaterialet hälls i icke-fluidiserat tillständ, fodringens tjocklek är sädan, att den skyddar 15 behällaren termiskt mot hettan inne i hälighetsutrymmet och fodringen upprätthälls genom att mata glasmängmaterial pä fodringen med en hastighet som motsvarar den fria ström-ningshastigheten av det fluidiserade glasmängmaterialet som strömmar bort frän behällaren, vilken hastighet beror pä 20 formen av inne i behällaren belägna strukturer.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att kompositionerna av mängskiktet som bildar fodringen och mängskiktet som skall fluidiseras hälls väsentligen lika. 25
