Claims (10)
- Synchronmechanik für Bürostühle umfassendeinen auf einer Stuhlsäule platzierbaren Basisträger (1),einen um eine Querachse (5) schwenkbar am Basisträger (1) angelenkten Rückenlehnenträger (3),einen Sitzträger (4), der im Bereich seines vorderen Endes über ein Dreh-Schiebe-Gelenk (17) um eine Querachse (11) schwenkbar und im wesentlichen in Sitzlängsrichtung (SL) verschiebbar mit dem Basisträger (1) und im Bereich seines rückwärtigen Endes um eine Querachse (18, 19) schwenkbar mit dem Rückenlehnenträger (4) gekoppelt ist, sowieeine Federanordnung (10) zur Beaufschlagung der Synchronmechanik entgegen deren Synchron-Verstellbewegung von Sitz- (4) und Rückenlehnenträger (3),die Federanordnung (10) mindestens eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Schieberichtung des Sitzträgers (4) flach unter dessen Oberseite angeordnete Zugfeder (24) aufweist, die zwischen einem basisträgerfesten Lager (24) und einem rückenlehnenträgerfesten oder vorzugsweise sitzträgerfesten Lager (26) angeordnet ist.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zugfedern (22) in einer geraden Anzahl, vorzugsweise vier Zugfedern (22.1-22.4) paarweise und symmetrisch zur Mittellängsebene (M) der Synchronmechanik zwischen Basisträger (1) und Rückenlehnenträger (3) oder vorzugsweise Sitzträger (4) angeordnet sind.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verstellung der Vorspannung der mindestens einen Zugfeder (22) mindestens eines der beiden Lager (26) zur Erhöhung der Federlänge lageverstellbar ist.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes verstellbare Lager durch einen Aufnahmehaken (26) gebildet ist, der an einem verdrehbaren Exzenter (29) angelenkt ist.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 2 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Exzenter (29) durch einen Stellantrieb (34) über ein Schneckenradgetriebe (37) verdrehbar ist.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneckenradgetriebe (37) zwei symmetrisch zur Mittellängsebene (M) angeordnete Exzenteranordnungen (29.1, 29.2 und 29.3, 29.4) für zwei symmetrische Zugfederanordnungen (22.1, 22.2 und 22.3, 22.4) über gegenläufige Gewindeschneckenabschnitte (32.2, 38.3) antreibt.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Exzenteranordnung zwei seitlich nebeneinander angeordnete Exzenter (29) mit jeweils einem Aufnahmehaken (26) und einer Zugfeder (22) aufweist, wobei jeweils die inneren Exzenter (29.2, 29.3) über das in die Gewindeschnecke (36) eingreifende Zahnrad (33.2, 33.3) des Schneckenradgetriebes (37) und die äußeren Exzenter (29.1, 29.4) jeweils über ein mit diesem Zahnrad (33.2, 33.3) eingreifendes Kopplungszahnrad (32.1, 32.4) angetrieben sind.
- Synchronmechanik nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Aufnahmehaken (26.1, 26.2 und 26.3, 26.4) in Winkelpositionen an ihren Exzentern (29) angelenkt sind, die um 90° zueinander versetzt sind.
- Synchronmechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verstellbaren Lager (26) der Zugfedern (22) am hinteren Ende des Sitzträgers (4) angeordnet sind.
- Synchronmechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht verstellbaren Lager der Zugfedern (22) durch am Basisträger (1) angelenkte Aufnahmehaken (24) im Vorderbereich des Sitzträgers (4) gebildet sind.
