本实用新型涉及一种防漏气轮胎生产中输送胶料时的胶料输送蓄能器，由蓄能器、热交换器、输胶泵、低压输胶管、压力传感器、PLC、有压输胶管、喷嘴、光栅扫描器、开关、回胶管路和导线等组成。低压输胶管联接输胶泵，有压输胶管通过热交换器联接输胶泵，有压输胶管上设压力传感器、端部装有喷嘴，压力蓄能器连接在回胶管路中。喷涂工序结束后、流程工位转换时低压输送和高压送喷之间产生压差，本实用新型在高压端加设压力蓄能器，可经加压泵输送而停存在喷涂端的压力，经蓄能器转化为低压输送管道内的压力能储备。同时保证在工序流程中的暂停状态压、低压输送和高压送喷之间的压力均恒。

本实用新型涉及一种防漏气轮胎生产中的胶料输送设备。
背景技术
在防漏气轮胎的生产过程中，轮胎胶料在输送时，有低压输送和高压喷涂的双指标压力，经加压泵加压后方能通过喷口进行增压喷涂。因此，在设定工序喷涂结束后，流程工位转换之间存在着低压输送和高压送喷之间的压差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，在于解决上述轮胎生产中的问题，提供一种胶料输送蓄能器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种胶料输送蓄能器，是由包括蓄能器、热交换器、输胶泵、低压输胶管、压力传感器、PLC、有压输胶管、喷嘴、光栅扫描器、开关、回胶管路和导线等组成。低压输胶管联接输胶泵，有压输胶管通过热交换器联接输胶泵，有压输胶管上设有压力传感器，有压输胶管端部装有喷嘴，蓄能器连接在回胶管路中。压力传感器上的开关由导线连接至PLC；输胶泵由导线连接至PLC。喷嘴的外部套有光栅扫描器。
本实用新型在高压端加设压力蓄能器，可经加压泵输送而停存在喷涂端的压力，经蓄能器转化为低压输送管道内的压力能储备。同时保证在工序流程中的暂停状态压、低压输送和高压送喷之间的压力均恒。

具体实施方式
参见附图，为本实用新型胶料输送蓄能器，由PLC7通过导线12连接输胶泵3，输胶泵3连接低压输胶管4，输胶泵3连接热交换器2，热交换器2的一端连接有压输胶管8，有压输胶管8端部为喷嘴9，喷嘴9外套接光栅扫描器10；蓄能器1连接在回胶管路5中，在连接有压输胶管8的上下两部分接有压力传感器6，压力传感器6位于有压输胶管8上面的部分设有开关11，开关11通过导线13连接至PLC7；压力传感器6位于有压输胶管8下面的部分通过导线14连接至PLC7。
由于防漏气轮胎胶料在输送时有低压输送和高压喷涂双指标压力，经加压泵加压后方能通过喷口进行增压喷涂，因此在设定工序喷涂结束后，流程工位转换之间低压输送和高压送喷之间会产生压差。为满足胶料不再经二次循环反应和胶料压差性逆流，本实用新型在高压端增加压力蓄能器，将经加压泵输送而停存在喷涂端的压力经蓄能器，转化为低压输送管道内的压力能储备，同时又能保证在工序流程中的暂停状态压，低压输送和高压送喷之间的压力均恒。

1.一种胶料输送蓄能器，其特征在于：它包括蓄能器(1)、热交换器(2)、输胶泵(3)、低压输胶管(4)、压力传感器(6)、PLC(7)、有压输胶管(8)、喷嘴(9)、光栅扫描器(10)、开关(11)、回胶管路(5)和导线；低压输胶管(4)联接输胶泵(3)，有压输胶管(8)通过热交换器(2)联接输胶泵(3)，有压输胶管(8)上设有压力传感器(6)，有压输胶管(8)的端部装有喷嘴(9)，蓄能器(1)连接在回胶管路(5)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶料输送蓄能器，其特征在于：所述压力传感器(6)上的开关(11)由导线(13)连接至PLC(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶料输送蓄能器，其特征在于：所述的输胶泵(3)由导线(12)连接至PLC(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶料输送蓄能器，其特征在于：所述的喷嘴(9)外部套有光栅扫描器(10)。
