Background
The earth leakage breaker is a switching device capable of closing, carrying and opening a current under normal circuit conditions and capable of closing, carrying and opening a current under abnormal circuit conditions for a prescribed time. When the electric leakage or the human body electric shock occurs in the protected circuit, the electric leakage release in the electric leakage breaker enables the breaker to act as long as the electric leakage current reaches the design selection action current value, so that the power supply is cut off to play a role in electric leakage and electric shock protection.
In the related art, an electric leakage breaker includes casing, live wire circuit breaking unit and zero line circuit breaking unit, live wire circuit breaking unit includes live wire operating device, live wire tripping device, live wire moving contact, live wire static contact, live wire explosion cover and live wire terminal, live wire operating device includes the contact seat, operating handle and connecting rod, the live wire moving contact sets up in the contact seat, the zero line circuit breaking unit includes zero line operating device, zero line trip mechanism, the zero line moving contact, the zero line static contact, circuit board and zero line terminal, the zero line circuit breaking unit includes the zero line explosion cover, be equipped with electrically conductive switching piece on the contact seat, electrically conductive switching piece is connected with live wire moving contact electricity, be equipped with electrically conductive piece in the casing, electrically conductive piece is connected with the circuit board electricity. Reference is made in particular to the patent of the invention with publication number CN 112863963B.
However, although such an earth leakage breaker exhibits high reliability and effectiveness in design and function, it may cause an increase in internal temperature when it is operated in an overload or high current state for a long period of time, and an excessively high temperature may cause accelerated aging of electrical components inside the earth leakage protector, thereby increasing the risk of short circuits and fire, posing a serious threat to personnel and property, and there is room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide an electric leakage breaker, which solves the problems that when the electric leakage breaker operates in an overload or high-current state for a long time, heat generated in the electric leakage breaker cannot be timely emitted, and potential safety hazards exist.

The electric leakage circuit breaker comprises a shell, a control assembly positioned in the shell and a shell cover arranged on the shell in a covering manner, wherein the control assembly comprises a control handle rotatably arranged on the shell and a control piece positioned in the shell; the part of the shell close to the control handle is provided with a heat dissipation opening, and the edge of the inner side opening of the heat dissipation opening is fixedly provided with a reinforcing protrusion.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when this electric leakage circuit breaker is when using, because the bellied cooperation setting of thermovent and enhancement, firstly, the inside heat that produces of casing can be discharged from the thermovent, has improved the heat dispersion of this electric leakage circuit breaker, secondly, has improved the structural strength that is close to thermovent part on the casing, reduces and appears deformation or cracked possibility after being impacted by external force near thermovent part on the casing.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1:
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an earth leakage breaker includes a housing 1, a control assembly 3 installed in the housing 1, and a cover 2 covering the housing 1, wherein the control assembly 3 includes a control handle 32 rotatably installed on the housing 1, and a control member 31 located in the housing 1, and the control member 31 includes a live wire breaking module and a neutral wire breaking module;
The live wire circuit breaking unit comprises a live wire operating mechanism, a live wire tripping mechanism, a live wire moving contact, a live wire static contact, an arc extinguishing chamber, a binding post and the like; the zero line circuit breaking unit comprises a zero line operating mechanism, a zero line tripping mechanism, a zero line moving contact, a zero line fixed contact, a circuit board, a binding post and the like, and the zero line circuit breaking unit is of a conventional circuit breaker internal structure and is not described in detail herein. The user can control the breaking of the live wire moving contact and the live wire fixed contact, the neutral wire moving contact and the neutral wire fixed contact through the control handle 32.
The shell is internally provided with an electric leakage simulation assembly, wherein the electric leakage simulation assembly comprises a simulation button, a resistor, a coil and a circuit board, and can control the simulation button to control the resistor, so that the simulation button outputs simulation current during electric leakage, and further the action of a tripping mechanism in the shell is controlled, and the electric leakage simulation assembly is of a conventional structure and is not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a heat radiation opening 11 is formed on a part of the shell 1 close to the control handle 32, and a reinforcing protrusion 12 is integrally formed on the edge of the inner opening of the heat radiation opening 11; the heat dissipation performance of the leakage breaker is improved, meanwhile, the structural strength of the part, close to the heat dissipation opening 11, of the shell 1 is improved, and the possibility that deformation or cracking occurs after the part, close to the heat dissipation opening 11, of the shell 1 is impacted by external force is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, a yielding gap 13 for extending the control handle 32 to the outside is formed in the housing 1, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are integrally formed on the inner side surface of the housing 1, which is close to the control handle 32, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are arranged side by side, so that the structural strength of the housing 1, which is close to the yielding gap 13, is improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows:

Example 2:
referring to fig. 4 and 5, the embodiment of the present application is different from embodiment 1 in that a protection assembly 4 is provided outside of a housing 1, the protection assembly 4 includes a case 41 into which the housing 1 and a housing cover 2 are placed, a case door 42 provided at a side of the case 41, one side of the case door 42 is rotatably connected with the case 41, and the other side of the case 41 is detachably connected with the case 41 through a conventional lock structure;
four fixing lugs 411 are fixedly arranged on the side edge of the box body 41 far away from the box door 42, and a user can pass through and fix the box body 41 on a wall surface to be installed through bolts; and the bottom side of the box 41 is provided with a wiring port 43, and an external cable can be electrically connected with the circuit breaker through the wiring port 43.
Referring to fig. 6, dovetail-shaped fixing notches are formed in the case 1 and the case cover 2, a fixing plate 412 with a dovetail-shaped cross section is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the case 41 in the horizontal direction, and the fixing notches on the circuit breaker are fixedly clamped with the fixing plate 412, so that the assembly and the fixation of the leakage circuit breaker and the case 41 are realized.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, an air guide assembly 5 is disposed on a side surface of the case 41, the air guide assembly 5 includes an air outlet 51 disposed on a side wall of the case 41 and an air inlet 52 disposed on another side wall of the case 41, an air guide fan 53 is fixedly mounted on an inner edge of the air outlet 51, and the air guide fan 53 is a small fan driven by a conventional motor;
the box 41 is fixedly provided with an air duct 54 with a downward opening at the edge of the outer opening of the air outlet 51, the air guide fan 53 is started, external air enters the box 41 from the air inlet 52, and then the air guide fan 53 discharges the air with higher temperature in the box 41 to the outside through the air outlet 51 and the air duct 54.
Referring to fig. 7, the air inlet 52 and the wire connection port 43 are disposed side by side at the bottom side of the case 41, wherein the air inlet 52 is disposed at a region of the bottom side of the case 41 close to the door 42, and the wire connection port 43 is disposed at a region of the bottom side of the case 41 remote from the door 42;
the air inlet 52 includes a plurality of waist-shaped through holes 521 arranged side by side. Since the air inlet 52 and the wiring port 43 are both provided at the bottom side of the case 41, the possibility that external rainwater or dust enters the inside of the case 41 is reduced, and the protection performance is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, a detachable cover at the inner opening of the wiring port 43 is provided with a plugging cover 6, and a plurality of plugging holes 61 are uniformly formed in the plugging cover 6; wherein, two hinging seats 413 are fixedly arranged between the air inlet 52 and the wiring port 43 at the bottom side of the inside of the box body 41, one side of the plugging cover 6 is hinged with the hinging seats 413 through a hinging shaft 414, an elastic sealing strip 44 made of rubber material is fixedly arranged on the inner edge of the wiring port 43 of the box body 41 through glue, and a propping plate 62 propped against the inner side surface of the elastic sealing strip 44 is fixedly arranged at the other side of the plugging cover 6;
In the transportation process of the circuit breaker, as the opening of the wiring port 43 is larger, the plugging cover 6 can be used for plugging the wiring port 43 on the box 41, so that the possibility that other impurities with larger volume enter the box 41 through the wiring port 43 in the transportation process is reduced.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a positioning protrusion 621 is fixed on a side surface of the abutment plate 62, and a positioning groove 441 into which the positioning protrusion 621 is inserted is formed in the elastic sealing strip 44. When the abutting plate 62 on the plugging cover 6 is inserted into the inner side surface of the wiring port 43 in a rotating manner, the positioning protrusions 621 on the abutting plate 62 are inserted into the positioning grooves 441 on the elastic sealing strips 44.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the plugging cover 6 can be turned over to the upper side of the opening of the inner side surface of the air inlet 52 around the hinge shaft 414, and a limiting piece 45 for limiting the plugging cover 6 above the air inlet 52 is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the box door 42, wherein the limiting piece 45 comprises a limiting plate 451 fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the box door 42, and a limiting notch 4511 is formed in the side surface of the limiting plate 451 away from the box door 42;
When the circuit breaker is applied, the plugging cover 6 is turned over to the upper side of the opening of the inner side surface of the air inlet 52 around the hinge shaft 414, the box door 42 is adjusted to be in a closed state, and the limiting plate 451 synchronously rotates along with the box door 42 at the moment, so that the side edge of the plugging cover 6 away from the hinge shaft 414 is placed into the limiting notch 4511 on the limiting plate 451, and finally the plugging cover 6 is locked; outside air can enter the box 41 through the air inlet 52 and the blocking holes 61 on the blocking cover 6 in sequence, and the blocking cover 6 plays a role in protecting and blocking the air inlet 52.
Referring to fig. 10, a locking through hole 415 is formed at the bottom side of the case 41, a locking screw hole 4512 corresponding to the locking through hole 415 is formed on the limiting plate 451, and a locking bolt 46 penetrating through the locking through hole 415 and then being screwed into the locking screw hole 4512 is formed at the outside of the case 41, wherein the locking bolt 46 is of a butterfly bolt type;
When the door 42 is closed and locked, the locking bolt 46 can be screwed into the locking screw hole 4512 after penetrating the locking through hole 415, so that the door 42 is further locked, and the possibility that an irrelevant person opens the door 42 and optionally adjusts the circuit breaker is reduced.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows:
In the transportation process of the leakage breaker, the plugging cover 6 is rotated, the wiring opening 43 on the box body 41 is plugged by using the plugging cover 6, and the positioning protrusion 621 on the abutting plate 62 is inserted into the positioning groove 441 on the elastic sealing strip 44;
In the application process of the leakage breaker, the box 41 is fixed on the corresponding wall in advance, then the plugging cover 6 is turned over around the hinge shaft 414 to the upper side of the opening of the inner side surface of the air inlet 52, the box door 42 is adjusted to be in a closed state, at this time, the limiting plate 451 rotates synchronously with the box door 42, the side edge of the plugging cover 6 far away from the hinge shaft 414 is placed into the limiting notch 4511 on the limiting plate 451, and finally the limiting plate 451 is further locked by using the locking bolt 46.
