The automatic tobacco bale feeding device of the carton packing machine comprises a compressing support, wherein the compressing support is of an L shape and is used for fixing the tobacco bale compressing assembly on the side edge of the tobacco bale conveying belt support, a pressing plate is arranged on one side of the tobacco bale guiding rod, the compressing support is connected with the pressing plate through a stud, one end of the stud is connected to the top end of the compressing support, the other end of the stud penetrates out of the bottom of the pressing plate, the stud is used for adjusting the height position of the pressing plate, and a bearing is arranged on the pressing plate and is connected with the pressing plate through a spring piece.
The automatic tobacco bale feeding device of the carton packing machine comprises the tobacco bale 90-degree overturning channel, wherein the tobacco bale 90-degree overturning channel comprises the arc guide plate and the forming frame sleeved on the arc guide plate, the arc guide plate comprises a plurality of arc guide rails, the tobacco bale passes through a channel surrounded by the arc guide rails, and the lower part of the tobacco bale 90-degree overturning channel is connected with the tobacco bale warehouse through two connecting plates on the left side and the right side.
The automatic tobacco bale feeding device of the carton packing machine as described above, wherein preferably, the tobacco bale warehouse comprises a right rear corner of the tobacco bale warehouse, a right front corner of the tobacco bale warehouse, a left front corner of the tobacco bale warehouse and a left rear corner of the tobacco bale warehouse.
The automatic tobacco bale feeding device of the carton packing machine is characterized in that a spindle of the servo motor of the tobacco bale pushing assembly is preferably connected with a screw rod, and the screw rod is preferably connected with the tobacco bale push rod.
The automatic tobacco bale feeding device of the carton packing machine is characterized in that a tobacco bale sliding bottom plate capable of sliding a tobacco bale is preferably arranged on the inlet channel of the carton packing machine, and a front guide plate and a rear guide plate are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the tobacco bale sliding bottom plate.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, the tobacco bale pressing component 4 includes a pressing bracket 20, the pressing bracket 20 is L-shaped, and is used for fixing the tobacco bale pressing component 4 on a side of the tobacco bale conveying belt bracket 19, a pressing plate 21 is disposed on the tobacco bale guiding rod 3 on one side, the pressing bracket 20 and the pressing plate 21 are connected through a stud 22, one end of the stud 22 is connected to a top end of the pressing bracket 20, the other end of the stud is penetrated from a bottom of the pressing plate 21, the stud 22 is used for adjusting a height position of the pressing plate 21, a bearing 24 is disposed on the pressing plate 21, and the bearing 24 is connected with the pressing plate 21 through a spring piece 23 and finally contacts with the tobacco bale, so as to apply a certain pressure to the tobacco bale.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the 90-degree turning channel 5 for the tobacco bale comprises an arc guide plate 25 and a forming frame 26 sleeved on the arc guide plate 25, the arc guide plate 25 comprises a plurality of arc guide rails, the tobacco bale passes through a channel surrounded by the arc guide rails, an included angle is preset between an inlet of the channel and a horizontal plane, and the arc guide plate 25 adopts a special spline curve, so that the 90-degree turning channel 5 for the tobacco bale is compact in structure and smooth in turning. And the lower part of the tobacco bale 90-degree overturning channel 5 is connected with the tobacco bale warehouse 6 through two connecting plates 27 on the left side and the right side, and the two connecting plates are in smooth transition.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the pack magazine 6 includes a right pack magazine rear corner 28, a right pack magazine front corner 29, a left pack magazine front corner 32, and a left pack magazine rear corner 35. The specific structure of the right back corner 28, the right front corner 29, the left front corner 32 and the left back corner 35 of the pack magazine are shown in fig. 10-13, respectively.
Further, a spindle of the servo motor 10 of the cigarette packet pushing assembly is connected with a screw rod 34, the screw rod 34 is connected with the cigarette packet pushing rod 9, and the specific structure of the cigarette packet pushing rod 9 is shown in fig. 14. The servo motor 10 drives the screw rod 34 to move forward or backward, and further drives the tobacco bale push rod 9 to do reciprocating linear motion. When the servo motor 10 rotates positively, the lead screw 34 is driven to move positively, the cigarette packet push rod 9 pushes the cigarette packet stack to enter the main machine packaging conveying line, when the cigarette packet stack is conveyed in place, the servo motor 10 rotates reversely, the lead screw 34 moves reversely, so that the cigarette packet push rod 9 returns to a position, a new cigarette packet stack falls down, and the servo motor 10 reciprocates, so that continuous uninterrupted cigarette packet stack conveying is ensured.
Further, a tobacco packet sliding bottom plate 33 for sliding a tobacco packet is arranged on the inlet channel 8 of the carton packing machine, a front guide plate 31 and a rear guide plate 30 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the tobacco packet sliding bottom plate 33, and the concrete structure of the tobacco packet sliding bottom plate 33 is shown in fig. 15.
Further, the controller adopts Siemens S7-300 series programmable logic controllers; the input end collects signals of the host machine speed and signals of the two sensors, namely the blockage sensor and the smoke reduction sensor, and the output end outputs control instructions to the servo controller and the frequency converter to control the matching of the whole system and the host machine running speed. The power distribution of the cigarette packet automatic supply device of the carton packing machine adopts a Siemens 3VU1340 series three-phase circuit breaker as a protective electric appliance, the maximum allowable current is 5A, and the control electric 24V adopts a Siemens 24V power supply module.
Furthermore, the asynchronous motor 13 is a three-phase asynchronous motor with a speed reducer, and is used for driving the tobacco bale conveying belt 1 to continuously convey tobacco bales, the maximum rotating speed is 1400r/min, the power is 0.75KW, and the actual running speed is controlled by the frequency converter to be matched with the speed of a host machine; the frequency converter adopts a platform to reach the VFD-M type, a speed signal is taken from the host through the controller so as to realize the synchronization with the running speed of the host, the frequency converter is set to be stopped with a delay time of 5 seconds, the asynchronous motor 13 serving as a tobacco bale conveying motor can be stopped with a delay time after the host is stopped, and the delay time can be adjusted according to the actual running condition.
Further, the servo motor 10 is used as a driving motor of the cigarette packet push rod 9, stress is not needed, siemens 1FK2130 series can be selected, the maximum current is 1.36A, the maximum rotating speed is 8000r/min, and the high rotating speed can ensure that the screw rod mechanism is sensitive in operation and accurate in action; the servo controller is selected from the siemens S210 series, and the speed signal is taken from the main frame of the carton packaging machine through the controller.
Further, the blocking sensor and the low smoke sensor are photoelectric tobacco bale material level detectors. The types and models of the controller, the asynchronous motor 13, the frequency converter, the servo motor 10, the servo controller, the blocking sensor and the smoke abatement sensor are not particularly limited.
In operation, the cigarette packet is placed in the cigarette storage tray in a side-standing manner, then the cigarette storage tray is placed on the cigarette storage tray support 2, and qualified cigarette packets are added to the cigarette packet conveying belt 1 in the horizontal direction in a side-standing manner manually; the cigarettes on the lower side of the cigarette packet conveying belt 1 are driven to enter a cigarette packet warehouse 6 in the vertical direction in a horizontal mode after being turned by 90 degrees through a cigarette packet 90-degree turning channel 5. The reciprocating linear motion of the cigarette packet push rod 9 at the bottom of the cigarette packet warehouse 6 is realized by controlling the forward and backward rotation of the servo motor 10, so that two layers of cigarette packets at the bottommost part of the cigarette packet warehouse are pushed into the inlet channel 8 of the carton packing machine; through setting up at the terminal tobacco bale of tobacco bale conveyer belt 1 compress tightly subassembly 4 can increase the friction power of tobacco bale and tobacco bale conveyer belt 1, avoid the tobacco bale on the tobacco bale conveyer belt 1 to take place the disconnected cigarette phenomenon when the material level is lower, guarantee that the tobacco bale is normally carried. When the blocking sensor detects that the tobacco bale enters the tobacco bale warehouse 6 to be blocked or the less tobacco bale material level is detected to be low by the less tobacco sensor, the controller stops the equipment by controlling the frequency converter and the servo controller.
According to the automatic tobacco bale feeding device of the carton packing machine, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the side-standing tobacco bale enters the tobacco bale warehouse in a horizontal mode after being turned by 90 degrees through the 90-degree turning channel of the tobacco bale under the drive of the tobacco bale conveying belt, and the reciprocating linear motion of the tobacco bale push rod is realized by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor, so that two layers of tobacco bales positioned at the bottommost part of the tobacco bale warehouse are pushed into the entrance channel of the carton packing machine; the normal conveying of the tobacco packages is ensured through the tobacco package compressing assembly, the structure is compact, the tobacco packages are smoothly supplied, the operation speed is high, and the use is convenient; the controller adjusts the frequency converter and the servo controller according to the host speed signal, and then adjusts the asynchronous motor and the servo motor so as to enable the running speeds of the asynchronous motor and the servo motor to be matched with the host speed signal; when the blocking sensor detects that the tobacco bale enters the tobacco bale warehouse to be blocked or the tobacco bale material level is low, the controller stops running by controlling the frequency converter and the servo controller, and further controls the asynchronous motor and the servo motor to stop running, so that the equipment is stopped; the operation speed is adjustable, the device has a material level detection function, and the device can realize 90-degree overturning of the tobacco package; the automatic feeding device can be used for automatic feeding of cigarette packets of a carton packing machine and also can be used for automatic conveying of materials in other industries.
