Abstract
本发明属于日用化妆品领域,具体涉及一种水青冈树皮提取物及含有其的护肤组合物。本发明通过将水青冈树皮进行液氮冷冻、超微粉碎、乙醇提取等处理,得到了一种水青冈树皮提取物。本发明还提供了一种含有水青冈树皮提取物的护肤组合物,通过天然植物提取物、封闭型保湿剂、吸湿剂、角质层调节剂等多个不同的互补机制改善皮肤屏障功能,特别适用于干燥皮肤。将水青冈树皮提取物引入护肤品基质中,整体使用感好,保湿效果良好,可显著改善皮肤的粗糙状态,并且能维持皮肤的良好状态。

本发明属于日用化妆品领域,具体涉及一种水青冈树皮提取物及含有其的护肤组合物。
背景技术
皮肤具备防止水分过度蒸发,防止皮肤中保湿成分流出,防止细菌或化学物质渗透等屏障功效,同时呈现出肌肤健康、润泽的状态。精致细腻、水灵灵的皮肤给予人健康青春的印象,可以说是皮肤最理想的状态。然而,肌肤经常承担来自外界各种各样的刺激,受到环境变化的影响,皮肤变干,出现细小鳞屑,细裂纹,暗沉,渐变成了“肌肤粗糙”的状态。由于肌肤粗糙导致角质层发生异常,角质屏障功能降低引起角质保湿能力明显下降。角化不全导致氨基酸代谢失调向外流出,进而无法合成透明角质蛋白,皮肤屏障进一步崩塌,肌肤粗糙更为严重,引发更多肌肤问题。一般来说,为了避免肌肤粗糙状态和维持角质层屏障功能,对于干燥引起肌肤粗糙,要使用保湿剂和油性成分保持水分;对于炎症引起的肌肤粗糙,主要使用抗炎剂及护肤皮肤正常状态的维生素类。此外,在氨基酸失调的情况下,就更需要使用综合有效的组合物。所以,追求更有效适用的有效成分,开发与皮肤状态或肤质相应的产品,将为表皮护理研究领域带来新的启示。
水青冈(学名:Fagus longipetiolata Seem.)是壳斗科水青冈属植物,高达25米的乔木。分布于中国秦岭以南、五岭南坡以北各地。寿命长,可达四百年,被誉为“永恒年轻之树”,是高海拔的主要造林树种之一。生长于海拔300-2400米山地杂木林中,多见于向阳坡地,与常绿或落叶树混生,常为上层树种。种子可食,也可榨油供食用或工业用。木材为散孔材,纹理直,结构粗,容重为0.777克/立方厘米,有臭气,少虫蛀,创面光滑,纹理美观,适宜作胶合板,贴面板;木材耐磨且材质轻柔,可供航空器材、车辆、纺织,建筑和家具等用材。其中,制作家具的木材主要选用具有木纤维的木质部,而木本植物茎组织向外分裂具有保护作用的树皮通常利用较少。从经济价值看,树皮还是一种"宝物",白白地被丢弃和烧掉是很可惜的。树皮约占各种树木木质部的10%,水青冈树皮含有植物多糖、三萜皂苷、多酚和黄酮,这些成分的结构特点是多羟基或多酚羟基,通过氢键作用具有很好的水合吸收水分作用和保持水分特性;其次,还能维持皮肤屏障,具有抗炎、抗氧化和抑制酪氨酸酶活性等功效。
现有技术已有对水青冈树芽的提取利用,但芽为植物孕育新生的部位,采摘树芽收获转化率较少,提取成本较高。而水青冈树木材多用于制作家具,对水青冈树皮的利用率还较低。一是树皮的材质较坚硬,制备处理工艺尚未成熟,二是植物提取物的有效成分要进行精制提高,才能发挥其有效成分的效果,提高水青冈树皮提取的经济效益,提高水青冈树皮的总和利用价值,进而开发一款含水青冈树皮提取物,改善肌肤粗糙状态且维持皮肤良好状态的护肤组合物是有必要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水青冈树皮提取物,其可用于制备具有保湿功能的护肤组合物。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种含有上述水青冈树皮提取物的护肤组合物,具有良好的保湿、修护功能,特别适用于干性皮肤。
本发明用于解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种水青冈树皮提取物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将水青冈树皮投入液氮冷冻低温粉碎机后,经低温冻结、超微粉碎后得到水青冈树皮粉末;
S2. 将步骤S1得到的粉末置于相当于其重量5-15倍的,体积分数为70-90%的乙醇溶液中,装入密封袋中密封,浸润5-15分钟;
S3.将步骤S2得到的密封袋置于超高压提取设备中,设置压力50-500MPa,提取时间1-8分钟,提取温度10-45℃进行超高压处理,室温冷却后,将提取后的混合物通过0.20-1μm微孔滤膜进行过滤,取滤液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的滤液旋转蒸发,蒸发温度60-80℃,旋转分离,回收乙醇,得到浓缩液;
S5.将步骤S4的浓缩液经外循环装置流至经脱色装置,循环脱色10-20分钟;
S6.将步骤S5脱色处理的提取液浓缩到原体积的5-8%,得到所述的水青冈树皮提取物。
本发明还提供一种含所述水青冈树皮提取物的护肤组合物,包括以下组分:
(A) 水青冈树皮提取物0.01-25.0%,
(B) 小分子多元醇 0.1-15.0%,
(C) 神经酰胺 0.01-0.2%,
(D) 润肤油脂 5.0-30.0%,
(E) 乳化剂 1.0-25.0%,
(F) 增稠剂0.1-5.0%,以及余量的
(G) 纯水。
进一步地,所述的小分子多元醇所述的小分子多元醇为甘油、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的小分子多元醇为甘油与1,3-丁二醇,比例为甘油:1,3-丁二醇=3:2。所述的小分子多元醇分子内含有2个以上的羟基,根据羟基的数量称作二元醇、三元醇等。多元醇与含有透明质酸等具有保湿性的水溶性高分子一起使用,会大大增加保湿作用,也可作为化妆品的有效成分的溶解剂及制剂的低温稳定剂、增粘剂等使用。甘油作为保湿剂几乎用于所有的化妆品,它的保湿作用除了来源于本身的吸湿效果,也源于它可以调节皮肤中的水通道蛋白,控制渗透压平衡和细胞分化,活性保持皮肤含水量,但高浓度使用皮肤会有黏稠感觉,尤其在潮湿环境下;1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇,极性物质的溶解性佳,可作为溶解辅助剂,柔软剂、保湿剂、铺展剂等,还具有辅助防腐效果;1,3-丁二醇作为保湿剂不发粘,与甘油相比具有轻盈的使用感,极性化妆品溶解性佳,具有抗菌性,还作为植物提取物的溶剂使用。优选地,甘油和其他二元醇配混比率为3:2,申请人意外发现在此比率下,受试皮肤具有很好的保湿效果,肌肤更加柔软。
进一步地,所述的神经酰胺是N-脂酰基神经鞘氨醇。神经酰胺由脂肪酸与酰胺基结合的产物,是人体皮肤脂质的重要成分。有保湿、维持角质层结构稳定(粘合)、损伤修复等功能,与皮肤的润泽、弹性和水分含量直接相关,其性质和数量影响着皮肤屏障的稳定和部分皮肤病的发生,对构建健康皮肤的屏障功能有重要作用。
进一步地,所述的润肤油脂选自植物性油脂、矿物性油脂、脂肪酸酯中的至少一种;
所述植物性油脂选自橄榄油、葵花籽油、玉米油、小麦胚芽油、杏仁油、椰子油、鳄梨油、澳洲坚果籽油、月见草油、可可籽油、霍霍巴籽油、山茶籽油、燕麦仁油、乳木果油、绣线菊油中的至少一种;优选为乳木果油、霍霍巴籽油、绣线菊油中的至少一种;其中,绣线菊油含有二十二碳二烯酸C22:2和二十二碳六烯酸,以及高效的天然抗氧化剂——天然生育酚,大大地提高了自身的氧化稳定性;此外,绣线菊油可延长含易氧化植物油及不稳定物质的配方的保存周期,起到维生素E醋酸酯的作用。添加到护肤组合物中,涂抹后的肤感更丰富、持久。
所述矿物性油脂选自凡士林、15#白油、25#白油、26#白油、异十二烷、异十六烷、异二十烷中的至少一种;优选为15#白油、异十二烷中的至少一种。
所述脂肪酸酯选自肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、癸酸甘油三酯、棕榈酸辛酯中的至少一种;优选棕榈酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯中的至少一种。
油脂的加入,对体系的滋润保湿效果具有重大作用。润肤剂可保留在皮肤表面,代替损失的脂质,可以减少皮肤鳞屑,有助于保持皮肤柔韧、平滑,保护皮肤的油水平衡,保护皮肤屏障。
进一步地,所述乳化剂选自鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、椰子基葡糖苷、C12-C20烷基葡糖苷、二十烷基葡糖苷、硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂醇醚-20、硬脂酸甘油酯、PEG-75 硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10二棕榈酸酯、氢化卵磷脂、聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种;优选鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种,该组合油相配伍性及高低温稳定性均佳,可配制清爽、不粘腻、对活性成分高兼容性的乳化体系。
进一步地,所述的护肤组合物的粘度为20000-80000mPa·s。当上述的水青冈芽提取物、润肤油脂、小分子多元醇、乳化剂及增稠剂使用得当,本发明所述的护肤组合物的粘度一般为20000-80000mPa·s,优选为30000-65000mPa·s,特别优选35000-50000mPa·s。以上黏度测量标准为LVDV @Spindle TC*6rpm*1minute30seconds(cps)25℃。
进一步地,所述护肤组合物还含有如下成分至少一种:辅助乳化剂0.01-5.0%,外观修饰剂0.01-2%,螯合剂0.005-0.2%,紫外线吸收剂0.01-1%,防腐剂0.01-1%,香精0.01-3%,功效成分0.001-3%,
所述的辅助乳化剂选自鲸蜡醇,硬脂醇,鲸蜡硬脂醇中的一种或几种;所述的辅助乳化剂能够进一步的提高体系的稳定性,改善膏霜乳化体系的外观。
所述的外观修饰剂选自脂肪醇,云母,二氧化钛,二氧化硅,聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或几种。具有修饰外观的作用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用低温冻结技术粉碎水青冈树皮,利用了原材料在低温下脆性比较大的特性进行粉碎,提高粉碎效率并更好地保存有效成分。同时运用了现代细胞级超微粉碎技术,可将水青冈树皮粉碎至5~10μm以下(水青冈树皮细胞直径在10~100μm),使树皮细胞的破壁率达95%以上,有利于后续更好地提取水青冈树皮的有效成分。此外,与细胞尺度相当的虫卵也会因破壁而被杀死,从而减少虫害影响,降低水青冈树皮提取物的毒副作用。
本发明提取得到的水青冈树皮提取物中,含有能够改善肌肤粗糙状态且维持皮肤健康状态的有效成分,通过实施本发明可以减少设备资源及原材料浪费,减少对环境的污染。
本发明提供的含水青冈树皮提取物的护肤组合物,通过天然植物提取物、封闭型保湿剂(润肤油脂)、吸湿剂(小分子多元醇类)、角质层调节剂(神经酰胺)等多个不同的互补机制改善皮肤屏障功能,特别适用于干燥皮肤。将水青冈树皮提取物引入护肤品基质中,整体使用感好,保湿效果良好,可显著改善皮肤的粗糙状态,并且能维持皮肤的良好状态。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
实施例和对比例所用的水青冈树皮提取物的制备方法如下:
S1.将水青冈树皮投入液氮冷冻低温粉碎机后,经低温冻结、超微粉碎后得到水青冈树皮粉末置于防潮容器中备用;
S2. 将步骤S1得到的粉末置于相当于其重量10倍的,体积分数为85%的乙醇溶液中,装入密封袋中密封,浸润10分钟;
S3.将步骤S2得到的密封袋置于超高压提取设备中,设置压力300MPa,提取时间5分钟,提取温度28℃进行超高压处理,室温冷却后,将提取后的混合物通过0.45μm微孔滤膜进行过滤,取滤液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的滤液旋转蒸发,蒸发温度80℃,旋转分离,回收乙醇,得到浓缩液;
S5.将步骤S4的浓缩液经外循环装置流至经脱色装置,脱色装置内置活性炭,循环脱色15分钟;
S6.将步骤S5脱色处理的提取液利用旋转蒸发仪减压浓缩到原体积的8%,得到所述的水青冈树皮提取物。
实施例和对比例的配方记为下表1,单位为重量百分比。制备方法为本领域常规的混合搅拌。

对本发明实施例和对比例进行使用感评价及仪器功效性评估。
选择年龄在20-60岁,面部为干性肌肤或者正处于出现细小鳞屑,细裂纹,暗沉等肌肤粗糙症状的志愿者共90位为测试对象,随机分为9组,每组10人,分别使用实施例1-6和对比例1-3制备得到的产品.。
仪器功效测试内容:志愿者在脸部涂抹相应的测试样品进行测试,测试前2-3天不能使用外药品;用皮肤水分含量测定仪DelfinMoistureMeterSC用于检测受试者的脸部角质层水分含量;试验依据:化妆品保湿功效评价指南QB/T 4256-2011;
仪器功效测试判定依据:
阳性结果:产品使用前后,测试区域角质层水分含量呈显著差异表示该受试样品具有保湿效果;
阴性结果:产品使用前后,测试区域角质层水分含量无显著差异表示该受试样品不具有保湿效果。
测试者自评测试内容:采用问卷调查的形式,对测试区和对照区使用前和使用后14天后的肌肤改善效果进行自评。对皮肤粗糙的主观症状和产品使用肤感进行评价,每个指标通过0-10分等级评分,10分为程度最重,0分为程度最轻。
上述使用感评价及仪器功效性评估结果记为下表2。

注:上述实施例和对比例的仪器功效测试结果显著性值p均满足p<0.050,即上述实施例1-6和对比例1-3均为保湿阳性结果,可认为均具备保湿效果。
对本发明实施例和对比例进行稳定性评估,得到下表3。

实施例1-3中,水青冈树皮提取物含量递减,志愿者能感受到的保湿效果和肌肤粗糙改善感受也随之变化,用样区域皮肤水分含量增量都逐渐递减。可以看出,该范围内的保湿效果和肌肤粗糙改善效果与水青冈树皮提取物的含量存在正相关性。
对比例1中不含水青冈树皮提取物,增加了常规保湿剂小分子多元醇的添加量,可以看出,其保湿效果远不及含有水青冈树皮提取物的实施例。
实施例1-3和实施例5-6小分子多元醇总量都为10%,其他成分用量相同。但不同多元醇配比会产生不同的保湿效果。其中,甘油和二元醇配混比率为3:2能带来较好的保湿效果,提升皮肤柔软感,辅助产品有效成分的持续作用。
对比例2不含乳木果油和绣线菊油(植物性油脂),其他组分与实施例2相同,说明油性成分可补充皮肤脂质,对皮肤减少皮肤鳞屑,保持皮肤柔韧、平滑。同时添加到护肤组合物中,涂抹后的肤感更丰富、持久,协同增效保护皮肤屏障。对比例2不含绣线菊油,在高温稳定性评估中发生轻微变色,可见绣线菊油成分对于体系稳定性、功效性具有增效作用。
同样地,对比例3不含神经酰胺、对比例2不含乳木果油和绣线菊油,虽含有水青冈树皮提取物,但对比例2-3不能保持皮肤柔韧、平滑,无法保护皮肤屏障。神经酰胺对维持角质层结构稳定(粘合)、损伤修复具有重要作用。在护肤品中起协同作用,更进一步地发挥水青冈树皮提取物的有益效果,维持皮肤屏障、保持肌肤水分,进而改善肌肤粗糙状态。
以上结果表明,克服肌肤粗糙需要综合有效组分,通过不同互补的机制来改善皮肤屏障功能,才能更好地发挥水青冈树皮提取物持久保湿的效果。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种水青冈树皮提取物,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将水青冈树皮投入液氮冷冻低温粉碎机后,经低温冻结、超微粉碎后得到水青冈树皮粉末;
S2.将步骤S1得到的粉末置于相当于其重量5-15倍的,体积分数为70-90%的乙醇溶液中,装入密封袋中密封,浸润5-15分钟;
S3.将步骤S2得到的密封袋置于超高压提取设备中,设置压力50-500MPa,提取时间1-8分钟,提取温度10-45℃进行超高压处理,室温冷却后,将提取后的混合物通过0.20-1μm微孔滤膜进行过滤,取滤液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的滤液旋转蒸发,蒸发温度60-80℃,旋转分离,回收乙醇,得到浓缩液;
S5.将步骤S4的浓缩液经外循环装置流至脱色装置,循环脱色10-20分钟;
S6.将步骤S5脱色处理的提取液浓缩到原体积的5-8%,得到所述的水青冈树皮提取物。
2.一种含权利要求1所述水青冈树皮提取物的护肤组合物,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
(A) 权利要求1所述的水青冈树皮提取物0.01-25.0%,
(B) 小分子多元醇 0.1-15.0%,
(C) 神经酰胺 0.01-0.2%,
(D) 润肤油脂 5.0-30.0%,
(E) 乳化剂 1.0-25.0%,
(F) 增稠剂0.1-5.0%,以及余量的
(G) 纯水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述的小分子多元醇为甘油、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述的小分子多元醇为甘油与1,3-丁二醇,比例为甘油:1,3-丁二醇=3:2。
5.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述的神经酰胺是N-脂酰基神经鞘氨醇。
6.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述的润肤油脂选自植物性油脂、矿物性油脂、脂肪酸酯中的至少一种;
所述植物性油脂选自橄榄油、葵花籽油、玉米油、小麦胚芽油、杏仁油、椰子油、鳄梨油、澳洲坚果籽油、月见草油、可可籽油、霍霍巴籽油、山茶籽油、燕麦仁油、乳木果油、绣线菊油中的至少一种;
所述矿物性油脂选自凡士林、15#白油、25#白油、26#白油、异十二烷、异十六烷、异二十烷中的至少一种;
所述脂肪酸酯选自肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、癸酸甘油三酯、棕榈酸辛酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、椰子基葡糖苷、C12-C20烷基葡糖苷、二十烷基葡糖苷、硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂醇醚-20、硬脂酸甘油酯、PEG-75 硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10二棕榈酸酯、氢化卵磷脂、聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括羟乙基丙烯酸酸酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、黄原胶、卡波姆聚合物中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述的护肤组合物的粘度为20000-80000 mPa·s。
10.根据权利要求2所述的护肤组合物,其特征在于,
还含有如下成分至少一种:辅助乳化剂0.01-5.0%,外观修饰剂0.01-2%,螯合剂0.005-0.2%,紫外线吸收剂0.01-1%,防腐剂0.01-1%,香精0.01-3%,功效成分0.001-3%;
所述的辅助乳化剂选自鲸蜡醇,硬脂醇,鲸蜡硬脂醇中的一种或几种;
所述的外观修饰剂选自脂肪醇,云母,二氧化钛,二氧化硅,聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或几种。
