Abstract
The invention provides a heating non-combustion cigarette product which comprises a filter section, a first tobacco section, a second tobacco section, tipping paper and cigarette paper, wherein the first tobacco section and the second tobacco section are made of smoking materials loaded with atomizing agents in a molding mode, the cigarette paper wraps the outer surfaces of the first tobacco section and the second tobacco section, the tipping paper is spliced on the outer sides of the filter section and the first tobacco section, and the second tobacco section is a heating section. The heating non-combustion cigarette product provided by the invention has a simple structure, and the first tobacco section and the filter tip section which are wrapped by the tipping paper during heating and smoking have the functions of intercepting and cooling smoke together and play the roles of cooling and supplementing smoke aroma at the same time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cigarette product which is not burnt by heating, belonging to the technical field of novel tobacco.
Background
At present, cigarettes which are not combusted by heating appear in the market transmit nicotine and fragrance to human bodies by means of heating tobacco. The heating of non-combustible smoking articles can be classified into three types of electric heating, carbon heating and chemical heating according to the type of heat source, wherein the two heat sources of electric heating and carbon heating have been applied to products such as IQOS of feimo tobacco company, Glo of engme tobacco and Revo of reynolds tobacco company.
Generally, the cigarette is heated by an external heating element to generate smoke, the tobacco product is usually atomized under the condition of 250-350 ℃, and the temperature of high-temperature atomized smoke entering the oral cavity through the filter tip is higher than the combustion temperature of the traditional cigarette. The technical problems solved by the invention are that the general cigarette products which are not combusted by heating usually have overhigh smoke temperature, the structural design of the cigarette is complex for reducing the smoke temperature, the cost is increased sharply, and simultaneously the smoke concentration is also deficient.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the heating non-combustion cigarette product is provided, and comprises a filter section, a first tobacco section, a second tobacco section, a tipping paper and a cigarette paper, wherein the first tobacco section and the second tobacco section are made by molding a smoking material loaded with an atomizing agent, the cigarette paper wraps the outer surfaces of the first tobacco section and the second tobacco section, the tipping paper is spliced on the outer sides of the filter section and the first tobacco section, the second tobacco section is a heating section, and the length of the first tobacco section is 3-30 mm.

The cigarette product without burning after being heated has a simple filter tip section-tobacco section binary structure, the first tobacco section of the cigarette product is wrapped by tipping paper and cannot be directly heated by a smoking set, and the first tobacco section and the conventional filter tip section are used as the filter tip section together for cooling and filtering, so that the absorbed heat can reduce the temperature of smoke on one hand, and an atomizing agent and volatile aroma components in the smoke can be released into the smoke on the other hand, thereby compensating the loss of smoke quantity and the like generated by the adsorption of the filter tip section, and ensuring the smoking satisfaction and the sufficient smoke quantity; the cigarette product without burning after heating has extremely simple structure, can be prepared by a conventional cigarette making machine, and greatly reduces the raw material and production cost.
The length of tipping paper needs to be adjusted as required within the range of the length ratio of the tipping paper to the heating non-combustible cigarette product, the smoke temperature is controlled within a comfortable range by controlling the length of the tipping paper, the length of the first tobacco section can be properly prolonged or a longer hollow pipe filter section is adopted when the temperature is not sufficiently reduced, and the temperature of the smoke channel is reduced by physical means. Under the condition that the lengths of the filter tip section and the tobacco section are both fixed, the length of the tipping paper determines the length of the heating non-combustion fuming section and the length of the whole filter tip section, so that different smoke amounts and smoke temperatures are obtained.
Further, the filter section is made of high single denier acetate fibers, polypropylene fibers, polylactic acid fibers or paperboards for cigarettes, and the structure of the filter section is a hollow tube rod. The filter tip section is a conventional unitary filter stick, and the low-suction-resistance filter stick, especially an empty-tube filter stick, can greatly reduce the adsorption of smoke atomizing agents and the like, so that better suction satisfaction is provided for consumers. The length of the filter tip section can be adjusted as required when the filter tip section is a hollow pipe rod.
When the structure of the filter segment is a non-empty tube structure, the length of the filter segment is no more than 15mm, and preferably the length of the filter segment is no more than 8 mm. When the filter tip section is of a non-hollow pipe structure, the filter tip section inevitably has partial smoke aroma adsorption, so the length of the filter tip section is reduced as much as possible, and hollow acetate fiber or a hollow paper cylinder rod is adopted as much as possible, so that the adsorption is reduced to the greatest extent on one hand, and the temperature can be reduced better on the other hand.
Further, the smoking material is in the form of threads, flakes or granules, preferably the smoking material is in the form of granules. The filamentous and flaky smoking material segment can be prepared by a conventional cigarette rolling process, wherein the content of the atomizing agent and the like is relatively reduced; the granular material is a smoking section or an integral rod-shaped material, wherein the content of an atomizing agent and the like can be greatly improved, and the outer surface of the integral rod-shaped material can be provided with a plurality of parallel grooves, so that smoke and smog can pass through more smoothly.
Further, the first tobacco section and the second tobacco section are integrated tobacco rods formed by bonding granular smoking materials, and the internal porosity of each tobacco rod is 50-95%. The whole tobacco rod wrapped with the tipping paper is a first tobacco section, the whole tobacco rod not wrapped with the tipping paper is a second tobacco section, the smoke quantity concentration and the smoke temperature can be controlled by adjusting the length ratio of the first tobacco section to the second tobacco section, and preferably, the length of the first tobacco section is 5-20 mm; the large porosity facilitates release and delivery of components such as nebulant, while reducing adsorption as a filter segment.
Further, the granular smoking material is a nearly spherical granule, and the particle diameter of the granule is 10-40 meshes, preferably 14-30 meshes. The approximately spherical particles with the proper particle size are beneficial to controlling the smoking resistance of the cigarette at a lower level, so that the smoke can pass through more quickly and simultaneously the adsorption can be reduced.
Further, the particulate smoking material comprises tobacco or non-tobacco material, and further comprises at least one of filler, tobacco extract and flavor. The content of each component can be regulated to obtain cigarette products with different smoking feelings and styles.
Further, the non-tobacco material is one or more of vegetable fibers or mineral fibers; or one or more of plant powder or inorganic powder.
The non-tobacco material is one or more of wood pulp fiber, hemp fiber, bamboo fiber, carbon fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, glass fiber and the like; or one or more of corn cob powder, rice hull powder, activated carbon, mint, sandalwood, coffee powder, coconut hull powder and the like. The non-tobacco material aids in the formation of the smoking material and may also impart some characteristic aroma to the smoke while regulating puff satisfaction.
Further, the atomizing agent is one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol and glycerol triacetate. Due to the natural high load capacity of the particle material, the content of the atomizing agent can be higher than that of the conventional HNB cigarette, and even if adsorption at the end of a filter stick exists, a larger smoking mist amount can be obtained.
Further, the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, clay, diatomite, alumina, microcrystalline cellulose, chitin, modified starch and the like. Suitable filler materials facilitate the formation of smoking materials, reduce irritation, and increase the amount of atomizing agents used.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention provides a cigarette product which is not burnt by heating, and has a simple filter tip-tobacco binary structure, wherein the filter tip is of a unitary structure and can be prepared by a conventional cigarette making machine, and the raw material and production cost are greatly reduced.
2. The invention provides a cigarette product which is not burnt during heating, wherein a first tobacco section is used as a smoking material to provide satisfaction of smoke and the like, and the other reverse side is used as a part of a filter stick and has the effects of cooling, supplementing smoke aroma and the like. Compared with Glo and IQOS on the market, the smoke temperature of cigarettes with the same specification is 10-30 ℃ lower.

Example 1
As shown in figure 2, the invention provides a heated non-combustible smoking article formed by wrapping and tipping a filter segment 5 and a first tobacco segment 6 with tipping paper 8; wherein the filter tip is prepared from high single denier acetate fiber, and the length of the filter tip section is 5 mm; the tobacco section comprises a first tobacco section 6 and a second tobacco section 7, the smoking material is cut tobacco, 10% of glycerin and 0.2% of tobacco extract are loaded on the cut tobacco, the tobacco section is formed by wrapping and rolling cigarette paper 9, and the length of the tobacco section is 55 mm; the filter section 5 and the first tobacco section 6 are formed by wrapping and tipping paper 8, the length of the tipping paper 8 is 30mm, and part of the tipping paper 8 is positioned on the outer side of the cigarette paper 9. In the manufactured cigarette, the length of the second tobacco section 7 which participates in heating, non-combustion and smoking is 30mm, and the first tobacco section 6 of 25mm and the cellulose acetate section of 5mm wrapped by the tipping paper 8 are used as a filtering and cooling section together.
The evaluation of the smoking product considers that the smoke quantity concentration and the satisfaction are both lower, the highest value of the actually measured smoke temperature is 44 ℃, the tobacco shred adsorption performance is better, the length of the first tobacco section is not suitable to be overlong preliminarily, and the effect of the tobacco shred as the tobacco section of the invention is not ideal.
Example 2
The invention provides a heating non-combustion cigarette product, which is formed by wrapping and tipping a filter section 5 and a first tobacco section 6 by tipping paper 8; wherein the filter tip is a thin-wall hollow tube acetate fiber rod, and the length of the filter tip section is 5mm and 25 mm; the tobacco section comprises a first tobacco section 6 and a second tobacco section 7, the tobacco sections are integrally formed by smoking particle materials, a large number of gaps are formed among particles to serve as smoke channels, the particle smoking section is formed by wrapping and rolling cigarette paper 9, and the total length of the particle tobacco section is 45 mm; the filter section 5 and the first tobacco section 6 are formed by wrapping and tipping paper 8, the length of the tipping paper 8 is 45mm, and part of the tipping paper 8 is positioned on the outer side of the cigarette paper 9. In the manufactured cigarette, the length of the second tobacco section 7 which participates in heating, non-combustion and smoking is 25mm, and the 20mm first tobacco section 6 wrapped by the tipping paper 8 and the 25mm acetate fiber hollow pipe section are used as a filtering and cooling section together.
Wherein the raw materials of the smoking material comprise:
30 parts of tobacco raw materials, 15 parts of glycerol, 1 part of tobacco extract, 30 parts of calcium carbonate, 5 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 5 parts of wood pulp fiber and 13 parts of clay.
The evaluation of the smoking article considers that the smoke quantity concentration is still enough, the satisfaction is still enough, the actually measured maximum value of the smoke temperature is 41 ℃, and the maximum value is obviously lower than the maximum smoke temperature (about 65 ℃) of IQOS.
Example 3
This embodiment differs from embodiment 2 in that the tipping paper 8 is 40mm in length.
The evaluation of the smoking article shows that the smoke quantity concentration is higher, the satisfaction is better, and the actually measured maximum smoke temperature is 45 ℃ which is obviously lower than the maximum smoke temperature (about 65 ℃) of IQOS.
Example 4
This example differs from example 2 in that the tipping paper 8 is 30mm in length.
The evaluation of the smoking article shows that the smoke amount is high, the satisfaction is strong, the maximum value of the actually measured smoke temperature is 54 ℃, the temperature is higher but still lower than the maximum smoke temperature (about 65 ℃) of the IQOS

The invention provides a heating non-combustion cigarette product, which is formed by wrapping and tipping a filter section 5 and a first tobacco section 6 by tipping paper 8; wherein the filter tip is a hollow paper tube rod, and the length of the filter tip section is 5 mm; the tobacco section comprises a first tobacco section 6 and a second tobacco section 7, the tobacco sections are integrally formed by smoking particle materials, a large number of gaps are formed among particles to serve as smoke channels, the particle tobacco sections are formed by wrapping and rolling cigarette paper 9, and the total length of the particle tobacco sections is 40 mm; the filter segment 5 and the first tobacco segment 6 are wrapped and tipping by tipping paper 8, and the length of the tipping paper 8 is 55 mm. In the manufactured cigarette, the length of the second tobacco section 7 which participates in heating, non-combustion and smoking is 30mm, and the 10mm first tobacco section 6 which is wrapped by the tipping paper 8 and the 45mm cellulose acetate hollow pipe section are used as a filtering and cooling section together.

25 parts of tobacco raw material, 10 parts of corncob powder, 5 parts of coffee powder, 20 parts of glycerol, 1.5 parts of tobacco extract, 30 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 5 parts of alumina and 2 parts of modified starch.
The evaluation of the smoking product shows that the smoke quantity is high, the satisfaction is strong, obvious coffee smell can be sensed in smoke, the maximum value of the actually measured smoke temperature is 37 ℃, and the maximum smoke temperature is obviously lower than the maximum smoke temperature (about 65 ℃) of IQOS.
