Abstract
本发明涉及消防隔窗技术领域,且公开了一种火灾时自动关闭的窗户,包括玻璃、边框、上槽、下槽,玻璃的边部镶嵌于边框的内部,玻璃为双层结构,两个玻璃之间通过边框组成密封的隔层,隔层内填充有膨胀液,玻璃的顶端边框的内部开设有套筒,套筒的内部设有顶杆,顶杆的左端设有活塞,顶杆的右端设有导向环,顶杆活动套接在导向环的内部,导向环固定套接在套筒的内部,顶杆可在套筒的内部滑动,套筒的左端边框的内部设有导管,导管与套筒连通,导管的另一端通往两个玻璃之间,本发明通过火灾时隔层内的膨胀液受热膨胀来推动顶杆,在顶杆的推动下使窗户向一侧移动直至关闭,能够有效阻止新鲜空气继续进入屋内,阻止火灾继续蔓延。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防隔窗技术领域,具体为一种火灾时自动关闭的窗户。
背景技术
随着人们防火意识的不断提高,对各种建筑材料的防火等级或防火性能都要求越来越高,窗户是隔离室内和室外的主要通道,如果窗户防火,能够有效的将火灾隔离在室外或者将火灾隔离在室内,防止火灾的蔓延。目前的防火窗,在发生火灾时,需要一个温控器和闭门器才能使防火窗自动关闭,温控器和闭门器的组合形式,成本较高,而且安装繁琐不简便,同时也会使防火窗的美观性大大降低,且易损度高,存在被他人拆除的隐患。
目前的平移窗是靠底部的轮子在滑槽内左右滑动来控制窗户的开关,虽然这种方式轻松省力,但是时间久了,轮子会有磨损,一旦轮子磨损变形后,开关窗户时将会变得十分费力。
发明内容
针对背景技术中提出的现有窗户在使用过程中不具备防火功能与滑轮易磨损的问题,本发明提供了一种火灾时自动关闭的窗户,具备防火与耐用的优点,解决了上述背景技术中提出的技术问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种火灾时自动关闭的窗户,包括玻璃、边框、上槽、下槽,玻璃的边部镶嵌于边框的内部,玻璃为双层结构,两个玻璃之间通过边框组成密封的隔层,隔层的内部填充有透明的膨胀液,隔层内的膨胀液具有阻燃性,玻璃的顶端边框的内部开设有套筒,套筒的内部设有顶杆,顶杆的左端设有活塞,顶杆的右端设有导向环,顶杆活动套接在导向环的内部,导向环固定套接在套筒的内部,顶杆可在套筒的内部滑动,套筒的左端边框的内部设有导管,导管与套筒连通,导管的另一端通往隔层。
优选的,所述上槽的内部设有滑道,滑道内活动卡接有拉销,拉销只能在滑道内左右移动,拉销的下方活动卡接在边框的内部并且正好将导管阻断,边框的底部固定安装有磁性件Ⅰ,磁性件Ⅰ的下方设有磁性件Ⅱ,磁性件Ⅱ固定安装在下槽的槽底,磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ为软磁铁,磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ的居里温度为一百摄氏度,磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ相邻面为同极,磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ悬浮在下槽内,导管在磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ接触时畅通。
优选的,顶杆的长度大于边框最右侧边到墙面的距离,边框的内侧上方开设有喷气孔与套筒相连通。
优选的,磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ之间的距离等于拉销伸入边框内部的一半。
优选的,下槽的外侧侧面开设有排水孔。
优选的,边框、上槽、下槽均为铝合金制成。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过火灾时隔层内的膨胀液受热膨胀来推动顶杆,在顶杆的推动下使窗户向一侧移动直至关闭,能够有效阻止新鲜空气继续进入屋内,阻止火灾继续蔓延。
2、本发明通过磁性件Ⅰ与磁性件Ⅱ的设计能够使边框悬浮在下槽内部,两者不接触,从而不会有摩擦阻力,开关窗户时会更加省力。
3、本发明通过当顶杆完全伸出时,隔层7内的膨胀液就会由喷气孔14向屋内喷出,由于膨胀液具有阻燃的作用,从而能够达到减小屋内火势的效果。
4、本发明通过在隔层之间填充透明的膨胀液,能够使该窗户的隔音与隔热效果更好。

请参阅图1-5,一种火灾时自动关闭的窗户,包括玻璃1、边框2、上槽3、下槽4,玻璃1的边部镶嵌于边框2的内部,玻璃1为双层结构,两个玻璃1之间通过边框2组成密封的隔层7,隔层7的内部填充有透明的膨胀液,膨胀液可使该窗户的隔音与隔热效果更好,并且该膨胀液具有阻燃性,玻璃1的顶端边框2的内部开设有套筒9,套筒9的内部设有顶杆10,顶杆10的左端设有活塞,顶杆10的右端设有导向环11,顶杆10活动套接在导向环11的内部,导向环11固定套接在套筒9的内部,导向环11用于对顶杆10进行导向,因此顶杆10可在套筒9的内部滑动,套筒9的左端边框2的内部设有导管12并与套筒9连通,导管12的另一端通往隔层7,当屋内起火时,隔层7内的膨胀液受热后就会立即膨胀,从而推动顶杆10左侧的活塞,顶杆10伸出后顶住墙面,在反作用力的情况下,窗户会向左移动,直至关闭,能够阻止空气继续进入屋内防止火灾的蔓延。
其中,上槽3的内部设有滑道,滑道内活动卡接有拉销8,拉销8只能在滑道内左右移动,拉销8的下方活动卡接在边框2的内部并且正好将导管12阻断,边框2的底部固定安装有磁性件Ⅰ5,磁性件Ⅰ5的下方设有磁性件Ⅱ6,磁性件Ⅱ6固定安装在下槽4的槽底,磁性件Ⅰ5与磁性件Ⅱ6为软磁铁,居里温度为一百摄氏度,并且相邻面为同极,因此在磁性件Ⅰ5与磁性件Ⅱ6之间相斥力的作用下,边框2会悬浮在下槽4内,开关窗户时会更加省力,当周围达到一百度时,磁性件Ⅰ5与磁性件Ⅱ6之间的磁性消失,边框2整体下降,同时拉销8相对于边框2向上运动,导管12此时畅通。
其中,顶杆10的长度大于边框2最右侧边到墙面的距离,能够使顶杆10完全伸出时窗户处于完全关闭的状态,边框2的内侧上方开设有喷气孔14,喷气孔14与套筒9相连通,当顶杆10完全伸出时,隔层7内的膨胀液就会由喷气孔14喷出,由于膨胀液具有阻燃的作用,因此能够减小屋内的火势。
其中,磁性件Ⅰ5与磁性件Ⅱ6之间的距离等于拉销8伸入边框2内部的一半,能够使边框2向下移动时拉销8不会完全脱离边框2,保证了导管12的气密性。
其中,下槽4的外侧侧面开设有排水孔13,排水孔13用于排掉下雨时聚集在下槽4内的雨水。
其中,边框2、上槽3、下槽4均为铝合金制成,具有耐高温的效果。(需要说明的是平移窗为两块,两块窗户除喷气孔14是开设朝内侧外其余结构均相同,两块窗户的顶杆10为对向伸出。)
本发明的使用方法(工作原理)如下:
当屋内发生火灾时,磁性件Ⅰ5和磁性件Ⅱ6会在高温下退磁,二者之间的斥力消失,边框2会向下移动,此时拉销8相对于边框2向上移动,导管12此时畅通,隔层7内的膨胀液受热膨胀,从而推动顶杆10左侧的活塞向右移动,顶杆10伸出后顶住墙面,在反作用力的情况下,窗户会向左移动,直至关闭,阻止空气继续进入屋内防止火灾的蔓延,当顶杆10完全伸出时,隔层7内的膨胀液会由喷气孔14向屋内喷出,由于膨胀液具有阻燃的作用,因此能够减小屋内火势。

1.一种火灾时自动关闭的窗户,包括玻璃(1)、边框(2)、上槽(3)、下槽(4),其特征在于:所述玻璃(1)的边部镶嵌于边框(2)的内部,所述玻璃(1)为双层结构,两块玻璃(1)之间通过边框(2)组成密封的隔层(7),所述隔层(7)的内部填充有透明的膨胀液,所述隔层(7)内的膨胀液具有阻燃性,所述玻璃(1)的顶端边框(2)的内部开设有套筒(9),所述套筒(9)的内部设有顶杆(10),所述顶杆(10)的左端设有活塞,所述顶杆(10)的右端设有导向环(11),所述顶杆(10)活动套接在导向环(11)的内部,所述导向环(11)固定套接在套筒(9)的内部,所述顶杆(10)可在套筒(9)的内部滑动,所述套筒(9)的左端边框(2)的内部设有导管(12),所述导管(12)与套筒(9)连通,所述导管(12)的另一端通往隔层(7);
所述上槽(3)的内部设有滑道,滑道内活动卡接有拉销(8),所述拉销(8)只能在滑道内左右移动,所述拉销(8)的下方活动卡接在边框(2)的内部并且正好将导管(12)阻断,所述边框(2)的底部固定安装有磁性件Ⅰ(5),所述磁性件Ⅰ(5)的下方设有磁性件Ⅱ(6),所述磁性件Ⅱ(6)固定安装在下槽(4)的槽底,所述磁性件Ⅰ(5)与磁性件Ⅱ(6)为软磁铁,所述磁性件Ⅰ(5)与磁性件Ⅱ(6)的居里温度为一百摄氏度,所述磁性件Ⅰ(5)与磁性件Ⅱ(6)相邻面为同极,所述磁性件Ⅰ(5)与磁性件Ⅱ(6)悬浮在下槽(4)内,所述导管(12)在磁性件Ⅰ(5)与磁性件Ⅱ(6)接触时畅通;
所述磁性件Ⅰ(5)与磁性件Ⅱ(6)之间的距离等于拉销(8)伸入边框(2)内部的一半;
