Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of disinfectant, in particular to a preparation method of a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and peroxyacetic acid.
Background
Generally, disinfectants are classified into low-efficiency disinfectants, medium-efficiency disinfectants and high-efficiency disinfectants. At present, the domestic market generally takes middle-effect disinfectants such as ethanol and the like as the main components, and a high-efficiency disinfectant with low residue, high disinfection effect and stable performance is not available for a while. The hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidant, a single component can be used as a medium-effect disinfectant, but the performance is extremely unstable and is extremely easy to decompose, the peracetic acid is also a strong oxidant, a single component can be used as a high-effect disinfectant, but the condition of extreme instability exists, and the high-concentration peracetic acid has strong corrosivity and high residue. The use of the disinfectant in a clean area of a pharmaceutical factory requires low residue of the disinfectant. Therefore, an efficient disinfectant with high disinfection efficiency, low corrosivity, stable performance and long storage life is urgently needed in the pharmaceutical industry at present. The content related to the patent fills the gap of the market.
