Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a prostate and rectum isolating device.
Background
When the prostate is diseased, the tumor tissue is often irradiated by X-rays, Y-rays, electronic rays and other radioactive rays in a radiation therapy mode, and the biological action of the radioactive rays is utilized to kill the tumor tissue to the maximum extent, so that the effect of treating the prostate is achieved. The prostate needs to be accurately positioned and fixed in the radiotherapy process, so that only the lesion part is subjected to radiotherapy, and the damage to normal cells is reduced. Because the prostate is adjacent to the rectum, the rectum is in constant peristalsis, which causes slight shaking of the prostate, and thus damages normal cells during radiotherapy treatment. Meanwhile, rectal cells are lost in the high-temperature radiotherapy process.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a prostate and rectum isolation device comprises a hose 1, wherein the hose is closed at the head end, open at the tail end, and provided with a hollow first channel 11 inside, and the first channel 11 is communicated with the tail end and the head end of the hose 1; the head end of the hose 1 is provided with a balloon 3, the balloon 3 is arranged at the head end of the hose 1 in a wrapping manner, the hose 1 is also provided with a first through hole 12, the first through hole 12 is communicated with the hose 1 and the balloon 3, the balloon 3 is filled to form an ellipsoidal structure, and the balloon 3 is made of a soft material; the tail end of the hose 1 is provided with a control valve 2, and the control valve 2 enables the interior of the hose 1 to be communicated or sealed with the outside. The balloon 3 is filled with air or saline through the control valve 2. The sacculus is made of soft materials, air or normal saline is injected into the first channel and the first through hole through the control valve, the sacculus is filled to be full, so that the prostate and the rectum are separated on two sides of the sacculus, and after the device is used, the air or the normal saline in the sacculus is pumped out from the control valve through the injector, so that the device is taken out.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the balloon 3 includes a rear end 31, a middle end 32 and a front end 33, the rear end 31 and the front end 33 are both connected to the flexible tube 1, the middle end 32 is separated from the flexible tube 1, and the cross section of the filled balloon 3 is elliptical. The sacculus 3 with hose 1 integral type sets up or pastes hose 1 surface.
In order to make the balloon appear an ellipsoid-shaped structure more easily when being filled and simultaneously stably support the prostate on one side of the balloon, the balloon can be designed into the following two structures:
the first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the thickness of the middle end 32 of the balloon is greater than the thickness of the front end 33 and the rear end 31 of the balloon. When making to fill, the thinner both ends of sacculus are filled more easily to make the sacculus appear ellipsoid-shaped structure, the sacculus middle-end holds the prostate, because the middle-end is thick consequently can elastic restoring force great, can firmly hold the prostate, simultaneously because the action of gravity of prostate can push down the middle-end and form sunken column structure, thicker middle-end can also provide the material for the deformation once more of sacculus and support.
Example two: as shown in fig. 2, a reinforcing rib 34 is provided inside the middle end 32 of the balloon, and the reinforcing rib 34 is arranged around the inner surface of the balloon 3. The reinforcing ribs are arranged at the inner side of the middle end of the balloon, so that the reinforcing ribs cannot protrude out of the surface of the balloon, and the balloon cannot influence the deformation of the balloon when supporting the prostate, so that the concave structure of the balloon cannot be influenced.
The control valve can adopt the existing air nozzle structure and also can adopt the following structure. As shown in fig. 3, the control valve 2 includes an outer diaphragm 22, an inner core 21, a limit plate 23, a spring 24, and an inner diaphragm 25; the outer partition 22 and the inner partition 25 are arranged in the first channel 11 of the hose 1 at intervals, the inner core 21 penetrates through the outer partition 22 and the inner partition 25, and the inner core 21 is movably arranged in the outer partition 22 and the inner partition 25. The limiting plate 23 is arranged on the inner core 21 and located between the outer partition 22 and the inner partition 25, the spring 24 surrounds the outer portion of the inner core 21 and is arranged between the limiting plate 23 and the inner partition 25, one end of the inner core 21 is open, the other end of the inner core 21 is closed, a second channel 211 is arranged in the inner core 21, and a second through hole 212 communicated with the second channel 211 is arranged at the closed end of the inner core 21. Pressing the inner core 21 makes the second through hole 212 connect or close the first channel 12 with the outside. The outer partition 22 is provided with an outer connecting hole 221, the inner partition 25 is provided with an inner connecting hole 251, and the inner core 21 penetrates through the outer partition 22 and the inner partition 25 through the outer connecting hole 221 and the inner connecting hole 251. When the spring is in a natural length, the limiting plate is tightly attached to the outer partition plate, and the second through hole is formed between the outer partition plate and the inner partition plate, so that the hose is closed to the outside. The inner core is pressed to move in the outer partition plate and the inner partition plate, the second through hole extends into the first channel of the hose, the hose and the balloon are communicated with the outside through the second channel of the inner core and the second through hole, and air or physiological saline can be injected into or extracted from the hose and the balloon through the inner core.
The cross section of the filled balloon 3 has an oval long diameter of 3-4 cm and a short diameter of 1-1.5 cm. The diameter of the hose 1 is 2.5-3 mm. The hose stretches into one side in the patient body to be the head end, is located the patient external to be the tail end, and the length that the hose is located the patient external is 10-15 cm, conveniently controls the sacculus from the external world.
The device of the invention can also be used for cervical and rectal isolation in women for treating cervical diseased cells.
