Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the display device includes a main screen 100 for displaying a first image, a sub-screen 200 fixedly connected to a bottom end of the main screen 100, the sub-screen 200 for displaying a second image, and a support display device.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main screen 100 and a sub-screen 200, wherein the main screen 100 is used for displaying a first image, the sub-screen 200 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the main screen 100, and the sub-screen 200 is used for displaying a second image and supporting the display device. Based on this, the display device can control the display height of the main screen 100 through the structural design of the sub-screen 200, and ensure that the display device can be stably placed on a plane, so that a user does not need to prepare a cabinet structure such as a television cabinet when using the display device. In addition, the secondary screen 200 may serve as an auxiliary display, for example, when the primary screen 100 is used to watch a network television, the secondary screen 200 may be used to browse program introduction of other channels or perform operations such as internet access inquiry information, etc., and the secondary screen 200 may be displayed in combination with the primary screen 100 to form a larger display. Compared with the prior art, the display device provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the interactive display of multiple screens and increases the display area through the combination of the main screen 100 and the auxiliary screen 200, and simultaneously, the display height of the main screen 100 can be controlled and the whole display device can be supported through the structural design of the auxiliary screen 200, so that the problem that the display device needs to be supported by a box body such as a television cabinet is solved.
It should be noted that, the display device of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a first audio module and a second audio module, where the first audio module is disposed in the main screen 100 and is used for collecting and playing audio data of the main screen 100, and the second audio module is disposed in the auxiliary screen 200 and is used for collecting and playing audio data of the auxiliary screen 200. The second audio module may operate independently, that is, when the main screen 100 does not operate and the sub-screen 200 is not used to display images, the sub-screen 200 may also be used as a separate smart sound.
The structure of the sub-screen 200 for supporting the entire display device is not unique, and in some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sub-screen 200 includes a housing 210, and a bottom wall of the housing 210 is attached to the ground, so as to support the display device to be placed on the ground. At this time, when the display height of the main screen 100 is fixed, the lower end of the sub-screen 200 does not need to be separately designed with a supporting structure, such as a mounting base, etc., so that the space area below the main screen 100 is fully utilized, so that the display area of the sub-screen 200 is large, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
In order to increase the stability of the display device placed on the ground, referring to fig. 2, an end of the bottom wall of the housing 210 on the display image side of the display device extends in a direction horizontally facing away from the surface on which the display device displays an image to prevent the display device from tilting toward the display image side of the display device. In this case, the area where the bottom wall of the case 210 located on the display image side of the display device is attached to the ground becomes large, and the display device can be effectively prevented from tilting toward the display image side of the display device, thereby increasing the stability of the display device placed on the ground. In addition, the bottom wall of the housing 210 is gradually narrowed toward the middle and the thickness of the extension portion on the display image side of the display device is gradually reduced, so that the display device is not only material-saving, but also more attractive.
It should be appreciated that when the display device is placed against a wall, the surface of the display device remote from the display image is backed against the wall, regardless of whether the display device is tipped over to the side of the display device remote from the display image. However, in the use process of the display device, it is often the case that the display device is not placed against a wall. Therefore, in order to prevent the display device from tilting to the side of the display device far from the display image, the stability of the display device placed on the ground is further increased, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the display device further includes a supporting mechanism 300, the supporting mechanism 300 is disposed obliquely in the vertical direction on the surface of the display device far from the display image, and the bottom end of the supporting mechanism 300 is located at the same level with the bottom wall of the housing 210, so as to prevent the display device from tilting to the side of the display device far from the display image. In this case, the display device is placed on the ground, and the bottom wall of the housing 210 and the bottom end of the supporting mechanism 300 are attached to the ground, so that the display device can be effectively prevented from tilting to the side of the display device far away from the display image, and the stability of the display device placed on the ground is further improved.
The supporting mechanism 300 may be fixedly connected to the surface of the main screen 100 far away from the display image, may be fixedly connected to the surface of the sub-screen 200 far away from the display image, and may be fixedly connected to the surface of the main screen 100 far away from the display image and the surface of the sub-screen 200 far away from the display image. Preferably, the support structure is fixedly connected with the surface of the main screen 100 far away from the display image and the surface of the auxiliary screen 200 far away from the display image, so that the reliability of the connection between the main screen 100 and the auxiliary screen 200 can be enhanced. Specifically, referring to fig. 2,3 and 4, the supporting mechanism 300 includes a first fixing member 310 and a second fixing member 320, the first fixing member 310 is fixedly connected to a surface of the main screen 100 remote from the display screen, and the second fixing member 320 is fixedly connected to a top end of the sub-screen 200. In general, the above-mentioned fixed connection is in a screw-connection manner, and by way of example, the first fixing member 310 is fastened to the surface of the main screen 100, which is far away from the display screen, in the horizontal direction by means of screws, and the second fixing member 320 is fastened to the top end of the sub-screen 200 in the vertical direction by means of screws, by means of the fixation of the above-mentioned two screw-connection structures, a stable triangle structure is formed between the supporting mechanism 300 and the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200, and at the same time, the reliability of the connection between the supporting mechanism 300 and the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200 is high, and the reliability of the connection between the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200 is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 2,3 and 4, the supporting mechanism 300 further includes a supporting body 330, where the supporting body 330, the first fixing member 310 and the second fixing member 320 may be integrally formed, and the supporting body 330, the first fixing member 310 and the second fixing member 320 may be fixedly connected by a detachable connection manner such as a clamping connection or a screw connection. The first fixing piece 310 may be formed by attaching one end of the support body 330 to the surface of the main screen 100, which is far away from the display screen, so that the first fixing piece 310 and the support body 330 are integrally formed, the installation process of the first fixing piece 310 and the support body 330 is avoided, the processing process is simple, the injection molding can be performed through injection molding, the injection molding only provides a relatively simple and low-cost processing mode, the protection scope of the embodiment of the invention is not limited, and other processing modes can be adopted. The second fixing piece 320 is located at the middle position of the supporting body 330, and is not easy to be directly injection molded with the supporting body 330 into an integral form, so that the second fixing piece 320 is detachably connected with the supporting body 330. As can be seen from the above description, in the embodiment of the invention, the first fixing member 310 and the supporting body 330 are integrally formed, and the first fixing member 310 is located at one end of the supporting body 330 near the main screen 100, and the second fixing member 320 is detachably connected to the supporting body 330. Because the screw connection has high connection reliability compared with other detachable connections, such as a clamping connection, the connected pieces are not easy to separate from each other, and therefore, the second fixing piece 320 and the supporting body 330 are connected through a screw connection structure. Specifically, the second fixing member 320 includes a first fixing portion fitted to the supporting body 330 and a second fixing portion fitted to the top end of the sub-screen 200, the first fixing portion and the supporting body 330 are fastened together by a first screw, and the second fixing portion is fastened to the top end of the sub-screen 200 by a second screw.
It should be noted that, a positioning structure is further disposed between the first fixing portion and the supporting body 330, and the positioning structure includes a positioning column and a positioning slot, where one of the positioning column and the positioning slot is disposed on the first fixing portion, and the other one is disposed on the supporting body 330. At this time, after the first fixing portion and the supporting body 330 are positioned by using the positioning structure, the first fixing portion and the supporting body 330 are conveniently screwed, and under the cooperation of the positioning structure, the connection reliability of the first fixing portion and the supporting body 330 is high.
The housing 210 of the main screen 100 and the housing 210 of the auxiliary screen 200 are generally made of plastic materials, and when the main screen 100 and the auxiliary screen 200 are directly connected and fixed through the housing 210, the connection part of the housing 210 is easily deformed due to the heavy weight of the main screen 100, thereby causing connection failure. Therefore, in order to avoid the above problems, as shown in fig. 3,5 and 6, metal adapters 400 are provided at both left and right sides of the connection between the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200, and the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200 are fixedly connected through the metal adapters 400. In this case, since the metal has a strength greater than that of the plastic, the metal adaptor 400 is used to fixedly connect the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200, so that the deformation of the connection between the main screen 100 and the sub-screen 200 can be effectively prevented, and the connection reliability can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the metal adaptor 400 includes a fixing plate 410 and a clamping post 420, the fixing plate 410 is connected to a surface of the main screen 100 far away from the image to be displayed, the clamping post 420 is connected to a top end of the auxiliary screen 200, the fixing plate 410 is provided with an avoidance socket corresponding to the clamping post 420, and the clamping post 420 extends into the avoidance socket to be screwed with the fixing plate 410. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lower side of the fixing plate 410 is provided with an avoidance socket, and the clamping post 420 and the fixing plate 410 are correspondingly provided with two screw connection structures. At this time, the clamping post 420 is first extended into the avoidance socket, the screw hole on the clamping post 420 corresponds to the screw hole on the fixing plate 410, and then the clamping post 420 is screwed with the fixing plate 410 by using the screw.
It should be noted that, the shielding plate 430 is further disposed at the outer side of the fixing plate 410, and the shielding plate 430 is clamped at the outer side of the fixing plate 410, so as to prevent the clamping post 420 and the fixing plate 410 from being exposed at the outer surface of the display device, so that the display device is more fashionable and beautiful.
It should be appreciated that the user's eyes form a slight downward gaze angle with the primary screen 100, which may allow the neck muscles to relax, the user's gaze perpendicular to the primary screen 100, and the reflected light may not be easily seen, and the primary screen 100 may provide a good display. Based on this, in order to give a better use experience to the user, referring to fig. 7, the main screen 100 is rotatably connected with the sub-screen 200. In this case, the user can adjust the degree of freedom of the front-rear movement of the main screen 100 with respect to the sub-screen 200 according to the individual's needs so as to adjust the main screen 100 to the tilt angle for optimal viewing.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the display device further includes a first rotating metal member 500 and a second rotating metal member 600, wherein the first rotating metal member 500 is a metal strip of a semicircular protrusion 142, the second rotating metal member 600 is a metal strip of a semicircular recess, the first rotating metal member 500 and the second rotating metal member 600 are respectively disposed on the main screen 100 and the auxiliary screen 200, and the first rotating metal member 500 is mounted at the bottom end of the main screen 100, the second rotating metal member 600 is mounted at the top end of the auxiliary screen 200, the metal strip of the semicircular protrusion 142 is clamped into the metal strip of the semicircular recess to rotatably adjust the main screen 100 and the auxiliary screen 200, the second rotating metal member 600 is mounted at the bottom end of the main screen 100, the first rotating metal member 500 is mounted at the top end of the auxiliary screen 200, and the metal strip of the semicircular protrusion 142 is clamped into the metal strip of the semicircular recess to rotatably adjust the main screen 100 and the auxiliary screen 200. In this way, the metal strip of the semicircular protrusion 142 extends into the metal strip of the semicircular recess, so that the user can bend the main screen 100 to move back and forth according to the individual viewing effect, thereby adjusting the main screen 100 to the optimal viewing inclination angle, and the user experience is high.
The internal structure of the main screen 100 is similar to that of the sub-screen 200, and the main screen 100 will be described in detail. The internal structure of the main screen 100 is described as that of a single-screen display device, and the main screen 100 is not different from the single-screen display device except for the description. The back plate 1 is located on the second surface side of the lamp plate 2, the back plate main body 11 is provided with an avoidance structure 111 corresponding to the wiring terminal 211, the wiring terminal 211 is located in the avoidance structure 111, or the first surface of the lamp plate 2 is provided with LED lamps arranged in an array mode, the second surface of the lamp plate 2 is provided with the wiring terminal 211 of the LED lamps and a lamp plate driving module 212, the LED lamps are electrically connected with the wiring terminal 211 and the lamp plate driving module 212, the wiring terminal 211 is used for external electrical connection, the first surface and the second surface are opposite two surfaces of the lamp plate 2, the back plate 1 is located on the second surface side of the lamp plate 2, the back plate main body 11 is provided with the avoidance structure 111 corresponding to the wiring terminal 211 and the lamp plate driving module 212, and the wiring terminal 211 and the lamp plate driving module 212 are located in the avoidance structure 111. In this case, the wiring terminal 211 and/or the lamp panel driving module 212 are disposed on the second surface of the lamp panel 2 and are contained in the avoidance structure 111 of the back panel 1, so that the LED lamp and the wiring terminal 211 and/or the lamp panel driving module 212 are integrated, the thickness of the display device is reduced, the integrated structure cancels the lamp panel driving module 212 on the back panel 1, the number of circuit wires and functional boards (driving modules for controlling the lamp panels 2, connecting the lamp panels 2 with the power panel) on the back panel 1 can be reduced, the area occupation ratio of the functional boards on the back panel 1 can be reduced, and the appearance area of the back panel 1 can be increased, and in addition, the back panel 1 adopts the back panel main body 11 and the frame 12 to be detachably connected to form the back panel 1, so that the overall strength is large, and the requirement of the large-size display device can be met. As described above, the back plate 1 can be used as the back case 10, and the back case 10 does not need to be covered outside the back plate 1, so that the thickness of the display device can be greatly reduced, and the display device can be thinned.
In order to effectively improve the contrast ratio of the display image of the display device, referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the lamp panel 2 is formed by splicing a plurality of sub-lamp panels 21, and the brightness of a plurality of light sources in each sub-lamp panel 21 can be controlled by a control circuit. In this case, when the brightness of the image at the position corresponding to a certain sub-lamp panel 21 of the plurality of sub-lamp panels 21 is high, the brightness of the plurality of light sources in the sub-lamp panel 21 is increased by the control circuit, whereas when the brightness of the image at the position corresponding to a certain sub-lamp panel 21 of the plurality of sub-lamp panels 21 is low, the brightness of the plurality of light sources in the sub-lamp panel 21 is reduced by the control circuit, so that the contrast of the image displayed by the display device can be effectively increased. The contrast ratio of the display device adopting one integral lamp panel 2 to control all the light sources can reach 1000:1, and tests show that the lamp panel 2 formed by splicing a plurality of sub lamp panels 21 in the embodiment of the invention can reach 10000:1 or even higher on the premise of adopting the multi-region control.

The manner in which the middle frame 5 is fixedly connected to the frame 12 is not the only manner, and referring to fig. 16 and 18, for example, the elastic sheet 13 is mounted on the mounting portion 121, a groove is formed on a side of the middle frame 5 near the back plate 1, and the elastic sheet 13 is embedded in the groove, so that the middle frame 5 is clamped on the mounting portion 121. It should be appreciated that the clamping connection does not require tools during the process of installation and removal, and facilitates installation and removal of the center 5, as compared to other connection means, such as screw connection. In addition, by adopting the independent elastic sheet 13 structure, when the clamping fails, the corresponding frame 12 or middle frame 5 is not required to be replaced, and only the elastic sheet 13 is required to be replaced, so that the maintenance cost is low.
The above-mentioned spring pieces 13 are generally uniformly distributed in the left frame 125, the upper frame 123, and the right frame 126, and the left frame 125, the upper frame 123, and the right frame 126 are respectively engaged with the sides of the corresponding middle frame 5. Wherein, a plurality of protruding columns with hooks are arranged on the side of the middle frame5 corresponding to the lower frame 124, and the lower frame 124 is correspondingly provided with a bayonet through which the hooks pass to fixedly connect the middle frame5 with the lower frame 124. Referring to fig. 18 and 19, the spring 13 includes a top plate 131, and a first side plate 132 and a second side plate 133 formed by bending opposite ends of the top plate 131, wherein the first side plate 132 and the second side plate 133 are located on the same side of the top plate 131 and fixedly connected with the mounting portion 121, elastic hooks 134 are formed by extending both sides of the bending portions of the second side plate 133 and the top plate 131 in a first direction, and the elastic hooks 134 are engaged with the first side plate 132. Wherein the first direction is located between an extension direction of an end of the top plate 131 remote from the first side plate 132 and an extension direction of an end of the second side plate 133. When the middle frame 5 is clamped with the frame 12, firstly, the groove of the middle frame 5 is arranged right above the elastic sheet 13, then the top plate 131 of the elastic sheet 13 is moved downwards and is arranged in the groove, and finally the elastic clamping hook 134 is pressed to shrink inwards until the whole elastic sheet 13 is arranged in the groove, so that the installation process is quite simple, and time and labor are saved. Under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic clamping hooks 134, the elastic sheet 13 is tightly clamped in the groove, so that the connection between the frame 12 and the middle frame 5 is ensured to have higher reliability.
The fixing connection between the first side plate 132 and the second side plate 133 and the mounting portion 121 is specifically shown in fig. 20 and 21, the first side plate 132 and the second side plate 133 are each cut with a clip 135 inward, the mounting portion 121 is provided with an engaging groove 1211 corresponding to the clip 135, and the clip 135 extends into the engaging groove 1211 to enable the first side plate 132 and the second side plate 133 to be engaged with the mounting portion 121.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12 and 16, the above-mentioned reflective sheet adopts a stereoscopic reflective sheet 3, which includes a plurality of cavities arranged in an array, the cavities are composed of bottom surfaces and side surfaces, the light sources are located at the bottom surfaces of the cavities, the side surfaces of adjacent cavities form prisms for spacing the adjacent cavities, and the top of the prisms supports a diffusion plate 6. At this time, the contrast ratio of the display device can reach 50000:1, thereby realizing a better display effect. However, when the three-dimensional reflective sheet 3 is used, the light emitted from the light source is difficult to reach the top of the prism, so that a checkerboard-like dark image appears in the image on the display panel 9, and the display effect of the image is seriously affected.
In order to solve the problem that shadows appear in images on the display panel 9, a reflecting film 4 is arranged between the three-dimensional reflecting sheet 3 and the diffusion plate 6, the surface of the reflecting film 4 close to the light source is in contact with the top of the prism, the reflecting film 4 is used for reflecting first incident light rays and transmitting second incident light rays, the first incident light rays are light rays emitted by the light source and enter the reflecting film 4 at a first angle through the diffusion plate 6, the second incident light rays are light rays emitted by the light source and enter the reflecting film 4 at a second angle, and the first angle is larger than or equal to a preset angle threshold value, and the second angle is smaller than the preset angle threshold value. At this time, the reflective film 4 in contact with the top of the prism can cover the top position of the prism, so that the top position of the prism can reflect the light emitted by the light source through the reflective film 4, thereby eliminating the shadow existing at the top position of the prism of the three-dimensional reflective sheet 3 in the image on the display panel 9, and improving the display effect of the image. In practice, the reflective film 4 may be set to have a thickness such that the reflective film 4 satisfies the above-described reflection-transmission condition.
Referring to fig. 12, a quantum dot film 7 may be further disposed on a side of the diffusion plate 6 away from the light source, so that the color of an image displayed by the display device is closer to natural light, and the color rendering is more excellent. The quantum dot film 7 is used for generating excitation light (for example, when a blue light source is used as the light source, red light and green light are excited on the quantum dot film 7 after the light emitted by the light source is incident on the quantum reflection film 4, and the excitation light and the light emitted by the light source can be mixed into white light), and the reflection sheet is also used for reflecting the excitation light. Specifically, when the light source adopts a blue light source, the reflective film 4 adopts a blue-transparent red-green-returning film 41, and the quantum dot film 7 is used for exciting red light and green light, at this time, the blue-transparent red-green-returning film 41 totally reflects the red light and green light incident on the surface of the blue-transparent red-green-returning film 41, and at the same time, the blue-transparent red-green-returning film 41 reflects the blue light incident on the surface of the reflective film 4 at a first angle and transmits the blue light incident on the surface of the reflective film 4 at a second angle, so that the brightness can be improved and the light efficiency can be improved.
The back plate 1 of the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention is further provided with a hanging tab 14 for mounting the optical film 8, that is, the mounting portion 121 is provided with the hanging tab 14 for hanging the optical film 8, and the hanging tab 14 includes a fixing base 141 and a protrusion 142 disposed on the fixing base 141, where the fixing base 141 is fixedly connected with the mounting portion 121. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, 22 and 23, the fixing base 141 is screwed to the fixing base 141 of the mounting portion 121, and the protrusion 142 on the optical film 8 corresponding to the hanging tab 14 is provided with a hanging hole, and the protrusion 142 extends into the hanging hole to hang the optical film 8 on the mounting portion 121. The blue-transmitting red-green-transmitting film 41 may be attached to the hanger 14 together with the optical film 8, and may sandwich the quantum dot film 7 and the diffusion plate 6 therebetween. At this time, the hanging lugs 14 of the optical film 8 are used for hanging the blue-transparent red-green-returning film 41, and hanging holes are correspondingly formed in the blue-transparent red-green-returning film 41, so that other fixing structures are not needed, and the structure is simple and convenient to implement.
It should be understood that the positions of the hanging pieces 14 on the mounting portion 121 are not unique, for example, the hanging pieces 14 are disposed on the upper frame 123, the hanging pieces 14 are disposed on the lower frame 124, and the hanging pieces 14 on the upper frame 123 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the hanging pieces 14 on the lower frame 124, and for example, the hanging pieces 14 are disposed on the left frame 125, the hanging pieces 14 are disposed on the right frame 126, and the hanging pieces 14 on the left frame 125 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the hanging pieces 14 on the right frame 126. Wherein, the side that frame 12 corresponds to be equipped with hangers 14 all is equipped with two at least hangers 14, and two hangers 14 are at the both ends distribution of this side to guarantee that the effect of hanging is better, guarantee the roughness after the diaphragm articulates. Specifically, the number of the hanging lugs 14 may be adjusted according to the size of the display device, for example, increased or decreased, so as to stably and smoothly hang the membrane on the mounting portion 121.
In the description of the present specification, a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments or examples.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
