技术领域
本发明涉及高空作业平台技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动升降式高空作业平台。
背景技术
高空作业平台(Aerial work platform)是服务于各行业高空作业、设备安装、检修等可移动性高空作业的产品。高空作业平台相关产品主要有:剪叉式高空作业平台、车载式高空作业平台、曲臂式高空作业平台、自行式高空作业平台、铝合金高空作业平台、套缸式高空作业平台六大类。其多采用发动机或液压方式来为升降机构提供动力举升工作平台,普遍存在噪音大、尾气污染严重,或容易漏油、检修不便等问题。尤其对于在室内空间或建筑物外部应用较多的升降小车,对升降过程中的可能产生的各种形式的污染更为敏感。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电动升降式高空作业平台,采用纯电驱动升降平台运动与小车运行,安全环保、噪声小,更加适合室内作业,符合社会节能减排的需求;升降结构稳定性高,结构紧凑,对安装空间要求较低。
为了达到所述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电动升降式高空作业平台,其特征在于,包括:
立柱,所述立柱固定在平台支架上并可相对所述平台支架上下伸缩;
工作台,所述工作台与所述立柱连接,所述工作台能够随所述立柱升降,并承载操作者;
驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述立柱升降;
所述立柱包括至少三个依次套设的套筒,所述工作台与外侧套筒连接;
所述驱动机构包括第一电机、减速机、刹车和第一推杆,所述第一电机经由所述推杆驱动所述外侧套筒移动,所述套筒上设有滚轮,所述滚轮上设有链条,所述链条两端分别与安置该所述滚轮的套筒外侧和内侧的套筒连接。
采用电动推杆配合链条传动方式实现套筒同步升降,避免发动机或液压驱动产生的维修成本和环境问题,采用减速机、刹车与电机集成的结构形式,直接对第一电机进行刹车,降低了对小车空间布置的要求。
作为一种优选,下侧的所述套筒依次插入上侧的所述套筒内,所述套筒的侧壁上设有竖板,所述竖板上转动连接有所述滚轮,所述链条一端与安置该所述滚轮的套筒外侧的套筒连接、另一端连接在所述竖板上。

下面结合附图中实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图6所示,该电动升降式高空作业平台中,立柱1固定在平台支架2上并可在垂向上伸缩,工作台3与立柱1连接,工作台3能够在立柱1的作用下升降,并承载操作者。驱动机构4驱动立柱1伸缩,立柱1包括四个依次套设的套筒11,由外至内依次为外侧套筒111、第一套筒112、第二套筒113、第三套筒114以及内侧套筒115,工作台3与外侧套筒111连接。驱动机构4包括第一电机41、减速机、刹车和第一推杆42,第一电机41经由第一推杆42驱动第三套筒114上下移动。第一套筒112、第二套筒113和第三套筒114上各设有一个滚轮43,各个滚轮43上均设有一个链条44,链条44两端分别与安置该滚轮43的套筒外侧和内侧的套筒连接,即第一套筒112上的滚轮上的链条两端分别与外侧套筒111和第二套筒113连接,第二套筒113上的滚轮上的链条两端分别与第一套筒112和第三套筒114连接,第三套筒114上的滚轮上的链条两端分别与第二套筒113和内侧套筒115连接。第一推杆42上端与第三套筒114连接并推动第三套筒114上移,此时第三套筒114通过链条带动第二套筒113移动,内侧套筒115相对第一电机41固定,其与第一丝杠46配合组成伸缩套筒的稳定基础。第二套筒113与第一套筒112上移的同时带动外侧的套筒移动,即实现套筒的同步移动。第一推杆42驱动第二套筒113下移时,其与套筒在重力作用匀速下降。
采用电动推杆配合链条44传动方式实现套筒11同步升降,可避免发动机或液压驱动产生的维修成本和环境问题,采用减速机、刹车与电机集成的结构形式,直接对第一电机41进行刹车,降低了对小车空间布置的要求。
第一套筒112、第二套筒113、第三套筒114的侧壁上设有竖板45,竖板45上转动连接有滚轮43,链条44一端与安置该滚轮43的套筒外侧的套筒连接、另一端连接在竖板45上。链条44穿过其一侧的套筒侧壁并向下延伸至外侧的套筒下端部,链条44另一端穿过内侧的套筒侧壁并向下延伸至竖板45处,并与两竖板45之间的连接轴连接。外侧套筒111、第一套筒112、第二套筒113、第三套筒114以及内侧套筒115依次套接,减小了安装立柱1所需空间。第一套筒112上移时带动外侧套筒111移动,外侧套筒111相对第一套筒112的位置固定,并始终套在第一套筒112外侧,以保证工作台安装结构的稳定性。
本实施例中,第一套筒112、第二套筒113、第三套筒114上的竖板45的数量均为两个,单个套筒上的两个所述竖板45相互平行且二者之间设有旋转轴451,该旋转轴451上对称设有两个链条44。两链条44关于推杆对称设置,以保证驱动套筒11伸缩过程中的直线性,避免出现套筒出现倾斜卡死的情况。
工作台3包括底板31以及由底板31向上延伸的护板32,护板32上设有竖杆33,竖杆33上设有横梁34,外侧套筒111上设有上连接件12和下连接件13,下连接件13与护板32连接,横梁34架设在上连接件12上,上连接件12与下连接件13的数量均为两个并设置在外侧套筒111水平两侧。以保证工作台3连接结构的稳定性,避免套筒11局部应力过大的情况。
工作台3包括底板31,底板31包括可相对移动的下板36和上板35,上板35上设有内侧板37,下板36上设有外侧板38,外侧板38上设有限位槽381,内侧板37上设有限位机构5,限位机构5包括固定在内侧板37上端的底座51,以及可相对底座51沿水平转轴转动的铰接件52,铰接件52端部设有限位件53,转动铰接件52可实现限位件53与限位槽381的嵌合与松脱。上板35可相对下板36在水平方向移动,以形成伸缩结构,因此工作台3的长度可扩展。限位槽381为外侧板38上的凸块之间的槽体,沿外侧板38设置有三个限位槽381。外侧板38为钣金件,其上缘向内并向下弯折形成轨道槽,内侧板37上设有与该轨道槽配合的滑块。内侧板37上缘向外并向下弯折形成轨道槽,外侧板38上设有与该轨道槽配合的滑块。由此可实现工作台3的长度扩展,以扩大其使用范围,限位结构的设置保证了其结构的稳定性,避免在工作过程中上板和下板之间相对移动。
内侧板37两侧相对设有边框371,边框371为开口朝下的U形框架结构,以保证高空作业人员的安全,两个边框371上分别设有可对开的门372,门372通过合页铰接在边框371上,门上设有手动控制器373,因此在工作台上可对平台进行控制,作业人员无需移至立柱一侧即可进行操控。
平台支架2设置在小车6上,小车6上设有第二电机63、两个主动轮68,以及两个可相对小车6转动的行走轮61。主动轮68相对从动轮61位于靠近立柱1一侧,主动轮68通过轮边电机驱动,行走轮61上也可根据需要设置轮边电机。两个行走轮61通过连杆62连接,第二电机63的输出端设有第二推杆64,第二推杆64与连杆62上靠近一侧的行走轮处铰接,且第二推杆与连杆之间具有一定的角度。通过第二电机63驱动第二推杆64伸缩,可给连杆一个力矩,实现行走轮61的同步转动以实现转向。行走轮61设置在小车6下端,行走轮61侧部设有侧板65,上部设有顶板66,连杆62端部设置在顶板66上,侧板上可设置驱动行走轮61转动的轮边电机,轮边电机侧部还设有弧形的挡板67。
小车6内设有电池,电池位于第一电机41与第二电机63中间位置,以对电机进行供电,电池位于小车6中部区域,可提高小车6的稳定性。立柱1下端设有两个承台,内侧套筒115固定在承台上,驱动机构4设置在两承台之间,减速机与刹车水平设置在第一电机41两侧,减速机的输出端沿竖直方向向上延伸,并驱动第一丝杠转动。第一电机41驱动第一丝杠46转动,继而驱动第一丝杠46上的第一推杆42上下移动。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动升降式高空作业平台,其特征在于:所述工作台(3)包括底板(31)以及由所述底板(31)向上延伸的护板(32),所述护板(32)上设有竖杆(33),所述竖杆(33)上设有横梁(34),所述外侧套筒(111)上设有上连接件(12)和下连接件(13),所述下连接件(13)与所述护板(32)连接,所述横梁(34)架设在所述上连接件(12)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动升降式高空作业平台,其特征在于:所述工作台(3)包括底板(31),所述底板(31)包括可相对移动的下板(36)和上板(35),所述上板(35)上设有内侧板(37),所述下板(36)上设有外侧板(38),所述外侧板(38)上设有限位槽(381),所述内侧板(37)上设有限位机构(5),所述限位机构(5)包括底座(51),以及可相对所述底座(51)沿水平转轴转动的铰接件(52),所述铰接件(52)上设有限位件(53),转动铰接件(52)可实现所述限位件(53)相对所述限位槽(381)移动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电动升降式高空作业平台,其特征在于:所述内侧板(37)上相对设有边框(371),两个所述边框(371)上分别设有可对开的门(372),所述门(372)上设有手动控制器(373)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动升降式高空作业平台,其特征在于:所述立柱(1)下侧设有小车(6),所述小车(6)上设有第二电机(63),以及两个主动轮(68)和两个行走轮(61),两个所述行走轮(61)通过连杆(62)连接,所述第二电机(63)的输出端设有第二推杆(64),所述第二推杆(64)与所述连杆(62)铰接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种电动升降式高空作业平台,其特征在于:所述小车(6)内设有电池,所述电池位于所述第一电机(41)与所述第二电机(63)中间位置。
