In step 3, display attributes of the filling guide template, the business verification display template and the financial verification display template are set, wherein the display attributes comprise color display, guide page number display and layout display. Compared with the prior art, the reimbursement guide method provided by the invention has the advantages that firstly, different filling guide templates are designed by combining reimbursement systems of different enterprises, the filling guide templates are divided into a basic information filling module and a main body information filling module, a plurality of main body information filling units are arranged in the main body information filling module according to the logic sequence of business occurrence so as to guide the order filling personnel to fill in the order, meanwhile, the field names corresponding to reimbursement documents are modified into label information which is easy to understand by the order filling personnel in the filling guide templates, and data verification is arranged for items to be filled so as to guide the order filling personnel to finish filling in high efficiency. And secondly, according to main information required to be audited by business audit and financial audit, a business audit guide display template and a financial audit guide display template are established, and all information to be audited can be displayed on the same page in a partition mode by setting display attributes of the display templates, so that auditors can quickly locate the information required to be audited, and audit efficiency is improved. Finally, by establishing the mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, when the reimbursement system uses the guide method to guide the reimbursement bill personnel to fill in, the information filled in by the reimbursement bill personnel can be automatically input into the corresponding reimbursement bill according to the mapping relation, and simultaneously, a first mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the corresponding label information in the business audit display template is established, and a second mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the corresponding label information in the financial audit display template is established, so that when the reimbursement guide system is called, the information filled in by the reimbursement bill personnel in the filling guide template can be automatically input into the corresponding business audit display template and the financial audit display template according to the mapping relation, thereby improving reimbursement efficiency.
In still another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a reimbursement device, as shown in fig. 3, including a reimbursement system and the reimbursement guide system described above, where the reimbursement system and the reimbursement guide system may be implemented by using a server respectively. The reimbursement system comprises a database, a form filling module, a business auditing module and a financial auditing module.
The database stores different reimbursement documents and corresponding data structure information, and when reimbursement is performed, the reimbursement device specifically executes the following flow, as shown in fig. 4.
Step 1, after a reimbursement system receives a reimbursement request of reimbursement personnel, data structure information of a corresponding reimbursement bill is called from a database; and sends the data structure information to an information acquisition module of the reimbursement guidance system.
And 2, respectively generating a filling guide template, a business audit display template and a financial audit display template based on the data structure information by a guide module in the guide reimbursement system.
And 3, respectively calling a filling guide template, a business auditing display template and a financial auditing display template by the filling form module, the business auditing module and the financial auditing module in the reimbursement system through the application module of the reimbursement guide system, and displaying according to the display attribute.
And 4, sequentially filling the basic information filling module and a plurality of main body information filling units which are contained in the main body information filling module and are arranged according to the occurrence sequence of the business logic by the filling staff according to the filling guide template.
Step 5, the form filling module correspondingly inputs the data filled by the form filling personnel into the reimbursement bill according to a first mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, and stores the data into the database;
meanwhile, the business auditing module extracts data corresponding to the input business auditing display template from the database according to a second mapping relation between the label information in the business auditing display template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, and displays the data corresponding to the input business auditing display template for auditing by business auditing personnel; and
and the financial auditing module correspondingly inputs the financial auditing display template from the data in the database according to a third mapping relation between the label information in the financial auditing display template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, and displays the financial auditing display template for auditing by financial auditing personnel.
Compared with the prior art, the reimbursement device provided by the invention comprises the reimbursement system and the reimbursement guide system, wherein when the reimbursement system sends out a reimbursement request, the reimbursement guide system can call the corresponding filling guide template, the business auditing guide template and the financial auditing guide display template in the reimbursement guide system according to the reimbursement bill so as to guide the person filling the bill to fill in orderly, quickly and efficiently, guide the auditing personnel to quickly locate the information to be audited, and improve the auditing efficiency. And the filling guide template comprises a basic information filling module and a main body information filling module, wherein the main body information filling module comprises a plurality of main body information filling units which are arranged according to the logic sequence of business occurrence, and the main body information filling units are displayed in a partitioning mode or in a paging mode, so that a person filling forms can be guided to fill in sequentially, and meanwhile, field names corresponding to the reimbursement receipts are modified into label information which is easy to understand by the person filling forms in the filling guide template, data verification is set for items to be filled, and the person filling forms can be guided to complete filling efficiently. Finally, according to the main information required to be audited by business audit and financial audit, the invention establishes the business audit guide display template and the financial audit guide display template, and all the information to be audited can be displayed on the same page in a partition mode by setting the display attribute of the display template, so that auditors can quickly locate the information required to be audited, and the audit efficiency is improved. And when the filling staff fills in the information, the filled information can be automatically input into the corresponding reimbursement bill according to the mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, and simultaneously, the corresponding business auditing display template and the corresponding financial auditing display template are automatically input according to the first mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the corresponding label information in the business auditing display template and the second mapping relation between the label information in the filling guide template and the corresponding label information in the financial auditing display template, so that reimbursement efficiency is improved.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the flow of the methods of the embodiments described above may be accomplished by way of a computer program to instruct associated hardware, where the program may be stored on a computer readable storage medium. Wherein the computer readable storage medium is a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory, etc.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The reimbursement guide system is characterized by comprising an information acquisition module, a guide module and an application module;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring data structure information of the receipt to be reimbursed sent by the reimbursement system;
the guide module is used for respectively generating a filling guide template, a business audit display template and a financial audit display template based on the data structure information;
the application module is used for providing calling interfaces of the guide template, the business audit display template and the financial audit display template; based on the calling interface, the reimbursement system calls the filling guide template to guide the reimbursement personnel to fill in when reimbursement is filled in; and invoking the business audit display template and the financial audit display template when reimbursement audit is performed so as to guide auditors to conduct business and financial audit;
The wizard module generates a business audit display template and a financial audit display template by:
the data structure information comprises business information and financial information;
determining service information required to be checked during service checking based on data structure information of a bill to be reimbursed, establishing a corresponding service checking display template, and configuring corresponding tag information for the service checking display template;
determining financial information required to be audited in financial audit based on data structure information of a bill to be reimbursed, establishing a corresponding financial audit display template, and configuring corresponding tag information for the financial audit display template;
establishing a second mapping relation between the label information in the business audit display template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, and
and establishing a third mapping relation between the label information in the financial auditing display template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, thereby generating a business auditing display template and a financial auditing display template.

The reimbursement guide system according to claim 1, wherein the filling guide template comprises tag information, to-be-filled item data verification information and corresponding relation information of the tag information and data structure information, and the tag information comprises module theme tag information and to-be-filled item tag information;
The wizard module executes the following procedures to generate a filling wizard template:
establishing a basic information filling module and a main information filling module based on basic information and main information contained in data structure information, configuring corresponding theme tag information for the basic information filling module and the main information filling module, and configuring corresponding tag information for items to be filled included in the basic information filling module and the main information filling module;
establishing a first mapping relation between the label information and data structure information of the reimbursement bill;
and respectively setting data verification for the basic information filling module and the main body information filling module to obtain the data verification information of the item to be filled.
3. The reimbursement guide system according to claim 2, wherein the subject information includes a plurality of reimbursement issue information;
and the main body information filling module comprises a plurality of main body information filling units which are arranged according to the logic sequence of business occurrence.
4. The reimbursement guide system according to claim 2, wherein the data verification includes a computational relationship data verification, an audit relationship data verification, and an interface presentation data verification;
The calculation relation data check is used for checking whether the sum of all the filled reimbursement fees is consistent with the filled reimbursement total amount, and if so, the check is passed;
the checking relation data is used for checking whether the filled reimbursement amount is larger than the standard reimbursement amount, if yes, the checking is not passed;

acquiring data structure information of a receipt to be reimbursed;
respectively generating a filling guide template, a business audit display template and a financial audit display template based on the data structure information;
setting display attributes of the filling guide template, the business verification display template and the financial verification display template, wherein the display attributes comprise color display, guide page number display and layout display;
Establishing calling interfaces for the guide template, the business auditing display template and the financial auditing display template; based on the calling interface, the reimbursement system calls the filling guide template to guide the reimbursement personnel to fill in when reimbursement is filled in; and invoking the business audit display template and the financial audit display template when reimbursement audit is performed so as to guide auditors to conduct business and financial audit;
executing the following processes to generate a business audit display template and a financial audit display template:
the data structure information comprises business information and financial information;
determining service information required to be checked during service checking based on data structure information of a bill to be reimbursed, establishing a corresponding service checking display template, and configuring corresponding tag information for the service checking display template;
determining financial information required to be audited in financial audit based on data structure information of a bill to be reimbursed, establishing a corresponding financial audit display template, and configuring corresponding tag information for the financial audit display template;
establishing a first mapping relation between label information and data structure information of reimbursement receipts in the business audit display template, and
And establishing a second mapping relation between the label information in the financial auditing display template and the data structure information of the reimbursement bill, thereby generating a business auditing display template and a financial auditing display template.

The reimbursement guide method according to claim 6, wherein the filling guide template comprises tag information, to-be-filled item data verification information and corresponding relation information of the tag information and data structure information, and the tag information comprises module theme tag information and to-be-filled item tag information;

the main body information filling module comprises a plurality of main body information filling units which are arranged according to the logic sequence of business occurrence;
establishing a first mapping relation between the label information and data structure information of the reimbursement bill; respectively setting data verification for the basic information filling module and the main body information filling module to obtain the data verification information of the item to be filled; the data verification comprises calculation relation data verification, inspection relation data verification and interface display data verification;
The calculation relation data check is used for checking whether the sum of all the filled reimbursement fees is consistent with the filled reimbursement total amount, and if so, the check is passed;
