Oxygen-deficient heating smoking article with retractable needle, tobacco product and method of use
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of novel heating non-combustion tobacco products, and particularly relates to an oxygen-deficient heating smoking set with a telescopic needle, a tobacco product matched with the oxygen-deficient heating smoking set and a using method.
Background
Traditional tobacco has been a history of several hundred years and has been incorporated into the lives of most smokers. In recent years, with the improvement of the living standard of people, the problems of smoking, health, second-hand smoking hazard and the like are more and more emphasized, and the hazard brought by the traditional tobacco products is more and more prominent. Meanwhile, with the implementation of WHO's ' tobacco control framework convention ', especially the gradual expansion of smoking ban scope in public places around the world, the development environment of tobacco products is changed greatly and deeply, and the structure of tobacco products is accelerated and adjusted towards the development direction of diversification and smoke-free. The novel tobacco products become a realistic choice for various large-span tobacco enterprises to deal with the ever-decreasing sales of traditional tobacco products.
At present, most of heating incombustible cigarettes adopt air as a carrier of smoke, the applied heating temperature is usually low and generally not more than 300 ℃ in order to ensure that tobacco is not combusted, and compared with the traditional cigarettes, the novel heating incombustible cigarettes are difficult to fully release tobacco aroma components and have insufficient smoke quantity, so that the cigarettes are difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. In addition, in order to ensure ventilation, most of tobacco ends of the heated non-combustible cigarettes are of an open structure, namely cut tobacco or reconstituted tobacco sheets are directly exposed outside or are connected with the outside atmosphere through a certain airflow channel, and in the process of pulling out the cartridge after smoking, tobacco residues can fall off and easily pollute smoking tools, so that the tobacco tools need to be cleaned after the tobacco tools are used for a period of time.
If the closed cigarette structure is adopted, the oxygen content can be reduced along with the heating process (due to the replacement effect of the formed fresh smoke on the internal gas), at the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur, and meanwhile, the condition that tobacco residues fall down to pollute a smoking set can not occur. However, migration of the smoke from a closed cigarette will be difficult because no carrier gas flows through the tobacco.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In a first aspect, the invention provides an oxygen-deficient heating type smoking set with a telescopic needle, the smoking set comprises a cigarette accommodating cavity 6, and a telescopic perforating needle 6-4 which is arranged in parallel with the axis of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 is arranged at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6.
Preferably, a boss 6-1 is arranged at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6, and when the perforating needle 6-4 extends out, the perforating needle penetrates through the boss 6-1 and extends into the cigarette accommodating cavity 6. At this time, the boss 6-1 is made of a material or structure through which the punching needle 6-4 can penetrate.
Preferably, the perforating needle 6-4 can be limited on a boss 6-1 at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6.
The positioning of the perforating needle 6-4 may be performed in any suitable manner, such as by mounting a spring on the bottom of the perforating needle 6-4.
Preferably, the circumferential side wall of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 is provided with a circumferential heating element 6-2.
A second aspect of the present invention provides an oxygen-deficient heating type tobacco product for use with the oxygen-deficient heating type smoking set of the first aspect, the tobacco product comprising, from upstream to downstream, a support element 1, a tobacco rod 2, a mainstream smoke forming chamber 3, and a smoke modulating element 4 that are coaxially abutted to each other in order, the tobacco product being externally wrapped with an external wrapper 5;
wherein the material or structure of the supporting element 1 enables the perforating needle 6-4 to pass through;
the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 is a pipe body with an axial central cavity 3-1 and at least one circumferential side wall through hole 3-2;
Coaxial through holes 5-1 are arranged on the outer wrapping piece 5 at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes 3-2, and the aperture of the coaxial through holes 5-1 is not smaller than the aperture of the side wall through holes 3-2;
the inner diameter of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the tobacco product or the outer diameter after being heated and expanded;
The depth of the cigarette receiving cavity 6 is less than or equal to the distance of at least one of the sidewall through holes 3-2 on the tobacco product from the upstream end of the support element 1.
Preferably, the upstream end of the support element 1 comprises a recess adapted to the boss 6-1.
Preferably, the tobacco rod 2 comprises cut tobacco, tobacco flakes, tobacco particles, tobacco extrusion bodies or tobacco-containing gels.
Preferably, the flue gas modulating element 4 comprises a cooling section 4-1 and a filtering section 4-2.
Preferably, the length of the telescopic perforating needle 6-4, which extends out of the boss 6-1, is larger than or equal to the length of the tobacco rod 2 of the oxygen-deficient heating type tobacco product.
In a third aspect the present invention provides a method of oxygen-deficient heated smoking using the oxygen-deficient heated smoking article of the first aspect and the tobacco product of the second aspect, wherein, when smoked,
When the tobacco product is inserted into the cigarette accommodating cavity 6, the boss 6-1 is closely inserted into the supporting element 1, the perforating needle 6-4 is firstly extended and retracted or kept in an extended state until the cigarette is completely inserted into the cigarette accommodating cavity, a pore canal 2-1 is left at the axis of the tobacco rod 2, and the circumferential heating element 6-2 is started to suck. After the smoking is finished and the tobacco product is taken out, the perforating needle 6-4 is kept to retract or extend and is kept to be limited.
The circumferential heating element 6-2 completely or partially covers the tobacco rod 2, and a gap 6-3 exists between the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 and the tobacco product.
During smoking, air enters the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 through a gap 6-3 between the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 and the tobacco product and enters the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 through the coaxial through hole 5-1 and the side wall through hole 3-2, aerosol generated by heating the tobacco rod 2 enters the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 through a pore canal 2-1 left by the perforating needle 6-4, the two materials are mixed to form main stream smoke, and the main stream smoke enters a consumer oral cavity after being modulated by the smoke modulating element 4.
The technical proposal can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The invention provides an oxygen-deficient heating type smoking set with a perforating needle at the bottom of a cigarette accommodating cavity for the first time, which is used for perforating a tobacco section of a tobacco product, provides a smoke diffusion channel and solves the problem that smoke is difficult to diffuse when the sealed cigarette is heated in an oxygen-deficient way
2. The uppermost stream of the tobacco product matched with the smoking set is the supporting element, and the tobacco product can be closely spliced with the boss at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity through the groove to form a sealing matching body, so that air cannot enter the inside of the cigarette through the port of the cigarette supporting element.
3. The main stream smoke forming cavity is arranged in the middle of the tobacco product matched with the smoking set, the main stream smoke forming cavity is provided with the axial center cavity and the circumferential side wall through holes, air does not pass through tobacco substrates, but enters the cigarettes from the sections, and is mixed with aerosol generated by heating tobacco to form main stream smoke, so that the construction of the oxygen-deficient environment of the tobacco sections is realized.
4. If a duct is arranged in the tobacco rod in the manufacturing process of the cigarette, the processing is troublesome, and the existing device needs to be changed. The smoking set and the cigarette of the invention are easy to process. The manufacture of cigarettes can be performed using existing production equipment.

The following further describes the invention in terms of specific embodiments.
Example 1
An oxygen-deficient heating type smoking set with a telescopic needle is shown in fig. 2, the smoking set comprises a cigarette accommodating cavity 6, and a telescopic perforating needle 6-4 which is arranged parallel to the axis of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 is arranged at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6. The bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 is provided with a boss 6-1, and when the perforating needle 6-4 stretches out, the perforating needle penetrates through the boss 6-1 to stretch out of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6. The circumferential side wall of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 is provided with a circumferential heating element 6-2.
According to another technical scheme, the perforating needle 6-4 is limited on the boss 6-1 at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 6. As shown in fig. 4.
Example 2
An oxygen-deficient heating type tobacco product used with the oxygen-deficient heating type smoking set in embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the tobacco product comprises a supporting element 1, a tobacco rod 2, a main stream smoke forming cavity 3 and a smoke modulating element 4 which are coaxially abutted with each other in sequence from upstream to downstream, an external wrapping piece 5 is wrapped outside the tobacco product, and the external wrapping piece 5 is made of an airtight or controllable air permeability paper base, foil base and the like.
Wherein the support element 1 is made of a material such that the perforating needle 6-4 can pass through and is cylindrical in shape, and is made of a material with air impermeability or controllable air permeability, such as aluminum foil, and the support element 1 has good thermal stability and is not deformed due to temperature rise.
The main stream smoke forming cavity 3 is a pipe body with an axial central cavity 3-1 and at least one circumferential side wall through hole 3-2;
Coaxial through holes 5-1 are arranged on the outer wrapping piece 5 at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes 3-2, and the aperture of the coaxial through holes 5-1 is not smaller than the aperture of the side wall through holes 3-2;

The flue gas modulation element 4 comprises a cooling section 4-1 and a filtering section 4-2, wherein the cooling section 4-1 is composed of an empty pipe and/or cooling materials, and the filtering section 4-2 is composed of acetate fibers and forming paper. The smoke modulating element 4 serves to reduce the temperature of the smoke and to filter harmful substances.

When the tobacco product is inserted into the cigarette accommodating cavity 6, the boss 6-1 is tightly inserted into the supporting element 1, the perforating needle 6-4 is firstly extended and retracted or kept in an extended state until the cigarette is completely inserted into the cigarette accommodating cavity, a hole channel 2-1 is reserved at the axis of the tobacco rod 2, and the circumferential heating element 6-2 is started to suck. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the state of the punching needle after being retracted after punching. The broken line is the extending state diagram of the perforating needle 6-4.
The circumferential heating element 6-2 completely or partially covers the tobacco rod 2, and a gap 6-3 exists between the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 and the tobacco product.
During smoking, air enters the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 through a gap 6-3 between the cigarette accommodating cavity 6 and the tobacco product and enters the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 through the coaxial through hole 5-1 and the side wall through hole 3-2, aerosol generated by heating the tobacco rod 2 enters the main stream smoke forming cavity 3 through a pore canal 2-1 left by the perforating needle 6-4, the two materials are mixed to form main stream smoke, and the main stream smoke enters a consumer oral cavity after being modulated by the smoke modulating element 4.
