The method for manufacturing a crank for an electric bicycle made of new material according to claim 2, wherein: the crank component comprises 32 parts of resin, 4 parts of toughening agent, 20 parts of flame retardant, 8 parts of auxiliary flame retardant, 0.5 part of lubricant, 0.6 part of release agent, 0.3 part of antioxidant, 29 parts of glass fiber, 32 parts of ceramic fiber, 6 parts of nano bamboo fiber, 4 parts of filler and 5.5 parts of light stabilizer.

The method for manufacturing a crank for an electric bicycle made of new material according to claim 2, wherein: the toughening agent is a mixture of ethylene octene copolymer and one of maleic anhydride grafted ethylene octene copolymer or maleic anhydride grafted ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber in a ratio of 1:1.5, wherein any two of the ethylene octene copolymer and the ethylene octene copolymer are mixed.

The method for manufacturing a crank for an electric bicycle made of new material according to claim 2, wherein: the filler is a mixture of inorganic filler and polyurethane-nano microsphere composite light foam filler, and the mass ratio of the inorganic filler to the polyurethane-nano microsphere composite light foam filler is 1: 2.5.
6. The method for manufacturing a crank for an electric bicycle made of new material according to claim 2, wherein: the flame retardant is one of brominated polystyrene or high molecular weight brominated epoxy resin, and the auxiliary flame retardant is antimony trioxide.

s1, raw material treatment: placing the resin in a drying box at 120 ℃ for drying for 4 hours to remove water; putting the dried resin mixed toughening agent into a mixer to mix for 5-10 minutes, adding the flame retardant, the antioxidant, the release agent and the lubricant to mix, fully stirring and uniformly mixing the components, and discharging the uniformly mixed raw materials for later use;
s2, mixing and stirring the mixture obtained in the step S1 with glass fiber, ceramic fiber, nano bamboo fiber, filler and light stabilizer for 15 minutes, and discharging the raw materials for later use;
s3, melt extrusion: adding the uniformly mixed raw materials in s3 into a double-screw extruder, fully melting and mixing, and then extruding;
s4, finished product processing: and (3) putting the extruded materials into a molding machine according to the molding proportion to prepare a crank, molding and packaging.
