Description

Skin cleaning composition with high sodium lauroyl isethionate content
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, relates to a skin cleaning composition, and particularly relates to a skin cleaning composition with high sodium lauroyl isethionate content.
Background
The sodium lauroyl isethionate is an anionic surfactant which takes natural lauric acid as a raw material, has higher self-thickening capability than other mild surfactants, has excellent foaming performance, can quickly foam without adding a large amount of inorganic salt, fatty acid or fatty alcohol when in use, and generates rich foam, so the irritation of the formula is very small; in addition, the foaming performance of the sodium lauroyl isethionate is not affected by hard water and alkali soap, and is stable in both hot water and cold water. The sodium lauroyl isethionate has the characteristics of mildness, low stimulation, easy biological degradation and the like, can be easily prepared into a pearlescent cream-shaped product which is easy to open and beautiful, is used for cleaning skin, has soft and smooth skin feeling and silky feeling, is deeply favored by users, and is widely used in daily chemical products such as shower gel, facial cleanser and the like.
However, due to the technical problems of the production process, the purity of sodium lauroyl isethionate on the market is only 60-80%, the rest components exist in the form of free fatty acid, and the free fatty acid is easy to recrystallize and separate out at high temperature, so that the final cleaning products (such as bath cream, facial cleanser and hair washing cream) are easily influenced by high temperature (45-50 ℃), and unstable phenomena such as layering, water discharge and the like occur.
At present, cleaning products on the market utilize acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and glyceryl stearate SE to stabilize high-dosage sodium lauroyl isethionate to be applied to skin care and/or cleaning products (such as bath milk, face cleanser and hair washing milk) so as to reduce and delay crystallization of free fatty acid of the sodium lauroyl isethionate. However, when the acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, the PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and the glyceryl stearate SE are used for skin care and/or cleaning products (such as bath milk, face cleansing milk and hair washing milk) in a stable and high-dosage (not less than 15%), the crystallization separation of free fatty acid of the sodium lauroyl isethionate can only be reduced and delayed, the unstable phenomena of water separation and the like can occur when the final product is placed at normal temperature for a period of time (three months or half a year) or at a hot and high temperature (45-48 ℃) for a period of time (one week to three months), and the phenomenon of jelly formation at a low temperature of 5 ℃ is easy to occur when the PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate is used for thickening the cleaning products of the sodium lauroyl isethionate, so that the popularization, the sale and the use of the products in the market are seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a scheme for solving the problem of stability of a final product caused by crystallization of free fatty acid when high-dosage (more than or equal to 15%) sodium lauroyl isethionate is applied to skin care and/or cleaning products (such as bath milk, face wash and hair wash).
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a skin cleaning composition with high content of sodium lauroyl isethionate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-30% of sodium lauroyl isethionate, 1-10% of ethylene glycol distearate and 1-10% of acrylic acid (ester)/palmitoleic polyether-25 acrylate copolymer.
The skin cleaning composition comprises different skin cleaning products such as bath cream, face cleaning cream, hair washing cream and the like. Sodium lauroyl isethionate is an anionic surfactant, is mild and non-irritating, has abundant and lasting foam and strong cleaning capability, and is soft and not tight on the skin after washing; the glycol stearate is dissolved or emulsified after being heated in the sodium lauroyl isethionate, and lens-shaped crystals can be separated out in the cooling process, so that strong and fine pearlescence is generated; when the pearl essence is used in a liquid washing product, the pearl essence can generate obvious pearl effect, the viscosity of the product can be increased, the pearl essence does not irritate skin, does not damage hair, and has the effects of moistening skin, nourishing hair, protecting hair and resisting static electricity; the acrylic/palmitoleyl polyether-25 acrylate copolymer acts as a liquid rheology modifier, helping to stabilize the free fatty acids in the formulation, maintaining a stable consistency of the composition over a wider range of temperatures, and facilitating the formation and stabilization of pearlescence.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following surfactants in percentage by mass: 1-10% sodium laureth sulfate, 5-20% cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.1-1% PEG-150 distearate, 1-10% cocamidopropyl amine oxide and 1-10% stearic acid.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises a humectant in an amount of 1 to 10% by mass and a thickener in an amount of 0.01 to 0.2% by mass.
More preferably, the humectant is glycerin and the thickener is xanthan gum.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following pH adjusting agents in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of potassium hydroxide and a chelating agent with the following mass percentage content: 0.1 to 0.5% of disodium EDTA.
The pH value of the composition is adjusted to 7.0-7.5 and neutral pH value by a pH regulator, and the skin is gently cleaned. .
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises at least one of the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 5 percent of preservative or 0.1 to 1.0 percent of essence.
More preferably, the preservative is a compound preservative containing glyceryl caprylate and caprylyl hydroxamic acid.
The compound preservative containing the glyceryl caprylate and the caprylyl hydroximic acid is purchased from Inolex and has the trade name of: spectrastat CGC-10; the preservative is added for a broad spectrum.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% glycerol, 0.1% xanthan gum, 0.395% potassium hydroxide, 4% sodium laureth sulfate, 16% sodium lauroyl isethionate, 0.2% disodium EDTA, 5% ethylene glycol distearate, 10% cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.4% PEG-150 distearate, 3% cocamidopropyl amine oxide, 2% stearic acid, 1.2% acrylic acid (ester)/palmitoylether-25 acrylate copolymer, 1.5% of a complex preservative containing glyceryl caprylate and caprylyl hydroxamic acid, 0.1% perfume and the balance deionized water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Dispersing the acrylic acid (ester)/palm oil alcohol polyether-25 acrylate copolymer by using a proper amount of deionized water;
(2) Dissolving potassium hydroxide by using the residual deionized water, dispersing xanthan gum by using glycerol, and adding the xanthan gum into the dissolved potassium hydroxide;

(4) Adding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into the mixture obtained in the step (3), and continuously and slowly stirring;
(5) When the temperature is reduced to below 45 ℃, essence and preservative are added.
The complete dissolution of the sodium lauroyl isethionate takes about 1 hour, and if the sodium lauroyl isethionate is not completely dissolved, the final system becomes coarser and is easy to run out of water, so that the preparation ensures that the sodium lauroyl isethionate is fully dissolved; in addition, the stirring process does not need to be carried out rapidly so as to avoid excessive foaming.
The skin cleaning composition disclosed by the invention adopts the sodium lauroyl isethionate with a higher dosage, can quickly generate abundant, durable and easily-washed foam, is strong in cleaning power, and the washed skin is comfortable and not tight, and further can generate fine and stable pearlescence by using ethylene glycol distearate and acrylic acid (ester)/palmitoyl polyether-25 acrylate copolymer in a compounding manner, so that the stability of the product is further enhanced, the product can pass a three-month high-temperature (45-48 ℃) stability test and a low-temperature 5 ℃ test, the phenomena of layering, water yielding, jelly and the like are not caused after being placed for one year at normal temperature, and the problem that the sodium lauroyl isethionate with a high dosage (more than or equal to 15%) cannot be widely applied due to the stability problem is greatly improved.
