(1) dyeing chitosan grafted alginate fibers: immersing the chitosan grafted alginate fiber into a dyeing tank, wherein a dyeing solution in the dyeing tank consists of ethanol and dye, and the chitosan grafted alginate fiber is dehydrated, oiled and dried after being subjected to bath in the dyeing tank to obtain the colored chitosan grafted alginate fiber;
(2) blending chitosan grafted alginate fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers: blending chitosan grafted alginate fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers and spirally twisting to form blended yarns;
(3) the weaving process comprises the following steps: weaving a double-layer fabric with a heat and humidity comfort layer on the front side and an antibacterial layer on the back side by adopting a double-rib type composite tissue structure compounded by a variable weft plain needle and a tucking coil;
(4) enzyme bath post-treatment: and (3) washing the double-layer fabric for 60-80min by adopting an enzyme bath at the water temperature of 80-100 ℃.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the purity of ethanol in the staining solution in the step (1) is 99%.
4. The process according to claim 2, wherein in the step (1), the dye in the dyeing liquid is a reactive, direct, disperse, neutral dye, an animal or plant pigment, or any of various pigments.
5. The method of manufacturing of claim 2 wherein in step (2) the twist direction of said blended yarn is either "Z" or "S".
6. The manufacturing method according to claim 2, wherein in the step (3), a double-sided circular knitting machine with the machine number of 24G and the simple diameter of 762mm and 72F is used for weaving the fabric.
7. The process according to claim 2, wherein in the step (4), the enzyme in the enzyme bath is a refined enzyme in an amount of 3 to 5 parts by weight; the hydrogen peroxide in the enzyme bath is 30 percent of hydrogen peroxide, and the weight portion is 5 to 8.
