The cracking phenomenon refers to the generation of reticular or linear fine cracks on the surface of a product, and the main principle is that the structural deformation of the adhesive film paper glue after solidification is too small to cause mismatching with the expansion with heat and contraction with cold of a plate blank, cracks are easily generated after cooling, the closing speed of a hot press is too high, and the impact force on the adhesive film paper is large.
